The service client is great!
The safari was awesome! My Spanish speaking guide (Arturo) was very kind, respectful and patient. The guide explains very well about the animals, about the park, Nairobi, tribu Masai and traditions.
It was a very nice safari!

An Unforgettable African Safari Experience!
In March of this year I went with some other guests on a 5 day (4 nights) safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara. The day before departure our tour guide Amani already came to visit us a the hotel to give us a briefing regarding the safari. During the safari we stayed for two nights in a lodge and two nights at a campsite, providing a perfect mix of comfort and adventure. The food was incredible! “Our own” private chef Thadei traveled with us and every single day he cooked wonderful dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner (full board was included).
Amani turned out to be a very capable and professional driver and guide. He told us a lot about the surroundings and the wildlife and showed us both the popular and lesser-known locations. Of course we saw “The big 5”! Amani ensured that each of us had plenty of opportunities to take photographs and videos.
Amani and Thadei really know how to take care of their customers. Their dedication to making the trip memorable for each guest was commendable. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and at ease throughout the trip.
The experience was incredible and it left me with lots of unforgettable memories. To me the value for money was really good (great service, accommodations and experience) and I highly recommend booking a safari with Somewhere in Africa.

Amazing safari and an excellent guide
This was an incredible safari experience isayah and his team were great throughout! On the safari we came up close to elephants, lions, zebras, hippos, warthogs, giraffes and more. It was a pleasure to meet Isayah, he is super friendly, kind and informative - an amazing guide! Camp bastion was very nice, the food was great, even for a family of vegetarians. The airline also lost our luggage and isayah and his team were very helpful and supportive with resolving this. I highly recommend kihindo and would happily go back to them for another safari one day!

Fantastic safari experience and great guide
My family took a three day safari with kihindo tours, we had an amazing time, isayah ( the business owner and our guide) went out of his way to make our trip an incredible experience.
The safari itself was excellent, we saw elephants, lions giraffe etc, basically everything you could wish to see in mikumi, Isayah seemed to know exactly where to find the wildlife!
The accommodation in camp bastion was lovely with a nice food , a pretty, clean swimming pool and our chalet was huge and well equipped.
Isayah was so helpful, our airline lost our bags and he helped us sort it out and at the end of our trip he helped us get ferry tickets to zanzibar and even helped us board the boat
I was concerned initially about booking a safari online but I can highly recommend kihindo safaris , and have no regrets that I took a chance and booked with a small independent company
Best trip ever with an outstanding guide

Beautiful & Wild Safari Experience!
My fiancé and I had an amazing 4-day, 3-night safari through the Kruger Safari Co. We stayed all nights at the Tremisana lodge, and I was happy with this choice. It afforded us three safari days in the game reserve and one into Kruger National Park. The only thing I wish I did was book the 5-day trip! I wasn't ready to leave and was hoping to find that elusive leopard! The food was delicious and my partner and I were always looking forward to meals. Be aware, the bar tab is added up at the end of your stay and is cash only. If you're traveling in July (Winter) be sure to bring some warm clothes and a wind-breaker. The long drive to Kruger gets chilly!

Top class operation. Couldn’t find any faults with the service!
Having been on other trekking experiences I can safely say Meijo safaris is the most professional, friendly and accommodating company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Daudi and the boys looked after us from the minute we landed until we departed Tanzania. No stone was left unturned! Our guides on both safari and Kilimanjaro hike were very friendly and professional and did everything they could to make us feel at home. The value we received was unrivalled. I was very impressed by how the team felt like a team of brothers from guide to porters it was all one big family. A special mention to the efforts made to reduce environmental impact and make the experience sustainable. Full marks for the experience I will be back!

Very attentive and great communicator.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Justus was a real pro in understanding what I was looking for and providing it. Charles, my driver, was amazing in both his graciousness and ability to spot wildlife. The room was large and comfortable and if you enjoy buffet dining, you would enjoy the meals. While wine is not served by the glass, you can order a bottle or cocktail. All-in-all, a very enjoyable experience.

Wandering Thru made my dream come true!
Look no further if you are planning a safari to Africa!! The amazing, knowledgeable, friendly staff at Wandering Thru were great from my very first email to them. Ale responded immediately and she was so incredibly helpful in answering my numerous questions. Tayla filled in promptly when Ale was on safari and between the two of them (and some other wonderful people behind the scenes), we arranged my dream safari to the border of Kruger National Park in South Africa!! It was very easy on my part, and they did the rest! We booked fantastic Tristan to be our private guide throughout, and he was so very kind, friendly, informative, patient and down to earth! With Tristan's experience and expertise, along with the skills of our awesome guides & trackers at Nkorho and Ngala, we were graced with the presence of leopards, giraffe, rhinos, buffalos, zebra, hippos, elephants, lions, impala, kudu, nyala, a honey badger, hyenas, wild dogs and their pups and even the white lioness and her little white cub!!! From start to finish, I trusted Wandering Thru completely and they truly made my lifelong dream of going on safari come true!! If I could give them a million stars, I would! I recommend them to the highest possible degree and to the INCREDIBLE team at Wandering Thru, you have all of our deepest thanks, appreciation and gratitude!!!

Honeymoon Safari
Robin planned a spectacular honeymoon to Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa in June 2023. Our two weeks were magical, filled with incredible game viewing opportunities and special intimate moments. All of our transfers were seamless and the camps were magnificent.
Robin went above and beyond when United cancelled our flight at midnight from the tarmac, hopping on the phone late at night with us to provide guidance and updating all of our logistics upon arrival. She also took significant time after the trip helping us with insurance claims to reclaim the costs incurred by having to purchase a next day Delta flight when United didn't have any flights available for days.
We could not recommend Safari Ventures enough!

Wonderful wildlife, but poor conditions for its people
Victoria Falls was amazing - the sound and power of the water was incredible. Hwange National Park was a wonderful experience, numbers and variety of animals was fantastic. Elephants, giraffes, impalas, baboons, zebras, lions, spider monkeys, water buffalo, wildebeest, sables, ostriches, crocodiles, hippopotamus etc.
Cresta Spray View Hotel and Hwange Lodge were both amazing, really good hotels, with friendly, helpful staff and very clean and comfortable.
Mmilo Tours and African Safari staff went out of their way to make it a fantastic holiday.
Scenery was good, but the roads were awful, as was the litter and rubbish strewn everywhere.
People were very friendly, but obviously struggling to survive, signs of poverty everywhere.
