I am not even sure where to begin about my experience here in Kenya, especially the four-day safari I booked through Sunny Creek Safaris. I will do my best to keep this as brief as possible.
From the beginning when I was picked up from my hotel and transferred over to meet my tour guide, Jeff, the experience was hassle and pain-free. Jeff was very friendly and polite from the moment he introduced himself to our group, and made it a point to encourage us to ask questions and not be afraid to raise any concerns should they arise. For anyone who has not experienced traffic like Kenya's traffic, you're in for an experience. However, I was not concerned at all given Jeff is a very safe driver and could anticipate other drivers'actions. This was peace of mind for someone like me who likes to be in control when it comes to "road trips."
I will lump up my experiences at Masai Mara, Lake Navaisha, and Lake Nukuru together. This experience was one that I could not even begin to put into words, nor will all the photos I took ever do it any justice. A majority of this safari was just soaking it all in and enjoying the many moments I had. The land and terrain are just too surreal to try and explain, and all I can say is one needs to experience this for oneself. Something I truly enjoyed and found to be indicative of Jeff's passion for what he does were the impromptu "quizzes" he had for our group. This was not to "test" us or put us on the spot, but I realize Jeff's goal was to inform us. He was genuinely engaged with us and wanted us to soak up and take as much information back home with us.
Some things I can offer from my experience (personal preferences) to maybe help those considering this trip in order to better prepare themselves would be, if you enjoy Coke Zero, Diet Coke/Pepsi, you may want to bring your own as there was none available during our stay at the campsite for Masai Mara. Additionally, there was no sweeteners such as Stevia or Splenda. Again, these are personal preferences. I want to ensure that it is known, this is as close as you can get to "roughing it" while still having amenities available to you. The weather was amazing during my time here, but even during warmer months, I would still very likely wear long pants and long-sleeves because of the elements (bugs, mosquitoes, etc.). If you choose to wear more comfortable clothing, bring repellent. I love the fact that any type of service for cells was very limited because this would take away from the experience. The staff at every point of our trip was very friendly and helpful.
If you have any reservations or are just contemplating this adventure, I highly recommend you do yourself the favor and book this trip and prepare for an amazing experience!

Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and good value.
Clyde organized a fantastic safari for us in Zimbabwe. He took note of the countries and camps we had stayed in before and what wildlife we were interested in and tailored our trip accordingly. He had personal knowledge of lots of the camps and was able to select those that were within our budget and would provide us with excellent guides which is what makes a great safari. We appreciated his choice of camps. Each camp had its own character and associated landscape which allowed us to see the diversity of the country.
The staff at Tailormade Africa promptly answered our questions before the trip and were available to sort out any issues once we were in Africa.

Emmanuel listened to what we wanted to accomplish in our time in Tanzania and he put it together nicely by have a very polite and soft-spoken guide Obed to the fantastic accommodations he arranged for us.

Perfect organised, good atmosphere nice staff!
We had a perfect day with spotting a lot of animals. Our driver Anold picked us up in time, explained everything very well and brought us back safely. At the park our guide T. was we’ll informed and also a great driver.

Best Service! Trip of a lifetime!!
If you are looking for the best experience, service and value for your money look no more!! Mama Savana is the way to go!!
This had been our all time dream trip, but we had no idea where to start and where to go as we knew no one that had done this trip. We reviewed tens and tens of operators from different sites and different countries, from South Africa, to Kenya to finally land with Mama Savana in Tanzania. From the first communication Alex was amazing guiding us thru all the different options and answering promptly every single question, he help us planned every bit of the way and provided content for us to review and tailor suit our trip to exactly what we were looking for!! Once on the trip Alex made sure we were taking care off every step of the trip and solved all minor issues with excellence!
We are a family of 5 (3 boys 16,14,12) We did a 10 day Safari visiting Tarangiere , Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks each with its own magic but Serengeti was our absolute favorite!!
Our tour guide Mustapher best guide ever!! He knew every road, every corner like the palm of his hand. His is very knowledgeable of the wildlife and had great stories to keep us all entertained!! He always knew where to position us for the best view of the different animals but always being very respectful of the animals and making sure we were not harassing them, something that was very important to us as we did not want to disturb the wildlife just for a better view. He was beyond patient and 100% committed to making us have the time of our lives, we would answer all of my kids questions with deep explanations and in a way that kept their attention for hours!! Every day he went above an beyond!! He would take us far from the crowds so we could enjoy the amazing Savana and animals in solitude, which was a must for us.
We can not thank enough Mama Savana and all their staff (Alex, Issac, Mustapher) for a trip of a life time!! We will return and we would do it all over with them!!

Hi Sedrick, I wasn’t sure where the best place to leave a review of our recent trip with Ngoni was so I thought I’d send it to you here first.
First of all I would like to say thank you to David for making our 8 day experience so incredible. He was a fantastic guide and made all our experiences extra special by making sure we got the best rangers, views, and opportunities to view the amazing animals in all the national parks.
We stayed in the most fantastic accommodation which exceeded expectations. All the staff at each venue went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The journeys between each national park were breathe taking, and again David made sure we got to see hidden gems such as the Crater Lakes. David’s professional knowledge on the game drives was excellent and we learnt so much from him. He made us feel very relaxed and was happy to answer any questions we had.
We got to spend a fantastic evening at Buffalo Safari Lodge celebrating my fiancés 30th birthday. David made sure everything was catered to and he helped to organise a surprise birthday cake for James. I am very grateful for his assistance with this.
We have had the most magical experience in Uganda. We feel incredibly blessed to have seen so much and be able to experience the wildlife, culture and history of the country. It truly is the Pearl of Africa, which David displayed to us so wonderfully. We cannot thank Ngoni Safaris enough for this organised trip of a lifetime and all the “behind the scenes” organisation that went in to making sure we enjoyed every minute.
