Good tour operatore
4/5

Francis was a great guide. He told us many curiosities about Kenya and animals. He can drive very well and is very patient and attentive with the whole group of travellers. The only thing I would like to point out is that the agency asked us for a supplement on site to be able to do the tour with an off-road vehicle instead of a minivan. We had taken this tour thinking of going off-road because this vehicle was in the advertising photos. In the end, however, we chose to pay the extra for the off-road vehicle because it is better off-road in the parks during safaris.

Perfect organized tour with very friendly and competent tour guides
5/5

My wife and myself would like to share our incredible travel experience in Rwanda and Uganda, which we recently had the pleasure of enjoying over 14 unforgettable days! It was a journey filled with adventure, breathtaking nature, warm hospitality, and an abundance of cultural discoveries. From majestic mountain gorillas to shimmering lakes and lush landscapes, each day was a truly memorable experience. Our guides John (Rwanda) and Karim (Uganda) were extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgable.

Our journey began in the vibrant capital city of Kigali, which immediately impressed us with its cleanliness and lively atmosphere. Visits to the Genocide Memorial and Kigali Cultural Village brought us closer to the moving history and incredible resilience of the Rwandan people. The hilly landscape of Rwanda captivated us just as much as the canopy walk and a visit to the tea and coffee plantation. A truly special experience were the two tracks to see the chimpanzees and the golden monkeys. The hospitality and smiles of the locals quickly made us a fan of this wonderful country.

After leaving Rwanda with mixed feelings, we continued our journey to Uganda. Queen Elizabeth National Park awaited us with an incredible array of wildlife. We had the chance to experience an exciting safari and observe lions, elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species in their natural environment. The boat ride on the Kazinga Channel was another highlight, providing a close encounter with hippos and crocodiles.

Our final days of the trip took us to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, another highlight of our journey. The hike through the dense forest to see the mountain gorillas was challenging, but it was more than worth it as we found ourselfs face to face with these fascinating creatures. The experience of observing them in their natural habitat was indescribable.

In summary, we can say that our 14-day journey through Rwanda and Uganda was one of the best experiences of our life. The blend of nature, culture, and wildlife encounters touched us deeply and left us inspired. The people in both countries are incredibly warm-hearted and proud of their culture and heritage.

We highly recommend Rwanda and Uganda to any traveler seeking an authentic, adventurous, and enriching experience. This trip will always hold a special place in our heart!

A good preparation and a good communication resulted in a great trip!
5/5

Our safari adventure started with planning our trip. Emma provided us with a lot of information and great options to choose from. We were counting the days and finally the date of departure arrived. A few days before that departure, we received the last travel information from Emma. That was nice, it helped with our preparations in these last days.

At Kilimanjaro Airport we met with Sele, our guide. He brought us safely to our hotel.
The next morning we started our safari and Sele was a great guide. He told us many things, spotted beautiful animals and was a great driver.
During our trip we also had a cultural day planned, we learned a lot about the Tanzanian culture and habits.

We stayed at some beautiful tented camps, for example Migombani Camp, which has a beautiful view on Lake Manyara. We also stayed at Osupuko Lodges, located on the Serengeti. A very special place to stay and showering with the bucket shower was a great experience.

During our trip Sele showed us Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. We learned so many things about the animals that lives here. It was a special moment when we (well, Sele did) found a large lion-family. No other cars around us, in silence we admired the beautiful animals.

We just had a great trip, a beautiful adventure. We (a family of five, with children in the age of 17, 15 and 11) will never forget this, with many thanks to Emma and Sele.

Great Namibian Safari
5/5

Previous was our guide and driver on a private safari in Namibia, primarily focused on Etosha South and East. From the moment he met us at Windhoek airport he was friendly and a great communicator. Previous helped us start to understand Namibia and its wildlife, and his knowledge and enthusiasm for flora and fauna was infectious. He was flexible when necessary, but also provided clear advice on how to get the best out of our holiday. All in all Previous was pretty faultless and I would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone exploring Namibia or Southern Africa.

The safari took in the AfriKat centre where we had close encounters with Leopards and Bat Eared Foxes. Etosha was an amazing experience, showing us the Big Five, but also birds and little marvels like Dik Diks and African Wild cats.

Accommodation was clean and spacious, and food was good value and tasty.

The overall holiday was a life affirming experience. Well recommended.

About: Safari360
Safari360 provided an excellent, flexible and friendly service with genuine local knowledge.
5/5

Safari360 provided a once in a lifetime experience for our family group of 8. We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti parks, via a stop at Lake Manyara, over 6 days. Our guides Rashid and Goodluck updated our plans and accommodation to ensure we witnessed the great wildebeest migration and avoided the busy areas of the parks. We saw cheetah, lions and hippos in addition to other animals and bird life. Each of the lodges were of a very high standard and provided a variety of experiences, including camping in great comfort in the Serengeti. All this while Rashid and Goodluck looked after a sick member of our group, and developed a Wildebeest vocabulary with the boys to much fun and laughter. The service from Safari360 was excellent and I would highly recommend them.
