Great agency for the ascent of Kilimanjaro
In short: TOP. Everything was perfect from start to finish
To begin with Evarist (a manager of the agency) picked me up from the airport.
Then everything was done for me to have a good trek and reach the top of Kilimanjaro
They loaned / rented me equipment that I did not have (ski equipment essential for the final ascent). The hotel / office offers good quality rooms for your first and last day, with hot water. The staff are there for you.
For the trek I chose the Lemosho route. I left for 7 days, but since everything was going well we were able to do it in 6. I had a guide (Siza) and his team who were perfect. The meals were varied and plentiful (3 meals a day, hot except for 1 day when I had a lunch box).
Everything is done to make you feel good in the middle of the mountain. The guide and his team went out of their way to get me to the top.
To sum up, I absolutely do not regret going through this agency. And I recommend that you do your Kili climb with them :).

Amazing customer service in planning Namibia safari tour
We booked a 9-day tour of Namibia with Indigo Safaris and experienced top-notch communication pre-trip. The tour was operated by Chameleon Safaris, but Matt from Indigo handled all the planning and booking. He was super attentive, accommodating, and beyond helpful in ensuring that we had an itinerary that worked for me and my friends, which was a particularly hard task given the wide range of requirements we had due to the pandemic and travel restrictions. He even helped find locations for us to book covid testing appointments and gave us recommendations on what to do in South Africa where we spent a week before the Namibia tour. The trip ended up being one of my most memorable experiences to date, and I owe a lot of that to Matt and Indigo Safaris for making it happen :)

Great people for great adventures
We did a szlf drive safari last February with Gladiola adventures and we were thrilled Didas has been nothing but unfailing to us. He spent a lot of time planning the safari day by day and we ended up following his suggestions to the letter because he was right. We were indeed planning way to much. He has also been very reactive when the car had a little defect. He replied to us immediately and sent someone to help us on a very short notice. So he is knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. No hesitation here!

We spent two weeks with Migration Venture Africa and successfully climbed Kilimanjaro followed by a safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Before we arrived all communication was handled by Amos who was extremely communicative and very timely. I felt very comfortable through the booking process. From the moment we were picked up at the airport (by Issa) we felt relaxed and comfortable from the folks at Migration. We got to the hotel and they had everything we needed. It was a simple accommodation but has everything you need - hot shower, breakfast included, lunch, dinner, beers, and attendants nearby waiting to help with anything you need. They helped up get around town (drove us themselves) and helped us with a couple extra tours we did.
The Kilimanjaro climb was incredible! Our group was only myself and my wife. For just the two of us we had 2 guides, 1 cook, 8 porters. We felt like part of a family with how welcoming all the porters and the group was. They were always encouraging and smiling and made the climb such a great experience. Our guides Siza and Vitalis were experts. They knew the perfect pace for us and were very attentive to our needs. On summit day they actually carried our packs and we all made it to the top! Such a personalized and custom experience.
There were other groups on the mountain with up to 20 climbers and a huge operation of guides, porters, etc... I was so glad I didn't sign up with one of those big groups - I cant imagine their climb was as special and as customized as ours.
After the climb we relaxed for a day then were off to safari. Our safari guide was so welcoming and funny too. It was again only myself and my wife on the tour which made it extra special. The accommodations at night were incredible. We stayed at such a nice place and wished we could have stayed more.
In all I am so glad we booked with Migration Venture Africa and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a reasonably priced, accommodating, and successful tour. We felt like family there and hope we can return some day!

I contacted the holiday dealers from a search after poor service from another local agent. The lady who picked up my call was quite helpful and put me in touch with Mercy the agent dealer who facilitated our safari holiday. Mercy was consistent and followed through with information , feedback ,choices. She was patient,knowledgeable about different lodges and worked with me to pick a suitable holiday that met our needs. I ask questions lots and like to know my options details etc. She was patient with me even when I was uncertain . We had a wonderful time in Amboseli and great guide driver Alex from same company. Their rates are also competitive . I did compare with 2 others so with that and the pleasant service offered got me sticking with Mercy and the Holiday Dealers . I am happy with the services and will definitely be using them again.
