Great service and excellent value for money
Elephant Herd Tours was arranged through our BnB hosts and we couldn't compliment them enough on their choice. We were picked up at our accommodation early morning and the experience was everything we expected and more. Our goal was to see a leopard and this happened in the first hour. The guide was great providing good information.

An amazing 7-day family safari
we had an amazing 7 days safari as a family of five, visiting Tarangire,serengeti experiencing the great Migration, and lake natron. everything was well organized and every day brought something special.
our Guide fanuel was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and had an incredible eye for spotting animals, we saw many amazing wildlife moments that we will never forgot.

Amazing Safari
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience with Serengeti Clarity! From the very beginning, everything was planned perfectly, and we were so happy with how the entire trip turned out.
A special thank you to our guide, Chalamila, who truly made the experience unforgettable. We were a group of seven people sharing one vehicle, which could easily have made it difficult to accommodate everyone’s wishes and expectations. However, Chalamila did an incredible job of making sure everyone was happy and had the best possible experience. He was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile for us.
The safari itself was incredible, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We were also very impressed with all of the accommodations throughout the trip — every place we stayed was amazing and added to the overall experience.

Reliable Room Booking & Guide Exceeded All Expectations
1. The trip went exactly as scheduled. There were no hiccups with the hotels, and the scenery was stunning.
2. It rained on our arrival in Naivasha. Our walking safari was nearly rescheduled to the next day. However, our guide kept a close eye on the weather, and we managed to complete it on the same day without disrupting our itinerary.
3. Guide Eli was absolutely fantastic. He could name every animal in Chinese, and also gave slow, detailed English explanations about animal behaviours and differences between species. We learned an enormous amount.
4. He was flexible with safari timings. We spotted all the animals we hoped to see, and every expectation was fully met.

Was 15 min early for pickup from Catalyst Hotel. THOMAS is Very helpful, friendly and most importantly drove us safely to Kruger National Park for 6 hours. Clear comms regarding when the breaks were and how long driving will take. Didn' t rush us and the people we are with are not drama queens and were on time when we are about to go.

Wonderful experience
Safari was so amazing with the driver David Mikami. He was such an amazing driver. He made sure to see Big Five and we saw them all. He knows where and which spot to see the best every time. Also, he is literally very good driver the way he put the break on the rough road. You won’t get car sick with him.
We really enjoyed it overall. Hotels were mostly very clean and had hot water available. Foods are good every time. It was more than I expected.

Amazing Ethiopia experience - our guide made this trip unforgettable
We just completed a 10+ day tour across Ethiopia with EET — Mercato in Addis Ababa, the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela, the Danakil Depression and Erta Ale volcano, and the Omo Valley tribes (Hamer, Karo, Nyangatom, Mursi) — and it was hands down one of the best trips of our lives.
What really made the difference was our guide, who we called him “Superman.” From day one, he felt less like a tour guide and more like a friend traveling with us. Ethiopia's logistics can be genuinely unpredictable, but no matter what came up, He always found a way to make it work. Whatever the obstacle, the answer was always "no problem, we'll figure it out" — and he always did. That kind of reliability means everything when you're deep in remote areas like the Danakil Depression or the Omo Valley.
Beyond the logistics, his knowledge of Ethiopian history, religion, and the different tribal cultures added so much depth to what we were seeing — this wasn't just sightseeing, it felt like genuinely understanding the places and people we met.
If you're considering a trip to Ethiopia, especially anything involving Danakil or the Omo Valley, I can't recommend EET enough, and truly went above and beyond for us.
