Herry our funny and nice tour guide
I went to Tanzania with my friends. Our tour guide was Herry. Along the way we had so many questions about everything and Herry could answer everything! We had really nice conversations with him and could really laugh with him. We also had dinner with him a few times and this was also always really nice. During the game drives he managed to bring us everywhere. We have seen every animal we wanted and that’s because he was a really good animal spotter and he always knew where to search. We spotted leopards, cheetahs, lions, hyena’s and so much more. Some of the animals we spotted really close, for example the elephants, giraffes, buffalos, lions and the cheetahs. We had a really nice trip and we would not wanted to make this trip with any other tour guide then Herry!!

We were very glad with our guid! Apart from being a good driver, Herry is also a very good guide. He clearly has a lot of experience, knows exactly where the best places are to spot the animals and can tell you a lot about the wildlife, but also about the indigenous people and their customs. And someone with a sense of humour is not unimportant either!

Very professional, well organised and friendly
We visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. We also had pickup and dropoff arranged for us to and from the start/end hotel. We were welcomed and briefed of the day's events at every step, which was really appreciated. I was also impressed with the knowledge of the guides and how well they could spot animals and anticipate activity (shoutout to Ali, Lewis and Mandela).
The lodges were also excellent and exceeded our initial expectations, with all necessary amenities like hot water and electricity.

In Katavi, I stayed two nights at Nomad Chada Camp. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff and director. They anticipated my every need and made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. The accommodations were excellent and so was the food. Two game drives (morning and afternoon) allowed me to see wildlife in their natural habitat. It was an exhilarating adventure and one I will cherish forever. Hippos, crocodiles, birds of many species, monkeys, impala, cape buffalo, zebras, giraffes, elephants, reed buck, monitor lizard and even a python made appearances.
In Kipili, we stayed 5 nights at Lakeshore Resort, a remote paradise on Lake Tanganyika. This was the highlight of my trip to Tanzania - my daughter's wedding. It was a absolutely beautiful venue with nature at its finest. Water, sand, palm trees, bougainvillea, sunset and stars all made for an awe inspiring experience. Louise and Chris were very gracious hosts making my time there very enjoyable and with their efforts, my daughter's Pinterest board came to life. The accommodations and food were exceptional. The chalet was a relaxing retreat, complete with hammocks on the veranda. I did not want for anything. I enjoyed a sunset cruise on the lake, a stone massage and walks along the paths among the trees and flowers. Kayaking and snorkeling are also available.
There are still many places in Tanzania I would like to see. On my next trip, I will hire Joseph to be my safari photographer as well as the travel planner. I recommend you do the same; his photographs are superb.

Perfect and well organised safari,
We have just got back to England following a a 9 day safari, Carol was extremely helpful when tailoring the trip to our needs, we had numerous emails and WhatsApp conversations and everything went without a hitch. Our guide was Dennis who was the best we could have asked for. He knew so much about everything and was very skilled in moving the jeep to get the best views, despite the large amount of others all wanting the same. Once he realised I was interested in the birdlife too he never failed to point new birds out and tell me what they were. My wife had a migraine for 2 days and he was so careful driving on the bumpy tracks and taking non standard routes to get the smoothest roads for her. 9 days and we've made a good friend.
We chose Carol as she was the most reliable in responding to messages and excellent value for money, without a doubt every hotel/lodge we stayed in was better then we could have imagined.

Safari tour of a lifetime with NELSON!
We just got back from a dream of a 7-day safari trip guided by NELSON, who is the BEST. He took great care of our family of 4 throughout our trip to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Central and North Serengeti, which was expertly planned with Donald Erasmus. Nelson's experience, knowledge of the animal behaviors, and spotter's sharp vision allowed us close-up sightings of everything we had hoped we might see. He always managed to get us in the perfect spots for photos. Nelson is kind, warm, and thoughtful. We always felt safe with his driving and trusted him to suggest the optimal schedule for best animal viewing. In other words, our teenagers knew that if they woke up as early as Nelson recommended that it would definitely pay off. Nelson has a great network of relationships with other guides and the staff at the various camps, so we got great service everywhere, including attention to dietary restrictions at camps, requests for early meals, and hot tips on where the cheetah/leopard/lions, etc. were hunting or hanging out. We feel we absolutely got every penny's worth of the cost of the tour and would do it again.
