Unbelievable, magical place
Our family of wife (myself, wife and 2 children aged 9 & 6) had the trip of our lives in Tanzania
Shadows of Africa organized a beautiful, luxurious trip for us in luxury accommodations in and outside the Serengeti. Zamo, our super knowledgeable and professional guide who stayed with us through the trip because one of the family at the end of the trip and my boys were crying when saying good buy to him
We saw the big five and so much wildlife. Our kids and ourselves were constantly mesmerized.
We left Tanzania with so much fond memories and several of their folk songs stuck in our heads till this day!

Once in a lifetime experience

The game drives were spectacular we were able to see 4 of the big five (no Leopard unfortunately). Peter was fantastic, very easy going/hakuna matata and answering all our ‘very good questions’;)
He was an amazing company throughout the 3 days and a precious part of our experience telling us all about the areas animals and local culture.

Superb Experience!
Pros:
1) We had a highly experienced guide/driver in Martin. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain the itinerary and what we see. A careful driver and we felt safe all the time with him.
2) The camps, Jambo Mutara (Ol Pejeta) and Mara Bush Camp (Masai Mara), were fantastic in terms of comfort, level of attentiveness and quality of service. We would definitely return to these camps in the future! Unfortunately our Amboseli camp was a bit of a let down in terms of quality and comfort.
3) We explored to Ol Pejeta, Amboseli and Masai Mara. Each park was magnificent and beautiful in its own way. Highly recommended.
Cons:
1) The distance between each park is quite big as Kenya is huge and the parks can be far apart. We drove for the most part but also travelled by flight from Amboseli to Masai Mara. The drive from Ol Pejeta to Amboseli took 9 hours! Without doubt, the flight was the least “painful” travel option. We will only opt for the flight option when we go back again. If you opt for road transport, do plan your itinerary carefully to ensure your travel time does not exceed 4-5 hours from park to park, else it gets physically exhausting.

Customer centric
We booked our 3 day 2 nights safari with Axis for end of July. Having had no experience and recommendations it was hard to pick the right agency to work with, so I relied heavily on the reviews of other travelers.
We were not disappointed. Right from the beginning Lennox was highly communicative and extremely helpful in helping pick the right package for our group of 5. Till the morning of our departure for the safari he was able to accommodate a hotel pick up change and ensured everyone was well taken care of.
We had picked the Jambo Mara Lodge as our accommodation option and it was stunning. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and waking up to an Unobstructed view of Masai Mara was precious. As a special treat on the day of our check out .. a family of Giraffes came close to our room to wish us Adieu.. it is hard to explain that experience. The staff at the lodge was so helpful and kind and the food delicious for every meal.
But the biggest shout out goes to Ronnie our guide through the entire journey and Safari. Always smiling and willing to go the extra mile, Ronnie ensured our Safari experience was epic. He had a keen eye and ear on the ongoings at the park and we were able to see all the big hits .. including a rare sighting of a Leopard.. all the big cats .. cheetah and lions .. and most importantly drove out Of the way to allow us to experience the Great Migration in its full glory. He was able to fulfill all our wishes and he truly tried to get us to see the Rhino ( only animal we missed). He knew the park in and out and we got to comfortably enjoy the glory of Masai Mara.
The last day we got to see a Masai Village.. this one was a decent experience and only feedback would be to let the guests know about the entry fees in advance. Not a big deal, but good to be able to plan for. At the village be prepared to be accosted for multiple purchases.. but it’s going straight to the tribe which seems worth it.
Overall .. if you are headed to Masai Mara .. highly recommend partnering with Axis Safari for your adventures

All the time looks after us to be sure everything is like we want
We have a great 6 day luxury safari with relish of Africa. All the time looks after us everybody Matias from the office. And Emanuel our guide-driver merite a special mention. Emanuel was very good driver in this difficult roads and he know a lot of things about animals and he try very hard to find all the animals that we wanted to see. All his explanation about wildlife was very interesting. He was very funny and pleasant. Definitely I will back again to do another safari with Relish of Africa and Emanuel. The lunch always very well organised and very good. All the time a lot of water in the car.
Everything was perfect.

It was a very good Safari in Tanzania
safari in Tanzania: We took a trip to Tanzania in July/23 and we chose Telly Safari through the Safari bookings website to do all the transfers, book accommodation and safaris. the chosen package was the 3-night Safari in the Luxury category. The company was always extremely punctual in transfers, the guides were very attentive, and the hotels we chose were wonderful and we stayed one night inside the Serengeti, a surreal experience. as we arrived early in Arusha after almost 48 from Brazil we stayed overnight in the city on behalf of the company as well and the last night before leaving for Zanzibar. Airport transfers in and out were included as well. I highly recommend the company!!

First class service, very professional
Moonlight TE very accommodating. All staff are helpful and professional. They are knowledgeable. Safari staff were education al and knowledgeable. All the accommodations and transportations were more than sufficient. Frederick was reassuring with back-up calls to make sure we are enjoying all trips. On top of that, wildlife viewing exceeded our expectations : 27 lions in different occasions, 1 cheetah, 4 leopard and even 2 black rhinos at Ngorongoro Crater.

You will have a fantastic journey with unbelievable emotions!
We found this tour through the internet. First, what we liked, was the pre booking deposit ( lower than in other firms). We just left the application, and our manager Veronica contacted us immediately. She is wonderful, communicative and professional person. She gave us all needed information, stayed in touch 10 days before trip. Moreover, she even gave us picture of the meeting person in air port.
The tour was good organised, the lunch was made fresh in hotel in Mikumi park. We had not only the variety of meal, but included drinks in prise.
Everything was really fast and easy, so you have just to enjoy animals ( we've seen all, except leopard)
After the arriving to Zanzibar, our driver was waiting us to get to hotel!)
