Sudi, a consummate professional, made our Ngorongoro and Seringetti safari a fantastic experience .
Whether it was driving the roads of Tanzania, conducting us within towns, to guiding us around the spectacular safari locations we felt absolutely safe with Sudi. He is friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, communicates well, always on time for meetings, and impeccably presented.

Great safari experience
Our safari guides were very knowledgeable and caring and provided very good experience. The office staff was very responsive to our questions. The Safari jeep came with a cooler which was great to keep the drinks cold. The seat covers were old and could use cleaning and that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Everything is perfect
It was our first safari to Africa. We contacted several tour companies and finally chose Sino Africa Safri. Because they replied very fast and patiently answered all our questions. Solomon our guide, is very kind and professional. He took good care of us, and showed us everything in the park. It was a perfect safari experience.

Five-star safari experience
We had a amazing tour in Kenya! Our driver guide, Vincent, was an exceptional host. He was an unbelievable spotter- always the first guide spotting every animal! Other guides will follow him. Vincent was very friendly and professional. We highly recommend Sino Africa Safari and Vincent!

Unforgettable Wildlife Experience
I would definitely recommend booking with Zohar African Safaris. First of all, we felt very welcome and supported by Lilian. She organised a customised 6-day trip for us, managed to rebook all our lodges as we had to postpone our trip due to the pandemic and was always there for all our questions. On the safari, we were then more than happy with our amazing guide Kileo, who made sure that we learn and see as much as possible about the Tanzanian wildlife - even beyond the Big Five!

Outstanding capability to tailor the safari experience to match your desires
Cat did a wonderful job of translating our desire as a family of 5, for an experience that got us really immersed in the nature, balanced exploring a number of places with not rushing around, and a medium level of comfort/luxury.
For us that translated into visiting 6 locations in 14 days; Lake Manyara, Ngorogoro crater, Serengeti (2 camps) and Maasai Mara (2 camps). I’d highly recommend three things;
- a walking safari (20km with an overnight in the middle). Walking amongst your favourite African animals gave a totally different sensation from being in a vehicle and fly camping under the stars with food cooked on a campfire was wonderful.
- stay in a private conservancy in Maasai Mara; aside from the positive sustainability aspects, the limited vehicles and the ability to drive off road provided amazingly close encounters notably with lions, cheetahs, elephants and leopards.
- avoid the balloon safari; this was great advice which we took despite thinking it would be amazing, as it doesn’t deliver on how one imagines it to be. Folk we spoke to that did do one, were disappointed by the experience (not great viewing and a big crowded basket) and at $500pp a bit of a rip. A couple said it would be good to watch the great migration (1000+ herds).
I highly recommend Wayfairer, as they’re really knowledgable and professional giving confidence they’ll put a great trip together, and they did a great job of quickly sorting a last minute cancellation in Kenya in a way that avoided negatively impacting us.

Best Safari Ever
My husband and I have enjoyed so much the safari organized by Pendo. Everything has been amazing and taken care of. Pendo has been very accessible and attentive at all times. Our safari guide, Lazaro, has been super nice and we have enjoyed sharing this experience with him. We would repeat the experience with Tales of Tanzania Safaris without hesitation.

Forche Tours and Travel go an extra mile.
We booked a day trip to Hwange National Park. The services were delivered as expected and flawless. Fortune is very helpful and gets out of his way to help his guests eventhough it is not part of the services he offers. We highly recommend his travel company.

Great safari off the beaten track
First of all: we had a really great and unforgettable safari with Michael and Dismass! We were absolutely blown away and will never forget our incredible adventures in the southern part of Tanzania. There was not a single question that was not answered. Michael knew not only the hard facts (animal type, special characteristics, …), but most importantly managed to highlight in an honest and critical manner the importance of nature and wildlife conservation. In all our trips to Africa we have never met anyone who has such a clear view of this world-shattering topic!
After we had to postpone our trip due to the Coronavirus, we finally started our tour from Dar es Salaam via Nyerere NP, Mikumi NP, Udzungwa Mountains NP, Ruaha NP and Mufundi Highlands to Mbeya in September 2021.
We met Sandra on one of the customers trade shows. She was very patient when preparing our trip and advised us in every detail – especially with the daily changing travel requirements. We stayed in contact during the entire trip and the support was perfect at all times – every time we had a question, Sandra & Michael would respond quickly, which made us feel very comfortable!
We got to see so many things, which we never expected to see in Tanzania. Besides all the Game Drives where Michael showed us so many animals like Leopards (three times in two days!), lions, giraffes, hippos, elephants, crocodiles, …, we went hiking four times. We really enjoyed the hikes, even if it was quite challenging sometimes – it was absolutely worth the effort! We had amazing views from the top of the Sanje Waterfalls and the Ngozi Crater; took an impressive and spectacular walk around the Isimilia Gorge; and had so much fun while enjoying a bath in the Kimani Waterfalls in Kipengere Nature Reserve.
The accommodations along the way were fantastic – especially the tented camps. It was very nice to wake up to the birds singing and being surrounded by wildlife at night which we heard while lying in our beds.
We also wanted to highlight that Tanzania Safari Bug takes sustainability very serious and works very hard to reduce their waste in the bush – a topic that has become even more important these days! At the beginning of our trip we were given refillable metal water bottles and water was provided through large water containers, which are returned after the trip to the industry for re-usage – a great way to reduce plastic! Further, instead of picnic lunch boxes (with lots of plastic), lunch was provided in special “picnic humpers” with hot food in reusable containers. And not to forgot Michael’s hot coffee – very tasty!
Thank you, Sandra and Michael, for your remarkable knowledge on animals, nature, culture and history, for guiding us to beautiful, remote places and all the interesting conversations during our safari! We wish you all the best and hope to see you again on our next trip – maybe to Lake Tanganyika.
