5/5

We spent five amazing days in Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Tanzania Exclusive Journeys and can't recommend it enough. The customer service was excellent, from the booking process to the safari itself. The tented camps were we stayed in were top-notch and very well managed. Tony, the travel Specialist and Mike, our driver and guide are both great! They went above and beyond and made sure we had an excellent time!

EXCELLENT and can’t recommend enough!
5/5

FIVE STARS! Our honeymoon safari surpassed all our expectations. From the swift communications and booking with Muli, to being picked up at the airport, to the actual game drives, accommodations and food. We were thrilled and it was truly a holiday of a lifetime and we have so many special memories.
Our driver Joe was the BEST! He was knowledgable, funny, caring and answered all our many questions. He knew the areas inside out and would do his utmost for us to see everything. He told us stories and explained about the territory to bring it alive for us too. He was an excellent driver and he made it for us.
The accommodation was lovely, especially Sentrim Elementaita where they truly made us feel special.
The food was delicious and fresh. People couldn’t do enough for you.
Our game drives were breathtaking. We saw everything we could have wanted and more. We had some excellent moments which we’ll treasure forever.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

ZIMBABWAE WHAT A WONDERFUL COUNTRY
5/5

After returning from our two week holiday to Zimbabwe I just wanted to again thank East Cape Tours namely Colin, Kia,and Tehillah for an amazing job in helping us create such a wonderful adventure.
From my first contact with Colin I was instantly impressed with his professionalism and the effort to guide me through our booking process. Colin emailed me through a few itineraries to look at which made it easy to map out our final destinations.
We had 3 nights at the Rhino Safari Camp, 3 nights on the Umbozha house boat sailing on the Lake, 3 nights at Sable Sands then onto Victoria Falls for our last 3 nights.
This trip has everything you would every want from a holiday. All our accommodation was excellent and the food was so impressive and plenty of it. Our game drives were made so much better as our guides were both intelligent and informative their calming nature make you feel extreme safe which is kind of important when those very large elephants stroll on by.
The highlights of the tour were of course the animals, but the people of Zimbabwe were warm and friendly and we learnt so much from them.
If you are looking for a company to create your next adventure I can’t rate East Cape highly enough.
IF YOU HAVEN’T CONSIDERED ZIMBABWE – GIVE IT A GO YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

27 July-4August. Excellent experience. Very well managed by Martha. Joseph the tour guide was supe.
5/5

Excellently managed tour. Very proper accommodation and very good tour guide. The tour was managed by Martha who was always available for contact. Joseph the Guide was very knowledgable and always suggested ways to manage spotting. Only thing we could not see the major migration as it happened about 2 weeks before we landed. Highly memorable experience.

Challenging Umbwe Route Finally Under our Belt
5/5

My family of 4 (2 teens, my husband and I) and friends (a young couple) wanted to do something together so we decided to try and do Kilimanjaro together during the summer break . There were many travel agencies to choose from and after a thorough evaluation we decided to go with Kilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari based on the amazing reviews they had on various platforms. Teacher was our contact person and he helped us in selecting the Umbwe route which is the most challenging, with less traffic and very scenic too. The company provided very affordable prices, compared to all other companies. The services the company provided were top notch, starting from the staff to the. We climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.
The trek was amazing, our chief guide, Joseph, was outstanding. He led a team of 3 other guides and 19 porters and Moses our cook and his assistant. He was very attentive and ensured that everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. They crew was very helpful, assisting us to climb where we couldn’t do it on our own, and encouraging us. The crew made the climb fun as they freely talked about their country, culture, and ways. They constantly checked on us to make sure that we were in peak health condition. Moses made delicious food and soups that left us asking for more. They kept us well fed, and ensured that we had enough water to stay hydrated during the climb. After 6 days, the 6 of us reached the Uhuru peak just before dawn. The view was breathtaking and we got to watch the amazing sunrise.
The experience we had in the hands of Kilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari was the best experience of our lives. The company prides itself in excellent customer service. I highly recommend the company for any trip you want to go on.

Wonderful 5 days Safari Maasai Mara & Amboseli; perfect organisation, excellent guide, great value.
4/5

Great experience to visit both Maasai Mara & Amboseli; although not the full big five we have seen a lot of animals. Starting with the tour operator; from start to end a very professional organisation. Patricia, our contact person in headquarters Nairobi is driving for maximum customer satisfaction. The safari itself, the car was a 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Pop-up Top Jeep; car well maintained, clean, bottles with water available, enough binoculars, luggage stored in the back and wrapped in blankets to keep the dust out. Our first accommodation, the small and intimated luxury Losokwan Camp; very friendly staff, meals served outside combining food and excellent views. Improvement needed is the shower (you get a bucket with 20 litre hot water). Our second accommodation was the large AA-lodge close to Amboseli; very good shower, lay-out of the lodge very nice but missing the charm and intimacy of the Losokwan camp. Emmanuel our guide, was very knowledgeable; he does not only know which animals you see but was sharing a lot of detailed information on facts and their habits. He knows where and how to spot them. He brings the jeep close enough to the animals to get a very good look but at the same time respecting the habitat of the animals. Animals didn't seem to be disturbed by our presence. Apart from being an excellent guide he was pleasant company and a safe driver.
Why not a 5* rating? This has to do with the package. We booked Maasai Mara and Amboseli with a transfer by train from Emali to Mombasa. We had to go back from Maasai Mara to Nairobi and then to Amboseli, driving for 12 hours, with no time left for a game drive. Safety wise it is not desired to have one person driving that much. On our last day we had to catch the train from Emali to Mombasa early in the morning (only one train per day) so again no time for game drive. Of the 5 day safari effectively there were only 3 days with game drives. Those 3 days were excellent, definitely 5* !!!!. The information on, especially, the 3rd day (1 full day driving without game drive) should have been provided by Kenya Safaris during booking. If we would have known this upfront we would have changed the package to balance game drives and transfers better.

We had a 2 days/1 night safari in Moremi. Our crew was top. We saw the most beautiful animals and a lot of Moremi. We like the flexibility of Theo and his crew. The campsite was like home, the food was great. The best experience ever. Thanks
