Reliable operator with amazing guide
I can highly recommend Smile with us Tours. I went on a 3-day safari in Neyere national park with a friend of mine and truly enjoyed the experience, mainly thanks to our guide Eric. Eric is incredible knowledgeable, very friendly and amazing in spotting the animals. We stayed in Neyere tented camp, which is a 15min drive from the gate of the reserve. Due to the large amounts of rain the past period the park was beautiful green, but it made spotting the animals a bit more difficult, luckily for us Eric knew exactly where to go. Can also highly recommend the Boat safari and Bush walk. Smile with us Tours is easy to communicate with and fastly answered all our questions prior to the safari.

Unforgettable moments thanks to our driver/guide
With Karibu Safaris in Kenya we had the most beautiful experience that one can have. Everything went perfectly and we are more than satisfied with the organisation of the tour. In particular Anthony our driver/guide was invaluable throughout the tour. He treated us with much respect, solved all our queries, was always friendly and helpful and is an excellent driver. Accommodation was perfect and the food delicious. Very good value for money and 5 stars all the way.

Amazing
Me and my husband did a one day safari at Nyerere National park. Our guide/driver name was Assad. Assad had the BEST car that gave us a true safari vibe and experience. The ride was so comfortable and smooth. Assad made sure that we got to see as many animal as possible during our drive! We wished we had 2 weeks with Assad because one day Safari felt like 3 hours because it was so much fun!
Assad could speak perfect English with made the experience even better. Assad made everything he could to make us happy! He even gave us an exciting ride when we he was looking for an elephant pack! I can’t even describe how lucky we were to get Assad! His kindness and knowledge about the animals and the drive was over the top! Also, unfortunately had a sad experience at the range. Another company had booked to many guests on our return flight and the ranger and a man called Fernando tried to force us to stay behind at the park!! We said no because we had a ticket but Fernando was very aggressive and tried to get me and my husband off the plane. Thanks to Assad who spoke to the pilot and the ranger as well as other passengers we could return to Zanzibar. Assad never left us until the flight was up in the air. It’s because of Assad that we could return to Zanzibar. I don’t even know what would happen to us it Assad wasn’t there. Also there was a tall guy on the Safari that wasn’t that nice during the breaks.
So to sum everything up. Me and my husband will come back for 2 weeks next year because of Assad and we only want Assad. We will ONLY recommend Assad. If Assad isn’t there we or our friends/family won’t come. It’s not safe if his not at the park due to aggressive men like Fernando and the ranger. Please make sure that you ask for Assad and make sure that it is Assad that will be taking care of you!

Would book again! Great value! 6 days/5 nights Mikumi/Ruaha/Udzungwa
We loved our 6 days/5 nights tour! It was my first time in Africa and my first safari. Our guide and driver was always with us and super reliable! Got picked up from the airport in the middle of the night and started our journey - everything went very smoothly. Also the tour operator is always reachable via WhatsApp which gives you an extra feeling of security. The driving itself also felt very safe (some people’s moves to overtake are suicidal), but our driver (Alphons) was really being super careful and practiced safe driving habits. Our stays at and in the national parks where awesome with tons of wildlife. I must admit though that the accommodation run by the national parks itself is a bit basic, but it is definitely worth staying right there with the wildlife around you. For us it was an amazing experience! Also they had organized a private cook to go with us to the places where there is no food provided. We loved going shopping with him over the market and we could really choose what we want and don’t want to eat (they will take care of your dietary preferences). The food was always super tasty and fresh (we also didn’t have any stomach issues whatsoever).
At the end we where dropped off to our hotel.
The tour is really great value for money!
Also everything was included in the price as advertised (no hidden costs!). We did give bigger trips to the Maasai village we visited, our trekking guide in Udzungwa NP and of course our cook and guide/driver.

Creating unforgettable memories in Victoria Falls
We booked 2 trips with Aritsamaye Safaris (AS)
The first trip was a 13 minute helicopter ride over Victoria Falls. There are a number of flight options but we found the shortest (and cheapest!) flight was plenty long enough to view the Falls and get a fantastic perspective. We were picked up from our hotel, taken to the heliport then after the flight we were taken on an accompanied walk through the VF park (Zimbabwe side). Our guide, Lox, was fantastic and very knowledgable. There are 16 viewing points and somehow each view offers a different aspect. Stunning. We strolled for about 90 minutes which is ample and not at all tiring.
The second trip was an all day Botswana safari. We were a little concerned that we were taking on too much but everything ran seamlessly. A 45 minute drive to the border (stopping twice to allow elephants to cross!), then 20 minutes or so crossing into Botswana, which was an experience in itself - warthogs accompanied us across the border.
The 3 hour or so drive in an open vehicle was great. Our driver certainly knew his way around, liaised with other drivers en route, and led us to everything you wanted to see. We were very lucky. The lunch break was well-earned and beautifully presented on the banks of the Chobe. The return to the border is by boat and, again, our guide made sure we saw hippos, crocs, elephants and beautiful bird life. A truly memorable day and highly recommended.
Communication with AS was excellent. We booked our trips 3 months before leaving UK. Between booking and actually going on the trips we had numerous questions and, without fail, each question was answered within an hour via WhatsApp. It felt very personal and our contact at AS, William, did everything to ensure we had a Victoria Falls experience to remember forever. perfect 4-day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru budget tour
I joined Jocky's 4-day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru budget safari tour and had a blast! Jocky Tours were the quickest to respond and provided helpful information (e.g. I didn't know that there were 2 options - minivan and Land Cruiser). It was the best decision to pay a little extra for the Land Cruiser! Our driver/guide Johnny is THE BEST! With him we saw the big five up close and personal. Nothing was too much trouble for him - he would move his car just inches so that we could get a better view of an animal and he even woke up early just so we could catch the sun rise. Johnny was also very knowledgeable about the different animals but the best thing about him is that he is so jolly and happy! Jocky Tours is really lucky to have Johnny on their team. I would highly recommend Johnny (and Jocky Tours) for any safari in Kenya!
As an aside, it was also great to see all the tour operators working together to car pool tourists returning to Nairobi everyday! This is in the best interest of all tour operators as it enables tours of any duration to start on any day (without having to wait for a minimum number of people to join a particular tour with a particular tour company departing on a particular day). Tour operators elsewhere should consider adopting this approach.
