We would definitely choose Frena again :)
We went for 3 days, gorilla + golden monkey trekking in Uganda/Rwanda and we had amazing time. Organizing the trip, Fred was short to answer but to the point and all our wishes were included in the final trip. The guide we had - Frank - is experienced and knowledgeable guide and a very friendly and kind person. Trekkings were amazing! Places we stayed at were really nice too. We would definitely do the trip again :)

Excellent tour operator offering fantastic drivers (Joseph) and great accommodation.
Lion King Adventures was very prompt in responding to our questions, providing quotations and adapting the itineraries to fit within our budget. The tour itself was conducted in a comfortable vehicle that could be adapted for safari by opening the roof, containing camping equipment for lunches (e.g. additional shade, table and chairs etc) and ability to cross multiple terraines. Out driver, Joseph, was very knowledgeable, listened to all our requests and adapted the tour in line with his expert knowledge of the different national parks, animal behaviours and rarity of specific events (e.g. hunting by lions, mating habbits etc). We were also happy with the accommodation, which was to European standard with mosquito nets etc. One area of improvement is one accommodation, Eileen's Hotel, was a bit untidy and, ideally, the bathroom / shower room could be cleaner. Other than that, the entire experience was incredible from the booking to end of safari. Our driver, Joseph, was also on hand to deal with the cancelled flight from Kilimanjaro, Tanzania.

once in a lifetime experience
David, the manager, was available and attentive and took care of the smallest detail already at the initial planning and response stage. When we landed in Orsha, David made sure to come and introduce us to the one-of-a-kind guide - Price, a charm of a person, smiling, pleasant and with a huge knowledge about the reserves and the animals.
It is important for me to point out that David upgraded us to a recently opened hotel after receiving quite a few complaints about the hostel we were supposed to sleep in at no extra charge and even arranged for my birthday to be celebrated in the reserve with a cake

We were in good hands which helped us to be in the moment, and take home memories for a lifetime
Signed up with Great Escape Trails through a recommendation from a friend's friend, though we were naturally also cautious and hesitant at first. The trip turned out great and hassle-free. Our guide was professional, deeply knowledgeable and very personable. He put us at ease very quickly shortly after picking us up and we always felt like we were in good hands.
The Serengeti is an amazing place to visit, with many spellbinding moments and a breathtaking landscape. So glad we signed up with Great Escape Trails.

Flexible, trustful, reactive, good choices - highly recommended
My trip was planned by Denise and Colin. First of all they took into account that I've already booked something in 2020 (than Covid came) - perfect!
I wished that they plan only few things and not the overall trip and they showed a lot of flexibility in the planning to make it tailor-made for me. Overall they invested a lot of time and I never got the impression, that they didn't want to! In my opinion prices where also very fair.
Places and drivers where very nice and the most important: As I once had a problem with an extra-booking with an external provider (where East Cape Tours didn't do anything wrong), they where very reactive also in the evening to sort the problem out.
Would recommend to anyone to plan a trip with East Cape Tours!

MoAfrika was amazing - Thabo and Anold took fantastic care of us!
I have already been recommending this tour to my network as I had a fantastic time. The tour was very efficient in terms of timing and expectations. Anold was diligent in driving us to the park and back. Thabo was our tour guide during the safari - he was very funny and knowledgeable about so many different parts of the experience. Most of all, the two of them were very kind to us during each part of the journey. MoAfrika was very easy to book with and served as a perfect experience for the money that I paid and the amount of time that I had for this adventure. We saw an array of different animals in Pilanesberg that I had not seen during my 3 days in Kruger Park. Rhinos and Cheetahs are a usually a rarity, yet we saw them in the first 30 mins of our drive. Highly recommend!

Awesome Serengeti Safari.
I found Serengeti Smile on SafariBookings.com and I was impressed with their response, pricing and ability to tailor my Safari to our needs. I am a single parent travelling with 2 teenage children and they booked us comfortable and interesting accommodation with 3 beds which was perfect.
Our guide ,Zack, met us at the airport with a great smile and a huge, robust and comfortable Land Cruiser Safari vehicle. I am a vegetarian, and they had organised vegetarian meals and packed lunches for me throughout our trip.
Our first day was in Tangarire where we saw elephant, Giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, waterbuck and lots of lions. We also saw a leopard in a tree at great distance! We arrived at our accommodation, Marea lodge, quite late but it was comfortable and the food was great.
Our second day we skimmed the rim of the Ngorogoro crater and headed into the Serengeti which was spectacular. Zack knew good remote places to see game, and again, lots of lions and even a cheetah! We spent the night in the brand new Happy Valley tented camp and were treated like kings. We fell asleep to the sound of lions roaring in the distance and were serenaded awake by the Howells of hyena! Very wild but absolutely perfect. After a morning in the Serengeti, we headed to Ngorogoto whee we stayed on the rim of the crater in another tented camp. My son had a great game of football with the Masai security guards and hot water bottles in the beds were a bonus!
Our final day we headed into the crater to meet mating lions, a black rhino in the distance and a bold hyena chasing a zebra as well as hippo and flamingo. Then it was time to head back to the airport.
The Safari was well organised by Albert and Zacks knowledge and amazing driving made it an amazing experience.

He was kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond!
Isayah and the team were amazing! The transfer from the airport was super easy and they were super flexible and chill.
When we got to the safari, the accommodation was far batter than expected (very spacious) and the food was fab - buffets for breakfast and lunch had a lot of options. The lunch provided for the Safari (from the restaurant or packed) was also great
The Safari was amazing! Saw everything I wanted to, and Isayah was a really fun and knowledgable guide
Can’t recommend Kihindo enough, for how helpful and friendly the team were in particular!
