We had a wonderful time and the Safari was One of the most memorable experiences of My life!The Fairmount Hotel and resort were fabulous!.We had elephants,giraffes,and even a hippo right next to Lodge.If we went back to Africa I would pick a Mara Fairmount again.Thank you for also working with us to coordinate cars to allow us to see what we wanted while in Nairobi. 2 night Chobe trip in Botswana
Oscar is the owner of the company and was always asking me throughout the trip if everything was going well. He made himself available during the time I was having the tour. The guys who work for him were efficient and on time. I had a great time and saw many elephants, hippos, zebras, a lion, birds. The price was very reasonable and all meals were included. I would highly recommend booking with this company.

Great work online
The online communications with Axis Africa was amazing. Lennox answered always fast and clear. But the reality afterwards wasn't that good.
I paid for a upgrade and I stay in a low category camp in Masai Mara. Also I was said I will be in the Sopa Naivasha. In from of the lodge I was said then that I was "upgraded" to another lodge. I wasn't. The Naivasha Lodge was worst than the lodge I had paid for. It was a disappointment.
Then, Robert the driver made us leave the last day from Amboseli before time, only because he wanted to go to " no man's land", in the Tanzania-Kenya border to buy grain. Quite a surreal experience! I guess this kind of things happen a lot in safaris, but it was quite surprising for me.

Perfect experience form start to finish
We had an absolutely perfect experience with Vacay Holiday - and it was significantly less than the two other quotes I received for the exact same holiday. Leonarah’s prompt, friendly, and personal service provided a truly bespoke safari, and it was as if we had personally interviewed and selected our game driver/guide Dan Kim. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and fun and we are already trying to figure out how to convince our family to come to Nairobi so we can book again!

Outstanding Company, Amazing Safari
My brother's family and I contacted many companies and got many quotes before choosing Enchanting Tanzania Safaris.
We were traveling with two teenage girls aged 12 and 14, one of them gluten intolerant, and were planning to split ways in the middle of our trip: While my brother and his family would spend some days in Zanzibar after our 5 day safari, I -a 55 year old woman with zero experience in adventure tours- would stay on and go on another safari on my own before joining them at the end of our trip.
We needed a tailor made safari asap, and Edna, the company manager, proved to be cut out for the task. Communications with her were fluid and frequent from the very start, providing practical and resourceful solutions to our queries and specific needs. I cannot stress enough how kind, patient and customer-oriented this fantastic woman is. She designed the perfect safaris for my family and I every step of the way.
When my brother and family left for Zanzibar, my solo safari was as amazing as the first one. I felt safe and comfortable, and really enjoyed the experience!
James, our guide, was genial. Truly knowledgeable about flora, fauna and animal behaviour, he left no questions unanswered, and supplied much more information and fun facts about wildlife in the area. A skilled amimal tracker, he took us closer to wildlife than we could possibly imagine, maximizing our experience. He also turned out to be a very experienced driver, calmly negotiating roads and paths which were not easy to manage most of the times.
Our Land Rover was in perfect condition and very comfortable, well stocked with an unlimited supply of cool water and soft drinks, which not all tour operators offered.
I highly recommend Enchanting Tanzania to make your dream safari come true. It is a trustworthy and well organized company that will surpass your every expectation!!

Authdntic experience with dedicated people
We had a 3 day Tour at Masai Mara staying at Enkorok Camp and were able to enjoy a perfectly organized, authentic safari experience for people who really care for nature, culture and last but not least their clients. Ideal fot those who search for relaxation, a dive into culture of the place they are visiting and professional safari knowledge of course (organized by a perfect combination of Masai and German knowledge ;)). Thanks to everybody engaged into this trip and especially to our driver Samy who was awesome!

We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the Great Rift Valley at the viewpoint on our way to Masai Mara. The driver guide Michael was very intelligent and competent, safe driver and nature addicted. The accommodation, safari vehicles were up to standard.
