We had an amazing 8 day tour in Cape Town and on Safari in the Timbavati reserve. Cape Town was great.
We absolutely LOVED Gold restaurant. What an amazing experience! We felt like we got to truly experience some traditional culture which was amazing. Plus the food was unreal!
The full day Cape Point tour was our absolute favorite. Our guide was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and kind and we really enjoyed our day with her. The scenery was breathtaking, we were able to get some amazing photos. The weather couldn’t have been better that day which was great considering winter in Cape Town is chillier and rainy.
The Safari was amazing! We saw every one of the big 5 and most of them multiple times. It was incredible. I had been in a safari in Kenya 10 years ago but from what I can remember, this was so much better. It was so unique to be living among our guide and the other guests. We loved the family style meals and downtime during the day. The lodge (Kambaku) was amazing at accommodating my dietary needs and so incredibly thoughtful in that. They also set up a surprise anniversary dinner for my husband and I which was so sweet. I can’t compliment them enough.
We so enjoyed working with Kerry. It blew us away how she could take every need/request we had and accommodate it. She truly tailored everything to our liking and that is not typically heard of. Loved our time in South Africa!

Uganda Rwanda Gorilla Safaris
We did a 4 days Rwanda and Uganda gorilla trek with this company which was recommended by our friends Gordon was our guide driver and he was absolutely amazing Oreste did a great job of communicating throughout the whole process. Thanks for the amazing experience. It was a nice safari we have never had before when travelling to Uganda, consider them we shall use you again

Very good and reliable operator that takes care of everything needed to go into the delta and back.
The operator was fast and responsive. There was an initial hiccup with the food for the tour but Stephan went out of his way to ensure he got us lunch in the bush. This made the game drive pleasant and smooth. There were lots of game - from zebras, giraffes, elephants, kudus. On this day trip, we got really lucky seeing a lion with a kill on our way back.

Excellent and professional tour operator
We had one of the best safari experiences in Africa via Prime . Right from the preliminary planning , emails and WhatsApp messaging Cate was very professional. Our tour guide and Driver, Annanis, was very experienced and knowledgable and went out of his way in making our trip unique.

From planning to execution Banok was perfect!
Tour operator, Ben of Banok Safari Tours organized our Kenya tour of 13 days to Amboselli Natl Park, Samburu Reserve, Mt. Kenya Park, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Naivosha Lake Park and the Masai Mara National Reserve with guide, Willie. I’ve gone on tours with Willie four times now. He is an excellent safari guide who has eyes like a hawk and spots animals so well. Willie knows my interests in big cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards. Banok called Willie everyday to check how our tour was going. They will make any wrong right and their tour price is very reasonable staying at luxury tents and camps. I’m planning another tour with them next year. Thank you Banok and thank you Willie!

Amazing safari with the best guide!
We wanted to take a moment to appreciate the professionalism of Richard who was our guide during the Serengeti National Park safari.
The entire five-day trip was prepared by him at the highest level. Thanks to Richard and his experience, we had the opportunity to enjoy one of the best trips ever.
Places proposed as accommodation and food - great. Selected routes and knowledge are what distinguishes Richard from other guides. We simply would not be able to see so many things and details without him. Every day we learned something new about Tanzania and the surrounding nature, of which Richard is a great enthusiast. He was helpful, calm and mindful – always giving us space to truly feel this amazing place. It was a great pleasure, and if we ever have the opportunity to return to Tanzania, we will certainly contact Mali Kale!

Organized and great at communication
Value for money is excellent. Perfect way to enjoy Kruger with amazing guides and a lodge located pretty close to the park. Highly recommend :)

Efficient communicator and well organised.
A well organised trip provided by Makario, with Mwaka being very supportive over email. Transport was good and on time, our driver Vincent was very personable, taught us all about the park, its history and also a large part about Rwanda as we were picked up from Kigali which was about 2 hours from the Park itself. We had a stop off point for breakfast and also one for lunch. The food was also very good. Overall as someone that has never been on a safari before, I felt very well looked after and safe. We also saw pretty much every animal possible! Would definitely recommend.

Great experience
We really enjoyed the safari, everything went according to expectations. I never had to wait long for an answer from Paul. Emanuel was more than a good driver and brought us excellent company during the tour. The Safari can be paid in cash, with PayPal or Wise.... paying by card was unfortunately not an option when we went. If you pay by PayPal or Wise you have to transfer the amount in several transfers.
