It was awesome.
We had good communications with Mr. Kassim. Mr. Ally, Driver cum Guide had good knowledge of the Park, Animals and Games. He was disciplined, but need smiles on his face. The Lodges where we stayed are nice and comfortable properties, the great thing for our family was that the GMs of both the Lodges are Indian and know me as I am also from Hotel Industry. I suggest to get complete details of the package sothat there is no conflict later on.

A trip of a lifetime with every objective overachieved!
From the communication before departure through to the final farewells, African Tours Adventure exceeded our expectations (which were high). The tour was well thought out and the gorilla and chimpanzee trekking were truly unbelievable. The lodges chosen were perfect as was the transportation and vehicle. A special mention must go to our driver and now friend Kaye. His knowledge, attention to our requirements, flexibility and sense of humour were awesome. If you chose to do a trip with ATA, then ask for Kaye and you will very happy you did!
From my families experience, ATA are highly recommended and we will not hesitate to book with them again next time in Africa.

Lifetime Trip Kenya & Tanzania
Words cannot describe the level of service provided by Tanzania Exclusive Journeys.I just returned from my trip to Kenya&Tanzania, and it was truly a trip of a lifetime.
Every single detail was executed with perfection. The pre-trip documentation was superb, the guides/drivers in each location were so knowledgable and professional, and our accommodations as well as the service provided at the accommodations was beyond First Class. Most of all, our guide was remarkable! Tony was with us from start to finish, and he made our whole journey even more perfect than we could have ever imagined. He was so attentive, professional, knowledgeable, sweet, caring, thoughtful, patient, accommodating, smart, funny, and MORE!! Anyone traveling to Kenya or Tanzania should request that Tony be their guide. You will not regret it!
Thank you for an incredible vacation. It was utter perfection from the moment we booked the trip to the moment we arrived back home.

fantasic experience!!!
We had a 4 four days trek to climb Mt. Kenya early this July, the program was run by Adventure Africa Expedition. we really enjoyed this trek. We have 5 people including my 7-year-old son and the operation team includes 7 people, one master guider, two cookers and four porters. they are very experinced and very considerate, everything is this trek was organzied preperly.
When we reached Shipton Camp at the 2nd day, some of us felt very tired. The original schedule was to start climbing the Lenana peak from 1:30am and go back to Old Moses Camp by the end of day, we decided to start the ascend from 7:00 am and stay at Shipton camp in the evening so that we can have more rest. The master guide took every measure to help us, he tried many times to call the company to confirm this change, there was no signle in the mountain, we tried to call the company at many places during our way to the peak. We got the confirmation from company, I appreciate the flexibility, they rearranged the rest of the team based on the updated schedule so that we can have food and accomodation at the 3rd and 4th day. Finally, everything went very well. My 7-year-old son reached the summit and probably, he is among the yonngest who reached the Lenana summit. All of us really appreciate the service by the operator.

Excellent Experience
E-Trip Africa provided excellent service from start to finish for our trip to the Serengeti. They responded quickly to all questions we had prior to booking, and they also responded quickly when we had to make changes to the travel itinerary. Good suggestions were made along the way. All bookings were done perfectly and transfers were well handled from the time we were met by E-Trip Africa reps in Kilimanjaro until we left two weeks later. The quality of all aspects of our trip was very high. The price we paid for the trip was also very good value compared to others.

