Totally professional and organised with great communication and flexibility when necessary.
We put together a programme with the family for a big anniversary with 6 of us travelling and Ker & Downey were successful in their quote for lots of reasons.
They delivered on every front. The Rufigi River Camp and the Ruaha River Camp in Tanzania were just as we expected and their service was superb. The Gold Hotel on Zanzibar was perfect to chill in following nearly a week on safari. All our transfers which they pre- organised were on time and very professional and helpful. The paperwork with all the contact details and timings for the complete trip was also very useful to have in case of delays along the trip. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Exceeded our Expectations!
We have just returned from a fabulous trip arranged entirely by Vayeni. From my first inquiry, Suzanne and her team were prompt with responding, listened to our preferences while also suggesting alternate options which turned out to be highlights, answered our numerous questions, and were overall caring gems to work with.
We traveled to Zimbabwe (Vic Falls and Hwange) and Botswana. Camps, guides, game drives, meals, and all experiences were top notch, run seamlessly. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!
It's evident that Vayeni are experts in planning itineraries, while taking their clients desires into consideration. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vayeni - and already have!

Amazing experience, 7byFar give me amazing moments!
Before booking the 6 days safari Hakuna Matata i called many times Mr. Sylvester to clarify some points, and he was very helpfull! When arrived in Kenya, he pick me up at the airport and took care of all the details.
For the safari itself, it was amazing, our driver Charles was amazing, he has a huge knowledge about Kenya, it's animals, history and is someone very kind and always smilling. The safari was not in rush, we took our time, the guide bring us to very nice places, he knows every park in details.
In Amboseli, the Kibo Camp is amazing, it's much more than i was expecting, the tents, the personnel, the location and the food...
In Nakuro the lodge is inside the reserve and very nice too!
In Masai Mara, first we arrived at Sopa Lodge, where i had the booking confirmation for 2 nights, but they overbooked, and wehn we arrived could stay just one night. 7 by Far Managed to find another lodge, this time Ikeliani, it was amazing, the experience of being in a luxuty tented lodge in front of the river was amazing! We could hear hienas during the night! In the last moment i changed my plans and requested if possibel to return from Masai Mara by plane to Nairobi, again 7 by Far managed to get me a ticket and received me in Nairobi.
Thank you for all the 7byFar team, to take care of me, and always trying to make us happy!
I really recommend the company, and for sure will use it again!

Speedy response and provided exactly what we were looking for, in fact exceeded expectations
Coming from Ireland we were a bit hesitant to use an agent so far away and who we knew nothing about. But the service, the choices and the value on offer won us over. We decided to avoid the busier camps in the north of Tanzania and went for 3 days in Selous and Ruaha in the Rufiji and Ruaha river camps. Both reasonably small riverside camps and could not recommend them highly enough. A little more freedom in Rufiji to wander and a little less driving to find game. Having said that we saw everything you could want to see. Two very different venues and well worth doing both. We finished at the Gold resort in Zanzibar which is simply superb, on the beach and five
star spoiling.
A holiday of a lifetime made even more pleasurable by all involved

First Class Experience
The Ultimate African Safaris takes care of you from your booking. There is no back and forth with the Safari tour as have experienced with other tour companies. Honesty for is a key principle as its exhibited in their business.
I am a happy customer with their services. A tour company that goes beyond its mandate to cater for its guests.

Not recommendable. Don't go with them.
We had two safaris with them. Actually one is still running. The first was in Tansania. Besides humiliating toilets on campsites the tour was ok. Our driver Fred is really the best. Very nice, professional and funny. Our chef Abu is awesome aswell. Very humble friendly and a great chef. In total I think the price for a low budget safari (210$ per day p.P.) is to much. Besides they don't have so good jeeps. We had an accident and I scratched my head kind of badly. They didn't have a first aid kit, so I took some napkins to calm down the blood from my forehead.
Our second safari was/is a mess. Our first day was an eleven hour bus trip from Mombasa to Nairobi. We wanted to start our trip from Mombassa because the Zawo East is just around the corner. But no chance. The woman who managed everything (Ann) said it would only be a four hours drive... that was obviously a lie because it took us eleven. So no safari the first day. Of course we paid for the whole day including the food we didn't get. The accommodations are a mess aswell. No warm water, almost no wifi and the food is really bad. The last day of our trip is again just a 5 hours trip from Amboselli to Nairobi, so no safari again.
All in all, do yourself a favour and book with some other organisation.
