Thank you to Alex and Evans of Lenchadasafaris for a great safari trip. I had to make alterations to my journey a few times due to sad circumstances but Alex was always very patient and made the necessary alterations without fuss so really appreciated the great customer service

Unforgettable experience!
5/5

We just finished our 5 days safari and we had an amazing experience. It’s very well organized safari by Zee and Eric and very well delivered by Emmanuel who was our tour guide/ driver/ communicator. First of all I want to mention about searching for the good company to do the safari online is overwhelming. There are many of them and they can be very expensive, I searched for months and I contacted to several companies. It was our first time in Africa and doing safari, so I had zero idea how it was supposed to be like, but when it comes to make a big decision is all about a clear communication and honesty which I got it from Msangai adventure safari company. They answered to all of my questions and everything was exactly what they described in the itinerary. We really enjoyed our first time safari, it’s very beautiful and refreshing experience to be in the wild and saw all of those animals are living their lives. It definitely changed the way we feel about wild animals. I would recommend this company to whoever wants to experience safari with people that they can trust.

I would highly recommend South Africa as a travel destination. The people here are friendly, English is widely spoken, and costs of food is relatively low. The Kruger national park is amazing to visit, as well as Johannesburg. Cape Town is a very amazing city and I would highly recommend all first time visitors to Africa, to check it out.

I booked with Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris a 6 day Safari covering Massai Mara NP, Naivasha, Hell’s gate and Amboseli. It was literally amazing. First of all, they were responsive, answering all my questions and doubts by email or whatsapp. The Safari was so nice … John our guide was very patient and knowledgeable. He knew a lot about the animals and Kenya. Accomodation options were top! Very much satisfied. The Massai village visit was a very nice experience as well as Hell’s gate, cycling with the animals. On our last day as promised we were dropped in time to the nearest train station to take our train to the coast.

We booked a 6 night/ 7 day safari for
Our honeymoon. We had the best time
From start to finish. The booking process was easy and we had great communication from the office. Any questions or changes were answered straight away.
During our safari, from the moment we were collected from the airport, we were looked after. Our guide Lodi was definitely the highlight his level knowledge was truly amazing. He was also very kind and looked
After us very well.
I can’t explain how good this holiday was and
I believe mainly due to all the kind staff
At big cat safari!

Unbelievable wildlife, customer service and guide expertise!
5/5

Our family safari and great migration trip in Tanzania with E-Trip Africa exceeded every expectation. As background, my wife and I had both done safaris on private concessions in Botswana as well as forest elephant and lowland gorilla safaris in Gabon. We didn't expect this trip to exceed either of those experiences, but wanted to take our 10 year old twins on a safari experience. Not only did the kids get an amazing safari, but the wildlife and cultural experiences exceeded all of our previous African safari experiences. Everyday was literally like being on a National Geographic wildlife show. The abundance and diversity of wildlife in Tanzania was well beyond my understanding. We saw all of the big five and then some -with in depth and unhurried experiences up close with many of the animals. What took hours of driving around to see on private concessions in Botswana (at double the cost) occurred regularly on our trip. Our trip also incorporated the Great Migration, which was spectacular to see -even more amazing to see in person than you'd think. Granted, everyone going on a safari should understand that you are attempting to view WILD animals, which means, they're not just there to drive up and see in the same spot -so not everyone will experience the same thing and in general, you should just go into a safari with the understanding that it is an incredible privilege to be out there and enjoy the experience vs. trying to check off every box each day. But that said, traveling through areas that have prioritized conservation greatly increases your likelihood of seeing a diversity of animals. Combine that with an experienced guide (and our guide David was extremely knowledgeable) and in our opinion, a Tanzania safari with E-Trip Africa will be the best safari experience you'll ever have. E-Trip Africa's GM Ben, answered our phone call (US number routed to him in Africa) and took the time to listen to what we wanted from our safari, the age and experience of our family, and put together a proposal. We then spent another 30mins with him on the phone, working through some adjustments we thought might be worthwhile and talking with him about what he thought we'd find best to see, do, etc. He also worked with us to incorporate several cultural experiences, which allowed our kids to see what life was like for people of differing local tribes as well as a local school visit, etc. This allowed our children to better understand Africa overall, and not just think of it as a big place for animals. The lodging was exceptional -even luxurious, though we benefited at the time of traveling shortly after COVID restrictions were relaxed, meaning that several lodges upgraded our accommodations because they were relatively under-booked at the time. The food was also incredible. I really can't say enough good things about the planning, booking, experience and value offered by E-Trip Africa. From the time that Ben took to make sure he understood our objectives and comfort level, to the revisions made for cost, to the time spent to build out some cultural and child oriented activities for our family, the whole booking experience could not have been better. Finally, the quality of your guide is key -not only is this someone who you will spend 8+ hours a day with for the length of your safari, but you will rely on their knowledge of the wildlife, terrain, habitats, etc. to make your trip the trip of a lifetime. Our guide David excelled at all of these things, and it is a tribute to E-Trip Africa for finding and keeping such an experienced guide. I highly recommend E-Trip Africa and Tanzania for your safari!

Profissional and customer oriented
5/5

We were apprehensive about the safari as we don’t like crowds (dozens of vehicles looking at the same lion for instance) and do like authencity and privacy.

Soul of Tanzania understood this and we were assigned a very experienced and skilled guide, Wilson.

Wilson just figured out in few hours what we were looking for. It has been a wonderful journey based on exchange and joint experience. We met extraordinary people in the camps and Wilson managed to make us discover places, landscapes, the big five of course, share his passion for the Serengenti and his culture.

We do thank Soul of Tanzania and Wilson especially for this unforgettable experience as we could not have had a better guide than Wilson.

After going through, we deeply understand how lucky we were in the way that it could have been a very regular safari without “spices” and mutual exchange.

Professional and very attentive
5/5

With my parents, we spent 6 days among the animals in the South Serengeti and the Ngorongpro crater.
We were quite apprehensive because we like discretion and run away from crowds.
Our guide Wilson immediately understood what we liked and were looking for. Our safari therefore turned into a whirlwind of encounters with extraordinary Tanzanians in the different camps, grandiose landscapes, different experiences (picnics, etc.) closeness with all the animals, the big five obviously and a sharing of knowledge and culture with Wilson.
It is a fabulous and unforgettable trip thanks to Wilson who is the best possible guide!

We booked a "budget group safari" with Meijo. We were able to book any day that we wanted because they collaborate with other similar operators in order to fill their trucks.

Everything was really well organized. Guides, food, campsites and lodges were all excellent. Even though it's a "budget" safari there were some nice small luxuries like getting picked up from the bus stop by the manager, multi course meals, drinks, and even a pool on one of the days. The manager was also very responsive on whatsapp.

And of course, the parks themselves are beyond amazing, there are no words to describe the wildlife of northern Tanzania.
