Nome was very eager and willing to help.
Africa Uncovered Safaris does a great job if setting you up with transportation, lodges, and of course game drives as well as other sight-seeing programs. But what I truly appreciated about them beyond all of this was the fact that the operators and guides they choose for you (Nome and Ronnie in my case) are amazing with helping you whenever you need it. Nome, for example, would always check in on me to make sure I was ready to go at the right time. And he always asked if I needed anything or if there was anything wrong, to let him know. Ronnie was very good with taking me wherever I needed to go, and he was very knowledgeable about the places where he took me. They were both great people that helped lead me through this program, and that, I believe, is the specialty of Africa Uncovered Safaris.

Fantastic safari experience, comfortable accommodation, great food, super location.
This was a fantastic safari, we went on an evening one down the river, a day safari and a night one which was incredible, saw a leopard, aardvark, porcupine, hyenas, hippos out of the water! The knowledge of the tour guides was so informative and we had fantastic accommodation, great food and a gorgeous location. This was excellent value for money. I would definitely go again with Raha Safaris.

really well organized
I did a three day group sharing safari with this company and it was really nice. The communication with Humphrey was really good and alway, when I had questions or a little problem, he was always by my side and helped me. If you are searching for a low budget safari, in which you have al the efforts, a safari can have, this company is a really good choice!

I had a wonderful experience with team sawas during my 5days safari to masai mara . Mr martin gave me a warm welcoming and offered me the best itinerary at an affordable price . His services were excellent and he was always in touch with me during my safari .Thanks to Mr Marcus my driver guide for his patience and proffesionality. You have to experience it!!
I have no words to describe how amazing our trip has been. All organized by Mangokili. There is no one more professional, helpful and dedicated to their work than Erik and his team. From Zanzibar accommodations, game drives and transfers, he took care of everything perfectly. We saw the Big 5, more than 1 time and from a meter away. No one knows the parks better than them. We arrived among the first or we simply saw them alone.
We will be back in the wet season at some point and it will be Erik for sure.
All our thanks for offering us an experience that we will never forget.

Fabulous safari experience
We had an amazing safari arranged by Filipa at Spirit of Kenya. She was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Our guide Charles was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He knew where the animals were going before the animals did. Wherever he took us we were followed by other guides as they knew Charles knew what he was doing. We saw the Big-5 and so much more. Incredible Safari-experience
Everything was perfect with our very friendly and competent guides Julius and Dani. They showed not only the beautiful landscape and incredible wildlife of their country, they introduced us in the Culture and everyday life of tansanian people as well. They were able to communicate in Englisch and in German, which was very good for the grandparents in our group.
All of the lodges were beautifully chosen, the food was superb and the staff always super friendly and helpful. The Migungi forest camp, the sawadi serengeti camp and the crater forest camp welcomed us warmly and did everything to make us feel like home. Thanks to everyone who made this possible.

Worst experience ever while travelling
We booked a boat cruise, a VicFalls trip and a private safari to Moremi with Afrinature aka African Drifters.
All of them were operated by third party operators or freelancers, so rather book with others.
This company totally spoilt our holidays instead of having a relaxed trip which we actually paid a lot of money for. I already complained during the trip but I was asked by the owner to send my complaints on email, then we would talk about a refund. Since I have sent the report to him I was ghosted - no replies on Whatsapp, no one picked up the phone. After all: No refund - no excuse - nothing than disappointment with this company.
We paid 5k USD for the private safari for 2 people for 5 nights. We had a lot of issues with the company like delays, hotel change, changes in the prearranged schedule, one day we didn't even arrive at the camp that was booked before it got dark. Only one day was ok for us. Everything seemed to be happening due to a lack of planning, organisation and communication.
