My holiday couldn’t be better and that’s only thanks to Marvel and his team!
Before my holiday started. I’ve been in touch with Marvel for some time as I added some more things and even days. My holiday took 7 nights in Victoria Falls and 1 nights in Botswana. Whatever I asked for their answer was always “we can do it”. Even after I paid for my holiday I found something extra I’d like to do and they found a space in my itinerary and book that in advance for me!
Not only every transfer was on time, but Marvel texted me every single time 10 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up (and I always was!) to make sure that I was picked up. Even when my activity started as early as 6am!
Their personal advice and service is another great things. Marvel took me to see the city even if that was in my itinerary. We had a couple beers in local bar. He told more about the city and he really showed interest in making sure that my holiday will be just perfect! (Not something you’ll get with some big agency).
All accommodation was great and hospitality in Victoria Falls is really lovely everyone is smiling and you can feel that happy energy , you’ll never feel unsafe there.
This team (agency) really like what they do and are prepared to make your holiday special. They even gave me a present when I was leaving. You just know that every customer is important for them!
I’d like to thank you guys one more time for making my holiday unforgettable and if I will ever book another holiday to Vic Falls - only with you!

Beyond the safari, there's a wonderful staff
The experience made with Suricata Safaris is one of a kind. On this adventure we were lucky enough to have Mandela, an exceptional guide, serious, respectful, cultured, always ready to take care of his group. There are no words to thank him for his help and work. The safari is perfectly organized: the time spent in the parks, the breaks to eat and go to the bathroom, the quality of the structures that will welcome you for the night, the food you will eat, the safety they will transmit to you. For those who want to experience a unique adventure, in contact with nature and the authenticity of the Savannah, I can only recommend traveling with Suricata. Even the staff who will follow you in booking and informing about the safari deserves a mention, they are all very polite and kind. Best tour operator in the area.

Incredible experience, amazing guide
Excellent value for money. The tour guide Omar is one of a kind. He is very knowledgable, funny and very hospitable. He ensured we were able to see the big 5, whilst ensuring everyone felt comfortable and at ease. You can tell he is extremely passionate about the animals and what he does and that only enhances the whole experience.
Food was provided by Chef Simba and was very tasty.
Camping was a great experience (next to the Zebras) however, very basic, not the cleanest facilities but it does the job. Prepare that the crater is extremely cold.
Organisation during the safari was excellent, however beforehand there could have been slightly more communication.
Would definitely recommend to others, and can only hope everyone gets the chance to sit alongside Omar!

Magical Masai Mara
What an amazing experience from beginning to end, I cannot recommend enough. Brilliantly organised from the moment we booked to arrival back to our hotel. Jimmy, our driver and guide, was wonderful, not only did his game drive delight us in seeing all of the big 5 and scavengers, his warmth, knowledge and consideration meant we always felt safe and at home. Our accommodation was authentic, traditional yet catered for all necessities: the food was delicious and the staff accommodating and friendly, the tents were very comfortable and clean. Truly amazing
They paid attention to what the client wanted and we had a great experience.
We dealt with 2 members of the company. They were both very attentive, prompt communication, gave us options for accommodation and we ended up with a great place that wasn’t costly. They paid attention to our needs and seemed very flexible. They were punctual! And made some useful recommendations about some activities we did. Overall, I’d give them a call again!

The one and only Tour operator in Arusha for all three of us! (9-Day African's Big 5 (Budget))
Among many possibilities we chose Safari Soles just by chance - and we really did the right thing! The contact from Switzerland with Bryson was easy and prompt, the given informations complete and very precious. The whole safari was optimally balanced between one day sightseeing in Arusha (Highlight = Cultural Heritag Center) and a sunset hike with guide Eli - 6 days game drive in Tarangire, Central Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater with excellent guide Oscar and fabulous cook Action (very variable meals, always fresh, fresh bread every morning) - one day safari to the foothills of Kilimandjaro with hike to the majestic Materuni waterfall, an amazing coffee tour and a relaxing bath in the Kikuletwa hot springs.
Some important advices: don't forget warm clothing for the night in the tent on the border of Ngorongoro crater (2400 m) and shoes with very good profilefor the hike to the waterfall (slippery way when wet).
An excellent value for money, an unforgettable experience! We have seen all the Big 5! Thank you our friends from Safari Soles!

Axis did a great job. I was traveling alone (single woman) and was a bit worried, but they handled everything efficiently and professionally. I had asked to be put in a group that had other women and they did that. They arranged pick up and drop to my place of stay, which was well coordinated.
The Masai Mara Safari was out of this world and special shout out to James - our guide. He was wonderful and made sure we saw ALL the animals possible. He also took good care of us and his driving skills are beyond impressive.

Everything overall was just perfect, we went on a 3 day safari to Tarangire,Ngorogoro and Lake manyara.
The communication with the company itself was very easy, smooth and fast.
It also was the best deal that we could find, the value of money and value of experience/quality is just perfect.
The biggest recomendations and thank you is for our our best tour gide Mr. Boniface Thomas - most kind and professional person we met!
