We had the chance to do a 4-day safari and the experience is more than successful, the suricatasafari team put all the ingredients in it

Just huge.
Regarding the organisation very easy contact by email taken care of as soon as you arrive on the continent and then we let ourselves be guided, all in safety.
It adapts to every situation and even to last-minute requests.
Regarding the safari itself, we selected the one with the campsite and frankly, we don't lose quality of catering, chef Ben has prepared crazy dishes for us and the Floridi guide is struggling so that you can see all the animals (we had the chance to see them all) and exceptional situations

Memorable and Trip of a Lifetime
We had an amazing time thanks to Kenya base company Africa Starpal Safaris! With Paul help, we designed an 8 days itinerary which worked well for us and the booking process was really smooth to all the lodges.(Masai mara keekork and at ziwa lake Nakuru and ol tukai Amboseli) During the safari our guide was great fun and importantly he was very knowledgeable. He was determined that we saw the Big 5 and lots of other amazing scenes, and this didn’t disappoint!For sure we would recommend this company to everybody either a safari starter or going to Africa Once agein, since nothing could have been done better than what they did!If anyone need more information about them can write to me and i will be happy to assist.

Amazing company!! The owner is so thoughtful that he joined on the last day for special conclusion. The tour guide (William) is expert in driving and spotting of animals. The lunch was prepared daily with different lunching spots in a fancy setup…. Highly recommended

Loved my experience with Golden Safari at Akagera! Our driver was Frank and he was prompt, friendly and fun. Our tour guide, Justine, was just as fun and informative. We saw almost all the Big 5 animals except for lion, and it was well worth it.

Agency presents a picture of the tour that exceeds expectations and reality
Safari - The Seasons hotel fair. Only positive is the food. A/C and TV not working, no hair dryer. Needs updating. The tent camp was a unique experience that was very nice. Our safari guide, Tandi was excellent. There were only 2 of us at the hotel which was sad. No choice in the meals, but they were good. The lion enclosure was a disgrace. Very small fenced in space with several lions laying around. Our guide was knowledgeable, but his actions disintegrated as the week passed on.
Capetown - great overview of the city and had a wonderful guide in J.P. J.P. was outstanding; knowledgeable, timely, professional; perfect. Showed us everything on the itinerary and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff and food was excellent. The chef made us ostrich one evening and it was well prepared and delicious. Hotel does not have elevators, only cement stairs, which should be told to guests beforehand. Only one guest room on the main floor. Although the hotel was nice I would have preferred to stay in the city where more shops were readily available and you could walk around the city and talk to residents. The location is on the beach, but isolated. Only one small shopping area and it was quite a walk from the hotel.

The most perfect honeymoon experience thanks to Heidi & Pembury Tours!
My husband and I recently returned from the THE MOST PERFECT honeymoon trip to South Africa, and we know for sure that it is due to the work of Heidi and of Pembury Tours that we had such an incredible experience.
I worked with Heidi planning my honeymoon for almost 3 years. Due to COVID, our original wedding and travel plans were rescheduled, cancelled, and rescheduled again and again. Every single time we were forced to make the decision to postpone, Heidi was positive, supportive, and still remained excited about the event and the opportunity to make our dreams a reality even with a new date. She would tell you that by the time our honeymoon finally arrived, she was more excited than we were!
Every single part of our trip that Heidi touched was perfect- from the several itinerary options that she versioned for us at the beginning all the way through the final airport transfer on our way home. She paid meaningful attention to our goals and our ideas about what we wanted to see/do/experience, created itineraries to choose from, and responded to our thoughts and feedback to design the perfect trip, as if she was reading our minds. The pre-event communications and preparation were exceptionally helpful to frame our experience, and the packet and details that met us upon our arrival in the country continued everything we could need (and more!) to orient ourselves to our trip.
Throughout the trip, Heidi checked in via WhatsApp, and even communicated with some of our parents to help organize some ‘secret’ surprises for us along the way. And our parents have more wonderful things to say about her help organizing some meaningful gifts that were delivered to us at the perfect time!
I was such a relief to literally just sit back and relax, and let Heidi’s planning or organization take control. The tour guides, the transfers, the check in process at each of our locations, etc.- was all expertly organized. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing the whole time!
My husband and I are eager to be ambassadors for both the beautiful country of South Africa, as well as Pembury Tours. We could not have had a better trip, and have Heidi to thank for being at the helm of it all!
