Very reliable and caring tour operator with good prices
I booked a 5-day Camping Safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro, starting from Arusha. Communication via Whatsapp was very fast and easy. The offered price was by far lower than with other companies. The day before the Safari started, the tour company came to my hotel to give me a short briefing and to answer questions on the Safari. The tour itself was amazing, very well organized with full camping equipment, including high-quality tents and really nice meals. We were lucky to see a lot of animals from very close distance, even lions and cheetahs. All in all, I was very happy and highly recommend Ngekewa tours.

Value for the money but late change of the first lodge.
We booked the safari online and I had a very good communication with John about all my questions before we came to Tanzania. We had the 4 day safari (3 nights) in Tarangire, Serengeti and last day in the Ngorongoro crater. The safari guide was very experienced and we got to see so many different animals including the big 5! So I will really say we got value for the money.
The first thing that lower our rating is that the first night lodge was changed one day before the safari started but later when we arrived to the lodge it was changed again to a third one that we had not heard about before. The lodge was nice but not what we booked and paid for. The second thing that lower the rate was the standard of the safari jeep. There was not seatbelt on all chairs and no head rests. Which we really missed on the bumpy gravel roads during the safari. We were compensated by John when our flight changed in the last minute to another airport and another time and he arranged the transfer without any extra cost.
It was not possible to pay the safari with card but John helped us to go to a bank for cash withdrawal.

Fantastic overnight safari within a short drive of Pretoria and Johannesburg.
Booked an overnight safari with MoAfrika tours at the Black Rhino lodge in Pilanesberg Game Reserve. Accommodations were top notch and the staff made sure you were well looked after. My tour guides, Sonny with MoAfrika and Avi with the Black Rhino Game Lodge were also fantastic. Sonny has the eyes of an eagle and spotted a leopard on our drive to the lodge and Avi made sure I was able to see elephants, rhinos, buffalo and lions ensuring I was able to see all 5 of South Africa's "Big Five" in one trip. The trip exceeded my expectations from pick-up to drop-off at my hotel. I would highly recommend the 2-day luxury safari provided by MoAfrika and the Black Rhino Lodge.

Funny humour with great sharing on the animals habitat
Definitely a great experience that I had, this is my first safari tour and first time in South Africa as well. The tour guide (Ben/Benny) was really good, funny and humour. Great sharing on the nature of animal habitat.

Easy communicstion and on time
Bookede through the Website, which was easy and the next day there was separate email follow up. Keith who picked me up at the hotel was on them and write well in advance to say he was on his way. So the experience was overall very nice.

Excellent trip to Livingstone and Chobe game park

Blessing took care of everything. I traveled solo and I felt secure and cared for.
My trip was the trip of a lifetime. I saw new things and met new people. In Zimbabwe, I was treated like family. Victoria Falls is magnificent. The sunset cruise was amazing. There are not words to describe the food and the performance at the Boma dinner. In Botswana, I felt one with nature. Waking up to warthogs in your backyard adds excitement to the trip. All the animals great and small. The experience of trying different foods was awesome. Thank you for sharing some of Africa with me.
