Want to do it again.
5/5

Hadn't really planned to participate in any safari, but wow what an experience. Allan at Nkollo tours and safari, arranged everything from hotel pickup in Zanzibar and overnight in Arusha and then the safari which lasted 2 days in the Serengeti and then 1 day in the Ngorongoro Crater. We got to see all the big 5, and much much more. Our driver guided us very well and was very knowledgeable about all the animals we saw. Accommodation in tents was also a big part of the stay and the cook delivered good meals throughout the trip. Would definitely do it again if I'm in the area again. Thank you so much for an incredible experience.

Small group expert
5/5

We were picked up from the Vic Falls Airport by Tafara and his young understudy Norman and taken to our accommodation. That night they took us to a local Restaurant and we had some traditional African food. They also arranged for a Helicopter flight over the falls for the next day and a sunset cruise on the river Next daywe did a Vic Falls walk. Take wet weather gear as you will get wet. They also arranged for the BOMA dinner for our last evening, as they said you need to-book in advance They next days we traveled to Botswana and we were looked after well. We also had a couple of days on the delta and camped over with the Elephants

A1 experience
5/5

My wife and I along 2 of our friends throughly enjoyed this experience. From being picked up at from our Hotel in Johannesburg to our return. We stayed at the Hoyo Hoyo safari lodge and this is first class The staff very friendly and jovial. The food and service was excellent. Our safari Guide Jana was very informative and was great at finding animals. Take some warm clothes for the morning Safaris but they also provided warm Ponchos and hot water bottles. Thanks Wayne and all the others for giving us something to remember

The Hide, Hwange
5/5

Had a terrific 5-day, 4-night stay at The Hide in Hwange NP, all arranged by Cultural Vibes. I tied this on to the end of a National Geographic tour of South Africa and Victoria Falls. Cultural Vibes was able to arrange the stay at The Hide and make a seamless connection to the other tour. They arranged transportation from my hotel in Victoria Falls to The Hide and back from The Hide to Victoria Falls airport. The Hide was remarkable. Our expert guide N'Cuse had 25 years of guide experience. He spoke slowly and clearly so we all understood his fantastic explanations of the animal, bird and plants we were seeing. He quickly understood what most interested us and went out of his way to point out the things we were seeing. The Hide was a remarkable facility and the staff was ever so friendly and professional. Meals were fantastic - Porridge at 6 (before the morning drive), packed breakfast and coffee while watching animals cavort, lunch back at The Hide, tea at 3, and dinner at 7 (after the evening game drive). The only hesitation I had was when I was contacted to make payments to DPO Pay, which I had never heard of, but once I understood they were just the financial contractor for tour companies, it all worked out fine...Bottom line, I was tremendously impressed by the entire Cultural Vibes experience.

Extremely helpful, fast response on queries and good knowledge of all the tours & lodges.
5/5

We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday and I decided to spoil her with a luxury tour of Namibia. Lourens was so helpful in selecting the correct lodge for us, helped us with the best scenic route to take, what to pack, and even organized activities for us.

The entire process from the first introductory email to lodge selection and what to bring was discussed in various face-to-face meetings.
They were always available if I had a query and informed the lodge that we were celebrating a special event.

It was a truly amazing experience and we both felt that we had the best time in the most wonderful and luxurious lodges.

Had our original plans ruined by airline delays and reschedules. Rams went out of their way to help us find and book an alternative trip. Could not ask for better service!

Really wonderful experience! Absolutely recommend it and hope to repeat it with family!!!

The service, value for money, communications, reliability, and everything else about the time spent with Crimson Brooke Safaris was great! I recommend it to everyone.
I came across Crimson Brooke Safaris and Beatrice Okumu thanks to my friend in Nairobi. I was travelling to Nairobi with a friend when one of our common friends recommended and infact booked us for a day with Beatrice and her team. I didn't know what to expect but was absolutely impressed by their preparedness, timeliness, and professionalism. They came with an absolutely top class pick up vehicle at the airport. From that point onwards, the team stayed with us through the day for an absolutely memorable safari experience, the shopping, food, and every other selection through the day was flexible but A-level. We saw all the animals that there are to see at the Nairobi national park -- Zebras, Giraffes, Lions, Ostriches etc -- and had the best meal in Nairobi, explored the market, shopped around, and did some local sightseeing. We didn't have to worry about planning and all key aspects like safety, economics, and other aspects were addressed by the team. If you're planning -- with family, friends or alone -- will totally recommend it!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful
5/5

I'll start off by saying that the service we received from Secret Namibia was out of this world. They were always super fast with their responses and their knowledge on the destinations and lodges were spot on.
Every little detail was taken care of, we did not have to think about anything during our safari. They also go the extra mile with the care package they put together for us, it's almost as if they knew exactly who we are. As far as luxury tour operators go, I'd say Secret Namibia is one of the best I have dealt with.

We did a 16 day fly-in safari visiting the following places and lodges.

Sossusvlei / Little Kulala - absolutely amazing
Swakopmund / Strand Hotel (do the Sandwich Harbour Tour)
Damaraland / Onduli Ridge - do the 3 night stay to get the full experience, totally worth it.
Skeleton Coast / Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp - have to rate this as one of the best places I've stayed at in the world, and the experiences they have on offer is unforgettable.
Kaokoland / Serra Cafema - Initially we were not going to go so far north, but our safari consultant insisted that we go and it ended up being our 2nd favourite place of the entire safari.
Etosha / Camp Kala - Its a new lodge and the attention to detail was excellent, the game viewing was also much better than in many other game parks in southern Africa.

The food at all the lodges was also extremely good. They also cater for guests with various dietary requirements. (my partner is Vegan)
We are already considering doing another trip to Namibia, the country has so much to offer and if you are on the fence about going to Namibia, get off and go, you will not be disappointed.
