Our host Charles and guild Philip were great. They accommodated our requests and schedule changes.
Great company for a nice Kenya Safari experience. Book early for great accommodations :) Visit Ambolisi to see mighty elephants.

Handled our travel logistics meticulously!
We, a group of 5 recently retired women and two kids put our trust in the hands of Mr. John, the Safari Director of BTPKS to show us sights of incredible of Kenya, and he did not disappoint us. From receiving us from the airport, arranging our stay in beautiful resorts, to making sure that we were served a few Indian dishes for dinner…he managed our entire travel logistics meticulously.
Our guides, Mr. Anthony and Mr. Dan were awesome. They drove us tirelessly through rugged mountain terrains and endless savannahs to see wild animals in their habitat and answered our questions about the regional flora and fauna. For me, it was a trip of a lifetime! I highly recommend BTPKS for your next safari adventure!

Great authentic experience
Had a great 4 day Masai Mara+lake Nakuru experience.
Great crew. Our driver and tour guide Andrew did a great job. Very nice chilled guy who made the journey smooth and we were happy to see many many animals in Masai Mara in little time.
Can recommend this trip!

Playing stuck-in-the-mud
My family and I just returned from the Taste Of Kenya trip - a phenomenal experience that left us wanting more. We were fortunate to have Johnstone Kioko our designated driver and tour guide. Johnstone obviously has a vast understanding of the region, its wildlife migratory patterns and the reason why human communities and wildlife are able to peacefully coexist. As a result, we were blessed to track lion prides and rhino crashes in Lake Nakuru, elephant herds in Masai Mara and cheetah sightings near our Losokwan camp.
However, an unforgettable experience was playing stuck-in-the-mud with a male lion and its fresh kill. Whilst viewing this majestic male lion after feeding off its kill, our vehicle was rendered immobile, stuck in sticky mud and deep bush. Sunset in the Masai Mara was quickly approaching and we were obviously concerned about being in such a vulnerable position and in the dark of the night Mara sky. However, Johnstone reassured us and remained calm and jovial, confident that everything will work out. We were terribly concerned to see him jump off our vehicle, and attach a tow cable to another tourist vehicle. Although this resulted in our release from a very sticky situation, it did place Johnstone in a very precarious situation with a wild animal stationed only a few meters away. A very brave act from a true and genuine person.
The Taste Of Kenya trip not only provided us with an opportunity to admire Kenya's natural beauty and wildlife, but it also allowed us to nurture friendships with people in both Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara. It was truly a privilege visiting Kenya, meeting her people and admiring the conservation efforts put in place to protect wildlife and their habitats.
If I were to suggest two points that should be considered, it will be the following:
1. All tour guides should be supported with 4x4 vehicles that are best suited for this terrain, and
2. An unspoken code of ethics should apply to all tour vehicles and tour guides regarding offering assistance to vehicles in need. The first on-site vehicle should be obligated to remain in close proximity to the compromised vehicle, until such time a rescue mission has been deemed successful.
Asanta SOK, Asante sana Johnstone Kioko

Best local tour operator and driver for Masai Mara
Great communication by lucy from beginning till end. But our star was Mr Mousa who has best game driving skills and experience. He shared his immense knowledge and provided us great spotings as well. I would recommend savannah any day for Masai mara trip.

Brett is knowledgeable and has terrific connections
Everything was incredible, for me it was truly a transformative experience. Everyone I met was polite, helpful and loved sharing their knowledge. They created lasting memories and I saw amazing animals, experienced super close encounters and was witness to nature at work in the bush. This was my first time as a solo traveler on a different continent; I was well cared for and felt safe the entire month of my journey. My heart is so happy!

Good experience
We had a good first safari experience with Salina Wild Adventures.
Charles is very kind and avalaible.
During our 6 day safari, we had 3 different drivers-guide (so 3 cars and 3 different groups), which was ok for us but there was a little disorganization because of it. Nevertheless, Charles managed it and it was ok.
Our drivers were determined to find animals but we think they could have explained us more things while searching for animals. It is always better to learn things!
Accommodations and food were good.

5* wild life
A few words about Tanzania, we landed in Zanzibar at night so it's very hard to say anything about the first impression. We started the day on the eastern side of the island, by the ocean, a beautiful beach, but there is nothing to do outside the hotel and the area does not offer much, the weather was good. We got to know Tanzania the next day, going on Safari to Tanganyika. Flying to Arusha is very convenient. We spent three beautiful days there, which made a great impression on us. If you are a nature lover, this is a must visit place. We felt very taken care of, Safari organization at the highest level. I recommend this experience to everyone. Lots of animals, beautiful views and a great atmosphere. We also visited a Maasai village, but it was an organized visit and a bit artificial. I don't have much to say about Tanzania itself because I haven't met the real Tanzania, I've only seen it with the eye of a car. What I saw was all prepared for a tourist. It's a very beautiful country but I don't know if it's safe to explore it on your own. On the other hand, organized trips take place along designated routes, mainly with stops for souvenirs and handicraft shops. Apart from all this, the nature of Tanzania is beautiful and more than beautiful. After returning to Zanzibar, apart from the beach, we organized a road trip, but Zanzibar disappointed me. All attractions are quite artificial, prepared for tourists, superficial and not very interesting. This is a place rather for people who want to have fun in the evening at the hotel. There is also sex tourism. I was also disturbed by the omnipresent cheating, extortion and waiting for a tip for anything. I am a person who likes wildness and raw nature, but here I felt a bit like in a zoo. If I visit Tanzania again, it will definitely be different - deeper. As a hotel and beach destination, no. However, I do not regret the money spent.

Fantastic and full of wonderful people. Jim is a wonderful guide!
I went on the Kuti and the Lake tour and the Dedza pottery tour with Jim. I went solo because I was there on business, but Jim made it completely amazing! He knows so much about the area and is an expert birder. He is also quite good at spotting wildlife. I went in winter and it was quite nice. The grasses dried out and had either been burned or cut down making it easier to see the wildlife. I also loved the rock painting area and it was definitely a highlight of my trip! Thanks Land & Lake and Jim!