What they did last year, we paid $28965 for 9 person in 2017. Read my story
2 Stars for how lucky we are....Mr.OT disappeared almost the same time last year. I try to contacted everyone in the contract despairly one day before departure. Right now, if you have not flight to Kenya, FIND PLAN B. Below is the e-mail I sent to them in 1 Aug, 2019....
Well, Dear OT Team,
It's my last time to mail you, just lost my patience.
Attched is your so called "Promise" "Apology"....which turned to be a lie.
If you rememberd you cried on the phone begging me to let your tourism package back to SafairBooking. I believed you.
If you rememberd how eagerly you want to back to SafairBooking even sent me a "confidential mail" promised refund with interests. I responded we don't want interests, we just need our money back!
If you rememberd you claimed yourself is a Christian, lying is a sin, you got family to support, you got housing mortgage, you have to back to SafairBooking to keep you alive.
Oh, find the attachment "mail", sometimes I just joking with my friends, I said "Hi, Merry Christsmas Mr.OT, where is my refund? " " Hi, happy new year Mr. OT, where is my refund?" "Hi, happy Valentien's Day Mr.OT, where is my refund? ".....well, this time maybe Happy Anniversary Ruined Vacation 2018, right? where is my refund?
Hush.....145 mails between us, oh plus this one is 146...sorry, you are not Tom Hanks, I am not Meg Ryan either.(you know the movie "You've Got Mail", if not, just watch it , definitely you deserve best actor reward)
The last but not least, Hakuna Matata, I understand debt is a old friend to you. I just go back to SafariBooking, TripAdvisor, kenya tourism authority, kenya tourism police, again~~~~
Above is the mail. I bet they promised everyone get refund in 90 days. He, Mr.OT, will try to persuad everyone withdard the bad comment that he will speed the refund. (DO NOT BELIEVE IT).
In my situation, they did refund in a very long time. For almost one year, still have $1961 arrearages.
I really doubt I can have the money back right now.

Personal, real and Uganda is so beautiful.
Jason, Abdul and Alphonso were very good guides. Jason answered our questions thoughtfully and clearly. We always felt like they were looking out for us and were flexible when we had special requests like looking fo local green coffee beans and stopping at agricultural spots of interest.

Our First Trip to South Africa was FANTASTIC!!!!
Pembury Tours, Gail, Did a Great job putting this together! She promptly answered all of our questions in a professional manner. When we arrived in Cape Town our Guide, Ian was there to meet us and transfer us to the V&A Hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The next morning Ian showed us Cape Town, Cape Point, & Cape of Good Hope, this guy was Brilliant!! After 4 days in Cape Town we were transfered to the Blue Train, our first train trip, this Train is First Class. After 3 days aboard The Blue Train, we flew out to Madikwe Game Reserve, Impodimo Game Lodge, this place was Amazing!! The Food, Staff, our Guide & Tracker, everyone was eager to make our stay memorable. The game drives were the Highlight, Impodimo just finished the Hide by the water hole, we spent hours in there with all the comforts of home. The entire 2 week trip was Fantastic!! Gail of Pembury Tours made it all happen. Thank You!!

6-Day Classic Best of Kenya 2019
This was an amazing experience, truly satisfying for anyone who enjoys wildlife. This was really a 4-day safari, since day one was spent nearby Nairobi and day six was the return to Nairobi. Ideally, this should have been a +1 day safari to spend one additional day at Lake Nakuru, since each day of travelling takes half day drive. To sumarize, this first day of safari was a 6-hour drive from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park )100% Savannah), where we stayed at Amboseli Sopa Lodge. The second day was a 8-hour drive from Amboseli to Lake Nakuru (100% Jungle), where we stayed at Flamingo Hill. The third day was a 6-hour drive to Masai Mara (75/25 Savannah/Jungle) where we stayed at Loyk Mara Camp.
Overall we were lucky enough to see the big five in two afternoons, which was fortunate, to say the least. Our guide (Sami) was 5 stars and had full knowledge of all paths and wildlife.
The only complain we had was twofold: 1) as we were being dropped at our hotel in the last day, our guide asked us 15 USD for gas, which was odd, since we had paid for everything but the tips; 2) we were briefed about the tips, including the tip to the guide, which we were told that should be between 5 and 10 USD per day; being very satisfied with our experience, we thought 70 USD would be an adequate tip, but the guide demanded a 100 USD tip, stating that was the amount referred by the company. We ended up paying the 100 USD, since we were very pleased with the performance of our guide and did not wanted to offend him. Nevertheless, we thought that we were not given adequate information on how exactly guide tips work.
Overall, the experience was amazing and the only thing I would recommend other people to do for this exact route is to extend the trip for one extra day and spend 2 days at Lake Nakuru, since a 3-hour afternoon is short for the potential of such an amazing jungle.
Definitely do it!

Review about Nyungwe Forest National Park by Moses Nezehose
The Best place for Bird watching and chimpanzees tracking with it's famous Canopy walk was incredible still think of it.
