The best travel agent I have never experienced...
5/5

We spent 3 weeks in Cape Town then NorthWest Botswana, a trip organized in close collaboration with Walter, from SafariOnline. I am a demanding customer for everything and especially for my travels and holidays and the advice, support, efficiency and kindness of Walter and team have met and exceeded my expectations. Firstly, this trip has been co-constructed with Walter and I was not proposed with a "one size fits all" option, as it is often the case. We had dozens of e-mails to finally end with the trip I wanted. This said, I am convinced that Walter is fully flexible and knows also to adapt to those who do not want to spend so much time in preparing their journey. Secondly, this trip had been initially planned to occur in april 2020 and was of course cancelled 1.5 months before departure because of Covid 19. Walter had us refunded of all what could be, and this was of course highly appreciable. And thirdly, the trip itself was memorable, with no place creating any disappointment. Walter's team was always reachable (we just needed this once, because of a hotel which did not find the room booking, which was sorted out within minutes).
So, communications, service, value for money, reliability and the tour itself were all outstanding; I warmly recommend SafariOnline to anyone who wants to visit Southen Africa, and I thank them very sincerely.

Wonderful experience
5/5

We opted for the one day safari to Mikumi national park as part of our Zanzibar/Tanzania vacation and it was the highlight of the trip.
The tour started at 4pm with a pick up from our hotel and drive to Mikumi national park. We arrived around 9am and had plenty of time to spend in the Savannah. Abundance of animals and our guides were friendly and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend.

Ronnie Provided An Unforgettable Adventure with East African Tour
5/5

My recent experience with East African Tour in Uganda remains a highlight of my travel history. The company allowed for a vibrant exploration of the Murchison Falls, an awe-inspiring spectacle on the Nile River, a visit the the Rhino sanctuary, and exploration of the national park.

Our guide, Ronnie, contributed immensely to the overall richness of the journey. His comprehensive understanding of Ugandan history and culture added a unique depth to our trip. His warm demeanor and engaging storytelling held our interest as we navigated through the fascinating narratives of the nation's past.

Yet, it was not just the cultural insight that distinguished Ronnie; his knack for bringing Uganda's natural beauty into the limelight remained unparalleled. Through his guidance, we encountered majestic Rhinos, elegant Giraffes, impressive Elephants, mighty Lions, and various exotic birds. Each sighting held us captive, underlining the diversity and splendor of Ugandan wildlife.

What left an impression was Ronnie's evident passion and respect for nature. His accurate identification of wildlife and his sincere concern for their habitats heightened the significance of our tour.

The unforgettable sight of Murchison Falls, the robust force of the Nile River, and the pulsating life within the Ugandan wilderness made this an unforgettable experience.

If you plan a tour in Uganda, East African Tour should be your choice. Ask for Ronnie as your guide for an adventure that you will treasure forever. His expertise, coupled with the company's commitment to professionalism and well-structured itineraries, made for an incomparable journey.

Thank you, East African Tour, and especially Ronnie, for revealing the heart of Uganda to us. We look forward to future encounters.

Genuine people on a genuine trip!
5/5

Well if you don't appreciate Afrikaan home cooked meals on a campfire everyday, kudu steaks and quartered corn with mayo smoked and baked on a camp fire iron oven accompanied by creamy from scratch mushroom balsamic sauces or slightly burnt Afrikaan Malva pudding. Or the genuine threat of hippos rummaging through the camp at night and staying 6 feet away from the rivers edge due to possible death by crocodile. Or the lack of mobile reception and being just left with clear dark skies lit by moonlight and the milky way with elephants passing by on its way to the water hole. Then this type of hospitality and trip just isn't for you. Stay in your apartment. But as for me, I found it a difficult adjustment back to real city life. Those 13 days of joking around a camp fire, having Afrikaan food and Afrikaan company, and the ceaseless groan of hippos near by ruined me. Might just need another Adam's family adventure soon to get my Natural High back......sigh....sigh....

6 Day Group Joining Tour
5/5

We have booked the 6 day safari to Masai Mara Nakuru and Amboseli.

Before the start of the trip all questions were answered quickly and competently by the tour operator and the whole process went perfectly smooth.

After arrival we were picked up from the airport and we started directly our journey.
We felt well taken care of at all times and our very friendly driver Stanley took great efforts to show us the great wildlife of Kenya.
Thanks to his great experience, it was possible for us to have seen all the big five on the third day and you could tell he enjoyed his job.

All overnight stays and food stops were very well planned and completely stress-free for us.

We would go on safari with Grayton again anytime.

Greetings from Germany

A perfectly tailored tour with an Amazing guide!
5/5

We did the 5 day Safari including Lake Naivasha- Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara and it was well planned and organised by Lennox. Communication was prompt and procedure for reservation and payment were smooth.. We had a private Land Cruiser all to ourselves with just our driver/guide. All the resorts booked were from the options Lennox promised and they all were very nice

Excellent Trip
5/5

Brilliant all round trip to Akagera National Park. Guides were knowledgeable, timely and friendly and clearly had good information on where animals had been spotted and how to find them as we reliably found the animals we were looking for. The vehicles were great for seeing animals through the roof hatch and the lunch stop was pretty good food in a very picturesque setting near a lake.

I hadn't really been aware of safari in Rwanda prior to this trip and was amazed by how much we saw having been in more well-known safari destinations previously - large groups of lions, Elephants, Hippos, Giraffes, Rhinos and Zebra to name just a few. Splitting the trip in to a boat safari and land safari was a nice touch too as added to the diversity of what we saw. Would highly recommend.
