Excellent support and service
We travelled to Botswana and Zimbabwe. Everything went perfectly. We felt very well advised beforehand on what to expect, always received prompt replies and felt in good hands. We started our tour in Victoria Falls and from being first met at the airport we had seamless transitions and transfers from camp to camp and bush airstrip until being finally met by a concierge at our end destination in Maun checking on our arrival and how things had been. The holiday of a lifetime! Amazing experience and highly recommended agency.

Perfect in every way.
Cuan McLaren answered our questions immediately, understood exactly what we wanted, and provided the perfect private safari two-week tour. We asked for small, non-luxurious camps what would bring us closer to an authentic safari experience. We got exactly that! The camps were impeccable with gracious hostesses/hosts and managers, knowledgable guides/game spotters, excellent meals, and wonderful dinner conversations with others in the camps.
Transitions from one camp/country to another by plane, boat, van were seamless! African Ubuntu Safaris is the best run company around.

Unforgettable Safari
Amazing experience.
When booking, Shaheen was very kind and professional in organising the tour according to our needs (arranging also the pickup from our hotel).
Arun, the guide, then made our safari unforgettable. He satisfied any curiosity about animals and wildlife in the park. His knowledge about bush’s life and animals is outstanding. Thanks to Arun, we spotted a number of animals, even the rare black rhino!!! The tour was absolutely exciting and at the same time relaxing.
Highly recommended!!
Thanks Arun and Shaheen!!!

Truly enchanting
We went on a camping safari to serengeti, ngorogoro and tarangire and were really happy with enchanting safari: the communication with the office as well as the overall organization were simply perfect even though we approached them on short notice.
We also had a very experienced and nice guide, who took care of us in every respect. Enchanting provided luxury tents, sleeping bags and mattrasses and the guide even got us torches when we arrived poorly equipped for the nights at the campsite. Altogether it was simply great!

Had the most amazing trip trough Kenya organized by Charlie’s Travels! The expectations were so high at some point I thought it might never live up.. but instead the whole trip went above and beyond anything we could have imagined!!
Highly recommended!!!

Nature Journalers: taking it slow and deliberate, time to observe and record; knowledge from guides!
As a group that had come to Tanzania to journal and record in words and images our experiences, Face of Africa Adventures allowed us to have the trip we all had dreamed of. A slow and easy pace, taking the time to stop and let us observe and record and paint, journal, photograph as we needed. We saw so many things that others passed by! The drivers/guides provided wonderful information, not just identifying what we were observing, but giving us background stories and information, anecdotes and lore. I have always wanted to go on an African Safari, but part of me felt it could never be on my terms: that slow easy pace to really see and experience the wonder of this land. Face of Africa Adventures turned out to be an exemplary safari company that made a dream come true!

fantastic trek
Kilmanjaro trekking has always been among my wishes and Gypsy made it all true and wonderful. We came on a recommendation from a friend and we couldn't wait to have the great experience.Firstly Dida (The manager) was very welcoming and was there on time at the airport to pick us.She later introduced us to her whole team and they took care of us and gave us all the details.
where should I start?our guides were very good and very attentive. They taught us many things about the mountain, the climate, flowers and also the altitude. They were constantly checking on us and went extra step to ensure that we have a great experience. They felt like family and the food was very tasty and freshly prepared.
II am really glad that my trek was very good .We trekked through machame 6days and added 3nights of safari to the National parks. The Gypsy team is well organized and I highly recommend this company for its best service.

Perfect experience
I had the time of my life from the time I started communicating with the Agent to the last day of my Safari. He was very accommodative and friendly considering my booking was only two days to the Safari. I visited maasai mara and hells gate Naivasha. It was a surprise for my boyfriend who enjoyed the safari as well.

A marvelous adventure!
Excellent facilitation overall by Maasai Mara Train Safaris. I'd seen the Big 5 in a day- that most visitors did not. Thanks to driver Sammy who is very experienced in the area- from Nairobi to vast game reserve of the Maasai Mara region. He was able to dodge traffic jams in the highway and get a good vantage point to see the animals in the Reserve. On our way to and in the area, Maasai Mara Train Safaris personnel calls to check my whereabouts, explained my onward journey, and answered my questions. The driver ensured we had food and water for the day, was able to keep time within limits, and was also able identify and talk about a few important characteristics of the animals which was all I need. And given that I was on a low budget (I paid the lowest fees compared to my fellow visitors on the same journey), it was truly the best value for my money.
Some areas I could recommend- is to maintain a First Aid Kit in the vehicle for common motion problems. The driver must also know how to administer basic first aid procedures and AR. Additionally, it will make the travel more interesting if the driver could be better organized to tell significant stories about the places being travelled and visited- although this might to too much to expect from them, considering their role in the journey, and that it may require time and training resources to get them to that level.
Overall, it was an exciting adventure in the Kenyan Maasai Mara outback. Thanks to MAASAI MARA TRAIN SAFARIS. You deserve a big 5-star!
