Alex K. was a pleasure to deal with from day one until the end. He was courteous to make sure all my needs were met, my dietary restrictions were catered for, I was picked up from the airport and transferred to next airport with ease. He followed up with me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the planning process and recommended a good time to have fly down to make it in time to view the migration. My stay at &Beyond Kichwa Tembo was beautiful, peaceful, and nothing short of tranquil. Alex also recommended Tele as my tour guide and he couldn't have been more right about the choice. Tele was a natural at his job and genuinely passionate, and without Alex's recommendation I wouldn't have had a truly amazing experience that I had. I know this is always a team effort so thank you to everyone who contributed in making my first solo trip to Africa the most marvelous and memorable one. Special shout-out to Alex. Reliable, very good driver with great experience and great hotel
Balu travel was really reactive, reassuring and available to help us in the process of booking a safari (it can be quite impressive with the amount of different option available). We were'nt so sure at the beginning because it did'nt have a lot of reviews here on this platform but we decided after a call with them to trust them and we did'nt regret. Also very good point, they are flexible on the choice of hotel, you just need to see with them according to the standards you are looking for.
We had the best driver who knew so much of the park animals and good spots, and even history. The hotel was nice, good food, good rooms, and the road trip went really well. My friends and I had a wonderful time and I would definetely rebook with them for another trip.

Great experience for a solo traveller: well organized, reliable company!
I did a five days tented safari with this company (Allan was my focal, Simon our guide and Doula our chief).
I was a solo traveler so I joined a group, with various companies. It was greatly organized : Allan was my focal, easy to reach by whatsapp to plan ahead, he briefed me on the safari once I arrived in Arusha, facilited the meals so I can have vegetarian option every day.
Tents are confy, the car too (even equiped with electricity and wifi), the homemade meals every day are a real plus to this safari tour. Its sustainable (no disposable plate or anything) and really tasty!
I ended up with a very friendly group. I would highly recommend this experience, great value for money according to my research, even if I planned quite last minute.

Our drives through Etosha National Park were perfectly tailored to our interests, providing two days of thrilling game viewing in one of Africa's premier wildlife reserves. Wilson's expertise and passion for Namibia's natural wonders made every moment unforgettable.
Wilson's graciousness and enthusiasm made him not just a guide but a cherished companion on this journey. We'll forever treasure our time with him.
