Responsive, efficient and caring
Eddie's service is incredible. We were in contact from a few weeks before the day of the tour and Eddie was always very responsive. He was flexible with the payment methods, which I was having a bit of difficulty with. A few hours before the pick-up, he came to remind me of the plan for the tour. He was waiting for me at the lobby well before the time we were supposed to meet, and he was super prepared to take me from Kigali to the Bwindi national park in Uganda. Eddie was very patient with me at the border control (especially on our way back to Kigali) and he answered all the questions I had about Uganda and Rwanda. It was a long drive to and from the park, but Eddie made it very comfortable for me to rest in the car.
The gorilla tour was nice, although I was assigned to a bigger group of tourists, which inevitably included some waiting time and more attention to the larger group's needs (but I understand the group assignment is arranged randomly). Seeing the gorillas was absolutely a lifetime experience and the Bwindi national park was beautiful. The hike back was quite intense, so be ready for some serious hiking!

Our 11-day custom safari around Uganda with Sula as our guide was truly unforgettable! Due to Sula's connections and experience, we always got valuable insights from the national park rangers, that's why spotting the "Big Seven" (Big Five + Gorilla & Chimps) was no problem at all. We visited several fantastic places, including Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Murchison Falls Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Kibale Park, Bwindi Forest, Lake Mburo, Lake Bunyonyi - all highly recommended.
Planning a safari can be challenging, but with Lifetime Experience Safaris, it's not a big deal. They simply do their best to guarantee you get an unforgettable trip. They truly live up to their name, and I can't recommend them enough! Thank you Sula and Jesse!

Very responsive operator, good value for money and wonderful driver
It was a great easy experience. This is the third time I ma travelling to Kenya and this operator is so far the best I have ever tried. Starpal safaris staff was honest, results driven and very responsive. Our driver was great and very knowledgeable. We will come back!

Our trip with Migration Venture was great, from airport pick up to drop off.
Our climb with Kim as our guide was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and attentive. Overall a great guy and would recommend.
Our Safari was with Christian and just like Kim he knew the answers to all of our questions and was able to accommodate us with our slight change requests to the itinerary. He knew where the best places to shop for souvenirs so we wouldn't get ripped off and always had our best interests in mind.
Overall, I would recommend Migration Venture for your tours. The accommodation at their lodge prior to climb and post safari was adequate, but don't expect luxury. So don't be surprised if there is no hot water in the showers.

Everything perfect...
we booked a private trip to Ruanda (Kigali and Golden Monkey Tracking in the Volcanos), Uganda (Gorilla-Tracking) and Tanzania (Serengeti, Ngorongoro Nationalpark). We visited a lot of different Lodges. Every Accommodation was very nice and the staff was very friendly.
We had two different Guides on this trip. Charles for Ruanda and Uganda and Gabriel for Tanzania. Both spoke very good German an was very friendly, really competent and reliable. All our questions were gladly answered. The guys also took care of all the formalities for us and drove us safely by all roads.
In summary we can say: great accommdations, great guides (thanks to Gabriel and Charles ;-), perfect organization, it was a really impressive experience. Thanks so much.
