In four days, our guide Joel showed us the Tarngire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti national parks, showing us a quantity and variety of animals that exceeded all our expectations! Joel knew the most beautiful places, always being careful to protect nature and not disturb the animals. Our chef Joachim "Mr. Delicious" was wonderful - as his name already says - and prepared perfectly seasoned dishes from all over the world. The entire organization and accommodation, which met the camping conditions as expected, were also impeccable. My wife and I were hesitant at first but everything went well. At the airport, a driver was waiting for us. When we arrived at the hotel, we were briefed on the organization of the safari.
We took 4 days: Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngororo with lodge. There were 6 of us tourists in the jeep, which was very comfortable. Perfect formula.
Remember to bring your binoculars, snacks, a sweater (it is cold in the evening and morning in Ngororo especially).
We had a great guide, Agustin, 26 years of experience, with whom we had an incredible time.

We booked a 10-day custom Zambia tour with Zamsato for 4 people - two adults and two seniors.
We would highly recommend Zamsato. So glad we decided to go with them after initially approaching a few different tour operators.
Right from the very beginning, we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by Daniel and his team. While planning the trip, they were able to provide many alternatives and patiently recommend options based on our needs so we were able to plan the perfect custom itinerary.
Zamsato organized all the transportation, activities and accommodation, including massages with the lodge as per our request as well as a special birthday surprise. Everything was expertly taken care of. On the second day of the tour, Tissah came to meet us at the lodge in Livingstone and made sure we were comfortable and even recommended and arranged transportation to a local restaurant.
On the final day of the tour we had a very unique request to drive around a small town called Kabwe, around 3 hours from Lusaka. Daniel picked us up at our hotel and drove us there, patiently exploring all the sites with us and drove us back in the evening. We stopped at Fig Tree Cafe on the way back for lunch, a delightful spot, with great food and some local craft shops.
Daniel kept us entertained with interesting stories about life in Zambia so the long drives went by quickly. He took extra care of my elderly parents, buying a step-stool for my Mom from a street-side store for ease of getting into the vehicle and some newspapers for my Dad to read. After dropping us at the hotel, Daniel even arranged for a taxi for the airport transfer, to save on hotel shuttle costs.
We could easily see how Daniel made his clients feel welcome, safe and comfortable.
Overall a wonderful experience and a great team to work with for a special trip.

Amazing safari trip! One of the best travel experience we had so far!
Our safari tour with alligator was one of the best experiences we have made. We have been picked up at the hotel in Nairobi and welcomed with a safari hat before leaving for our first destination at Amboseli-Nationalpark. We (me and my husband) booked a seven-days private tour and were not sure whether this would have been too much. But we have been astonished by the beauty of the landscape and animal sightings in Kenya that we could have continued even after 7 days. One crucial factor for success of our tour was definitely our guide Manu. His super friendly character and easy going personality combined with his 13 years of safari-experiences made this trip unforgettable. We have been provided with mineral water frequently and he always interacted with us to make sure that we are alright. In the national parks he provided us with lots of informations about the animals and answered all our questions that we had. He has the great ability to spot animals and especially to find the best place for the Jeep to stop and watch them. Although we are fully aware that animal sightings also depend on luck, Manu did a fantastic job when a great opportunity for animals sightings was approaching. We were able to watch all Big-Five (even close-ups!) as well as hippos, zebras, giraffes, antilopes, cheetahs, crocodiles etc. We highly recommend Alligator Adventures and Manu for the safari experience in Kenya!

Amazing safari experience!
I researched many tour operators for a 5 day, 4 nights safari in Tanzania and finally chose African Big Cats Safari as their itinerary was a good fit and appeared to be value for money.
They were very quick on answering any questions I had about the tour. They changed the itinerary to make it most suitable to our needs and provided really good accommodation options which we were great stays.
The actual Safari more than exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide Zablon was fantastic at spotting animals and helped us see the Big 5. He had great knowledge of the parks (Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire) we visited. As we are vegetarians, he was always mindful that we had our lunches sorted.
The owner Emanuel came and visited us on our first day to explain what to expect in the coming days and also came to visit us on our last day to see how things went.
We felt really taken care of during our Safari and had the best time. I would recommend this tour operator over and over again.

5 stars experience all around. Leonard is an incredible safari guide. His knowledge about the wild life allowed us to quickly see the Big 5 and then some (we got to see vultures and hyenas!)
Leonard is also super fun to be around, sharing his knowledge about the tribes and the history of Kenya.
The tour itself was super well organised and great value for money. We will never forget the memories we made during our tour and we cannot wait to make new one soon!

During the sometimes long drives, he told me a lot about the country and its people and always had traffic under control. The accommodations were very nice. I always felt welcome and comfortable.
