They really go extra miles to make your adventure unique
This was an amazing experience for my wife and I thanks to Extra Miles staff like Timothy, Melissa and last but not least Graham. Timothy not only provided all relevant information starting from where and how to apply for the e-visa for Kenya, where to stay in Nairobi and what to carry in the safari but also checked personally how we were doing once we arrived at Nairobi at midnight. He was always prompt in responding to my all queries no matter what time of the day and night it was. Very caring at a personal level and professional.
Melissa provided all the behind the scene support to help us having an amazing experience.
The best that happened in our safari that we got Graham as our guide. This young man with an easy smile was the gem of the tour. He was there early in the morning at 7AM and relentlessly pursuing the best possible locations to show us the animals and birds. His knowledge of these creatures and their habitats were amazing. Do not underestimate this man with slight built , he got a very open and friendly heart always reaching out to help others.
I am giving 5 stars to Extra Miles Unique Adventures because that is the max is allowed here. I would give more if it was allowed.
The only part that could have been better was the food at the Jambo Mara Lodge. The lodge was beautiful, clean , safe and with very helpful staffs but the food wasn’t up to the mark. It was the lodge management who needed to make sure that the food at the restaurant was good.
Our overall experience was very good and unique. I am looking forward to doing it again with Extra Miles Unique Adventures.

Extremely knowledgeable and so much fun to be around. A very special person.
Best experience of my life!
We saw all of the big five animals.
Our guide, George, has such a deep knowledge of the wild life parks, animals and Tanzania. You can ask him anything and he will know the answer.
He has an amazing ability to find and read animals. We would always be placed in the perfect position to view them as they move around us.
The safari was so comfortable and customised, as was the planning of the trip. Will definitely be back again.

Friendly
Thank you Monica and your colleagues for perfect organization of our trip to Kenya. The Safari itself was wonderful, we had a very lovely time, the guide was informative and accommodation was amazing as well. I highly recommend them
Funny, Charismatic and always supportive and educational - Tour operator was Jimmy
Our experience at the safaris and In Kenya was amazing, the routes were perfectly planned out and everything that could be seen on the reserves were perfectly shown to me by our driver Jimmy. We saw the big 5, ugly 5, Kilimanjaro, River Mara, Masai Tribespeople, Serengeti, Great Rift Valley. Everything was on display and it was majestic and I can't think enough the hospitality and care from our Driver Jimmy and the other drives for our school cohort. Definitely felt welcomed and was always excited for our days !

Discover Africa, especially Sudan, designed a perfect dream vacation that was 100% worry-free!
Susan at Discover Africa designed a perfect dream vacation for us that was spectacular and worry free. Even all the tour guides with African Eagle were amazing and every interaction was professional and seamless. The lodges she chose were out of this world fabulous, great food and personal attention. And oh, the animals!! Such amazing up close experiences made us feel so special. A million stars.

Namibia Character Excellence
We booked in Australia through Bench Africa Sydney established 1969. This is our second Southern Africa tour with them. They only cherry pick the best so you can be assured with them. Collected by Previous our three person tour started in Windhoek in an enclosed heated Toyota 4 WD. The trek took us through the Namib desert to Swakopmund. There we had marine safari, oysters and fish. Then on to Estosha National Park for a number of days. Knowledge of place, types of wildlife, geography and personal care by Previous was outstanding. We got on with him and other travellers very well and remain friends. There were no hiccups, or disappointments. Oustanding bang for buck in terms of wildlife, people, scenery, cuisine and adventure. For Australians the arid scape is reminded one of the outback, but featured astounding mountains, peoples in nature and a wide spectrum of wildlife. Dinner with elephants, rhino, impala ,while snacking on bbq with fine wines ,will never be forgotten.

Beautiful variety of animals, excellent guides, and wonderful food and service
Suricata exceeded my expectations. We saw many, many animals with the guides going out of their way to find good views and giving us helpful information. My guides Edgar and Elias were especially wonderful. I chose the lodge option and the lodging was fantastic, especially their relatively newly built Boma lodge, as was the food. I was impressed with the service which was above what I expected and all the little moments of extra help and attention such as asking about dinner menu ahead of time if there were any food preferences. It was also great how responsive they were both by email and whatsapp to all my questions ahead of time, always within a day. I was nervous traveling alone and they were right there to pick me up and assured me when I checked in that day. Terrific experience, I would highly recommend. Do bring very warm clothes if going in July - I didn't pay attention to recommendations because I assumed it would be hot and there were some cold nights as it is winter there.

I saw all the major animals I wanted to!
Tanzania it was amazing. It was pretty cool that our plane landed right in Mikumi. We saw lions, a jaguar, lots of elephants, lots of zebras, lots of antelope, hippos, monkeys, wild pigs, giraffes… it was pretty incredible! The only thing we did not get to see was rhinos. I would definitely recommend a Safari at Mikumi National Park in Tanzania.

Diverse animals and landscape with welcoming people
South Africa has some of the most diverse landscapes and terrain I've ever seen and surprised me with how much was familiar compared with how much I did not expect to see. Lots of animals to see with lots of opportunities to see them up close, far away, and in their natural environment.
