Superb personalised experience
I was introduced to Experience Uganda through an intermediary, who arranged 3 quotes for a c.2 week trip to Uganda (one budget, one mid-range and one luxury - Experience Uganda was the mid-range quote). It was no problem for Kevin to re-arrange the quotation, including some of the best points of the other two quotes, as well as changing the dates. Kevin took into account my suggestions and was able to advise me when I wasn't sure about how many days to spend in each location. I was given lots of information beforehand about clothing, online visa application etc. and was kept in touch at all stages of booking and payment etc.. It ended up as a 14 night tour.
The holiday started in an excellent fashion when I was met the aeroplane side of customs by a representative who guided me through the process of getting the visa and helped me collect my baggage. Soon a car whisked me to Karibu Entebbe, Experience Uganda's guest house, which was very comfortable and well appointed. Seeing as I had arrived late at night and was getting up early the next morning to go on a boat trip to the Mbamba Swamp to see shoebills, Brett left the briefing until my return.
The next day I met Bahati, my guide for the 2 week anticlockwise loop around western Uganda. He was courteous, fun and very knowledgable, and we soon got on like a house on fire. He quickly made sure that he knew what my priorities were for photos etc. and spotted birds and animals where I hadn't seen anything. The lodges that had been arranged were with one exception excellent, and at the end of the trip, when I noted a couple of deficiencies with one lodge, Brett made sure he found out exactly what was my positives and negatives were with that accommodation for future reference. I had a last minute change to my itinerary for the last day, because I wanted to meet some in-laws, and Brett and Bahati helped arrange a meeting place, as well as a room for me to rest as my flight did not leave until late evening.
I cannot stress how good Bahati was as a guide, and he had contacts in various community projects who were experts in their field whom we would meet for birding walks etc. Bahati was flexible and would offer a choice about activities and time of departure etc.. I had booked 3 chimpanzee treks and 2 gorilla treks, which was a good idea as you are not guaranteed of seeing chimpanzees in particular. I was lucky the first trek in seeing 30-40 chimpanzees hunt, kill and eat a monkey. The second trip was a chimpanzee habituation where you can be with them for up to 4 hours. This time a chimpanzee passing overhead pooed on my back!. The third time I saw no chimps. I think the chances of seeing gorillas are nearer 100%, but by going twice I saw two different families.
The boat trips were arranged as private trips, meaning you have a smaller boat, more flexible itinerary and more personalised experience. The vehicle I travelled in (a Toyota Hi-Ace van which had been safari modified) was exactly what I needed. With the roof open I was able to get high up to take photos, and there was plenty of room for all of my baggage. Brett and Bahati were in contact every other day, checking that the arrangements were all in place.
All in all, I couldn't have asked for anything more from Experience Uganda. I had to travel solo this time because my wife had had a hip operation recently, but we intend to visit Uganda again, and I shall have no hesitation in arranging a holiday with experience Uganda once more.

We were 6 of us, and travelled to Tanzania Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara National Park. Our safari was wonderful because the service Sino Africa Safari provided was excellent, the driver was very professional and care about us, hotel was supergood with good food, and the vehicle was in good condition. We enjoyed our holiday last year, we appreciate the office for the excellent arrangement. We would recommend Sino Africa Safari to anyone without doubt!

Awesome
We highly recommend Top Cream agency for its seriousness and its excellent services. We called upon this agency during the week of February 9-16, 2020 and everything went perfectly well. The program was very well designed and the guide David was really very friendly and very competent. This is a serious agency that takes good care of its clients, you can call on them with your eyes closed !

Kilimanjaro tour
I have done the 8 day Lemosho trek with Kilinge Adventure's guide Thomas, and it was really amazing! He made sure the team had everything we needed and guided us patiently from camp to camp. In addition to that, I learnt a lot about the area and its biodiversity and even a bit of Swahili. Trekking together was a lot of fun and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable adventure whether it is climbing or going on a safari!

Excellent tour from Cape Town to Windhoek
We booked our 8 days tour with African Budget Safaris, but they subcontracted the tour with Adventour, so we had no communication from Adventour before departure. We had a very good surprise with David : he is a wonderful guide for such a trip through the namibian desert. He knows the place as well as the bottom of his pockets and kindly provides a lot of interesting informations - and stories - about the history, the landscapes, the wildlife and the plants. So, the journey was awesome !

Absolutely perfect safari-informative, rewarding, fun and one most enjoyable
Mukisa Safaris met every one of my expectations. Our guide Hamidah and our driver Jon were most professional, helpful, and knowledgable. The chemistry between them was great. I learned so much about Uganda, Rwanda, the animals, and culture from these individuals. I always felt safe and secure with the individuals. The safari and accommodations were everything that was advertised. I can't say enough about Mukisa, Hamidah Nakato, and John Mpaji. The individuals, activities, and accommodations always exceeded my expectations.

Didn't plan to go on a safari--am very glad I changed my mind.
We weren't sure what to expect on a safari--three days in the middle of an African plain? It turned out great. The accommodation was good, food okay, but the guide was what made the trip so great. Lots and lots of animals, of course. Something to remember forever.

Arusha Nationa Park and Lake Natron
Just returned from an amazing family and friends’ trip to Arusha NP and Lake Natron. This is our fourth Safari with Duma Explorer and this safari company continue to excel every time. Stacy and her team took good care of all the safari details, including organizing the expedition to Lake Natron, an off-the-beaten path cultural safari in the Lake Natron region. After our arrival in Kilimanjaro Airport, George our guide and driver drove us safely right away to Arusha National Park (the smallest of all NP in the Northern Circuit). He took the time to show us every corner of park including the alkaline Momellas Lake and the pink flamingos. You can see all other animals, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, waterbucks, etc. but the amazing landscapes so close to Arusha City are part of the enchantment of this park. We spent the first night in Arusha Rivertrees Country Inn, lovely place with amazing staff and food. The second day we drove directly to Lake Natron enjoying the views of the eastern Rift Valley. On the way to the Lake we visited a small archaeological site in Engaruka, a site dating from the 15th Century and abandoned at latest in the mid-18th century. The site still poses many questions, including the identity of the founders, how they developed their farming system, and why they left the site. Visiting the local Maasai communities was enjoyed by all the group. Aside from the time spent with the Maasai communities, enjoying the views of the Youngest Volcano of East Africa, Ol Dinyo Lengia and the pink flamingos in Lake Natron, the family agrees that the best two activities were the Hominid footprints site near Lake Natron (well preserved footprints from at least 19,000) and the waterfall near Ngaresero, quite an adventure for the family, as long you bring a local Maasai guide.
Duma Explorer did a great job planning this trip and it is great to know that you have an entire team caring for your family and providing customer focused service at all moments during your safari.
