Fantastic tour operator, very helpful and prompt response
We did two 1-day tours with Nkollo Tours and Safaris.
Materuni waterfalls, coffee tour & chemeka hot springs. Our guide Benson was amazing sharing with us lots of local knowledge and answering all our questions about Tanzania. We also learnt some Swahili from Benson. It was a very fun tour and would highly recommend!
Ngorongoro joint safari, we experienced a wide variety of animals throughout our safari. Our guide was very good and helped us with getting photos throughout the safari. It was an affordable and high quality safari.
They were on time both days and very prompt with their communication throughout the whole experience. Very good value for money and reliable. Thoroughly enjoyed our tours!

Very reliable and very satisfactory trip with Claws of Africa.
Very well organised tour, utmost clarity in communication right from our first contact. In fact we had first booked in 2020 before covid and then covid struck. They promised to do the trip at the same rates whenever we came and we did it on the same days 3 years later and they stayed true to their commitment.
The guide they provided Mecky was a very jovial person and informed as well. Whilst I am a keen birder, he did bring a bird guide for birds there and we managed to identy 152 species. Mecky wasnt just good animals but also had tons of patience. One day on a full game drive day in Serengeti he was a bit under the weather but he braved up and ensured we had a full day drive!
Magoma the cook they provided was also very receptive of all our requests and was providing us great meals.
We did a camping trip and the tents were quite comfortable, secure and apt. The sleeping bags they provided were also very nice. The only thing we would like to suggest is to improve the quality of dining chairs they had and the table for dining.
The vehicle they provided was also good, though the windows of the jeep were a little hard.
All in all apart from a couple of very small things, their services were absolutely wonderful. Very reliable company. The owner Fatuma accomodated all our requests very well!

Well organised, a memorable trip
Lencer and team Fabrics of adventure safaris organised our honeymoon trip to Masai mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli and Diani beach. The trip was planned so well and the guide was very knowledgeable on matters wildlife and a hood driver too. The accommodations were perfect and our dietary requirements were well taken care of.

Excellent & friendly service
My husband and I went to kenya for our honeymoon and we stayed at &beyond kichwa tembo tented camp. Our tour operator Spirit of kenya, André had been such a great help in arranging our tour even though I have switched plans and days of travel over and over again. We met our private guide Sego in maasai upon landing and he welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our bags and proceeded with our tour in maasai.
We also had a one day transit at Nairobi where Ruben picked us at the airport and showed us around Nairobi west for lunch and then back to hotel.
Overall it was an easy enjoyable experience. Thank you to everyone involved that have helped us with this lovely & unforgettable time in Africa.

The safari was well organized both in advance and during the Trip. Communication is mainly via WhatsApp (but also email), which may seem strange at first, but always worked very quickly and smoothly. The payment system is a pro as you pay most of the amount at the beginning of the tour.
The transfer from and to the airport as well as the accommodation in the hotel before and after the trip worked very well, the service was always nice and friendly. It was no problem to store our luggage during the trip.
Especially our tour guide Hassan was eager to give us a memorable tour. The guide is experienced and enriched our impressions with a lot of information and background knowledge.
