My family and I loved our 14 days self drive round trip. We travelled from Windhoek to Kalahari desert , Namib desert, Damaraland, swakopmund, etosha national park and other private reserves.

Exceptional Safari team - An unforgettable adventure!
We recently had the pleasure of embarking on an amazing 2 weeks of East Africa wildlife Safari and Zanzibar beach holiday with TRE!
3 days Maasai Mara in Kenya, 2 days at North Serengeti, 2 days Central Serengeti and 1 day Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania and finally in Zanzibar beach!
Where I come from, there are very few local travel agents that organise Safari trips to East Africa. Moreover, it is our desire to find a local travel agent that has deep understanding of the local wildlife ecosystem and community. It is our belief that when we visit a country, we aim not to contribute to exploitation of animals but rather supporting the protection and conservation of them and contributes to the local community. Planning for this trip had took months of researching to find and engage a suitable travel agent and courage to trust one to transfer large sum of money for the trip! Fortunately, we found TRE and Paul has made this experience an extremely easy and pleasant one. From asking tons of questions on the itineraries to making several changes to the itinerary, Paul always answer our queries promptly and provide us with different options to suit our travel needs which were very helpful and much appreciated.
Our first ever wildlife Safari experience was made extraordinary by Paul’s dedicated team of Safari guides/drivers. Their commitment to provide authentic hospitality and an exceptional experience (and sometimes going above and beyond) shone throughout every game drive.
Raphael our Maasai Mara guide not only have sharp eyes but he has the great ability to be in the right place at the right time - a crucial ability necessary to see wildlife successfully. He has been a great safari driver throughout our trip, giving us close quarter view of the big five! We consider ourselves lucky to see all of them as leopards and rhinos are very elusive. Thanks to Raphael! He is also very amicable and have immense knowledge and experience of the place.
Justin was our guide in Serengeti. He was great too and would give the best so that we can view as many wildlife as possible. He was at the right place often and because of him we were able to see a pride of lions sleeping under a tree! We were also able to see leopards several times in the Serengeti plains.
We left Africa with the reminder of how raw beauty of the natural world looks and feels like. We are just back from this amazing trip and are already having withdrawal symptoms… We have fell in love with Africa.. and can’t wait to return one day once more for that magic, with Tanzania Road Expeditions of course!

Professional, attentive to details, and helpful.
My family had a fantastic Safari with Arkman Safaris. We toured Nakuru, Maasai Mara, and the Aberdare national parks. It was a pleasant experience from the planning of the trip to the actual trip itself; our coordinator Jacinta was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions, and our driver-guide Mwangi was an extremely knowledgable, as well as polite and helpful throughout the entire journey.
Would say that Arkman's pricing is definitely comparable to the other operators on this site. But I must emphasize that their service is excellent, and they planned an unforgettable trip for my family. Highly recommend booking with them!

Our experience with Africa Zim Travel & Tours has been extremely rewarding and satisfying. Pamela was amazing and patient as she had to navigate through all of our individual needs of our large family group. We had to make numerous changes with dates, budgets and requirements however Pamela made the process easy and no trouble. The initial planning process was seamless as Pamela came up with an itinerary that suited all of our needs and various budgets. From the moment we hit the ground to the moment we were back on the plane, Blessing was amazing. We didn't have to worry about anything as he made life so simple for our family to focus on the experience of Africa.
