Dishonest and Dangerous
Terrible organisation and put us in a dangerous situation. Tons of hidden costs. They were not honest about the cost of the hotel and charged us double the actual cost.

The tour operator acted quickly and found the best places before others did
On the tour we were picked up directly from the hotel and then went to Masai Mara in the group. The guide changed the plan so that we could visit Masai Mara Village that day and do the safari early on the 3rd day because the animals are more active due to the colder temperatures. The guide was very knowledgeable and his suggestions were always in favor of the group. The accommodation and typical Kenyan food were also very good. The safari was of course the highlight and we saw all the animals you can imagine. Everything was very well organized, the guide always knew what he was doing and responded to our wishes. I would definitely recommend the adventure

Serious and professional
We were on a very tight budget but we were right with Shipungo and we were able to make two magnificent excursions to the Delta and Moremi. They came on time and the guides were very professional.

MUST DO!!!
I trusted Isaya without knowing him and he didn’t disappoint me, on the contrary he was superb!!! I highly recommend booking KIHINDO Tours. Isaya is a young, eager man wanting to give the best of him to bring quality to the trip. He responded promptly to all my questions via WhatsApp and found the perfect safari for us, two families with kids. We arrived to Selous Reserve and he was waiting for us with his big smile and friendly attitude to introduce us to our AMAZING ranger named Joe. Joe not only is nice and kind, but he’s knowledgeable and really knows the place very well so we had 2 great days chasing animals, going through different parts of the reserve and learning a lot while having fun!!! He even took us to a hot spring. We saw many animals and had a blast, and the most important: we felt safe!!! We stopped at “Selous Impala Camp” a jewel inside the park with super friendly staff, yummy food and great chilled vibe- I’d definitely recommend Isaya + Joe for an endless memory adventure. Africa might be far from home but it’ll be in our hearts forever!!! Asante sana Isaya, thank you Joe- Hakuna Matata!!!

Excellent UNESCO Heritage packages
Everything was excellent about this package we covered Mana pools and indeed it's magic, we were booked at safari tents and we felt the VIP treatment, accommodation in great Zimbabwe and Bulawayo was amazing. It was worthy even $ I spent on this tour. Shakes is an amazing guide and ensured we had the best of the service. I highly recommend this operator, planning a family trip to Botswana and am definitely using this company again.

I am very glad choosing MorningStar as the planner and service provider for my first safari in Kenya. They planned our trips in Amboseli, Mara and the lakes in very short time, and I enjoyed thw trip very much. We've travelled from one destination to another smoothly and timely, visited scenic landscapes like the Kilimajaro and Mara, and saw hundreds of antelops and zebras running and living on the grass, cheetahs and leopards coming and going in glances, lions roaring and patrolling between bushes, and elephants and giraffes walking and flocking. What a circle of life...
