From booking the safari to retuning back to Diani was a stress free experience. We had the most wonderful stay in the masai mara and we saw the big five, coz luckily our camp the mara safari lodge was near where the rhino's are kept. Dickie is a very knowledgeable guy and could answer any questions we raised. All in all we felt we got good value for money and very nuch enjoyed our stay. if in Kenya again we would certainly not hesitate to do another safari with kT & safaris and we would certainly recommend this company.

Genuine, Friendly & Value For Money
Amazing tour operator. Very much reliable. Tour organiser Said, guide Dula, drivers Habib and Saleh; everyone were polite and friendly. Always on time and the arrangements they made for local tours and at Selous were really good. The vehicles used were neat and clean. Good value for money as they quote reasonable price (I chose them after checking with 4-5 tour agencies). Said was really very trustworthy, understanding and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great Safari!
I had an amazing time on this trip we went to the giraffe centre and got to feed the animals it was such a great experience. We also went into a wild life park and saw plenty of animals, lions, zebras, elephants, buffalos, a lot of different birds it was such a great experience. The customer service was great and all the staff were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. I cant wait to come back and discover more of Kenya with Safari Bookings!! Thank you so much.

The tour we requested was a budget tour. The service provided by this company was excellent. Silas, who we worked through, went the extra mile in accommodating our requests. The tour guide Moses, was knowledgeable about the park and the animals and seemed to always know where the action was so that our viewing experience was exceptional. The budget accommodation was rudimentary and very basic. The food lacked variety but was always plentiful. This is the one item we would change in future. This tour was great value for money and overall met our expectation of what we wanted to experience. We would definitely reccommend their services to anyone wishing to visit Masai-Mara.

Our Drivers were knowledgeable about the wildlife, helpful, and very welcoming.
This was our families very first trip to Tanzania. After we compared many Safari tour companies, we decided to go with Shemeji. From the beginning of the booking to the very end, we were very happy with everything. We spent 5 days on safari and 4 days on Zanzibar at the Reef and beach resort. Emma was very helpful in answered all of our questions and coordinating our trip to match our wants and needs. We also found the entire trip to be very affordable, considering all of the comfortable camping and all inclusive resort amenities. The food was very good, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Our Drivers were very knowledgeable about the wildlife, and were also friendly and helpful with our requests. The comfort tents we stayed in were very clean and safe, and the Reef and beach resort was stunning. The manager of the Reef and Beach resort, Petra, was Amazing! Petra helped us coordinate all of our requests, including an exciting birthday cake and song by the entire restaurant staff. We would definitely recommend Shemeji Safari to anyone looking for an affordable Amazing Adventure in Africa.

Very Honest Tour Operator That Communicates With You Very Often and Well
We booked a 3 day Gorilla treking tour with Fred (Frena Adventures) that was to begin in Kigali, cross the Uganda border, trek with Gorilla's in Bwindi National Park. Flying into Kigali, Rwanda is much closer to Bwindi than flying into Entebbe. Anyway we had the trip booked for a party of 7, and due to the COVID pandemic (which seems to never end) kept the border closed and made getting into Uganda very difficult from Tanzania or Kenya due to all the additional testing we'd need to do.
Long story short, Fred was with us the entire time. As things arose, we could email him, and he'd respond promptly. We made a down payment on our tour, and due to all the circumstances, we had to cancel, and Fred was very good about refunding an agreed amount of money. It was very fair with us. I felt all along that Fred was a very honest man, and doing all he could to work things out with us. Like I mentioned earlier, he was quick to communicate. We didn't actually take this tour, but we have been working with Fred from January - August 2021, and I feel I have a really good idea of what kind of a man he is and company he runs.
We plan to do this Gorilla treking tour sometime, and we will plan to do it with Frena Adventures.
