Indeed it was life changing experience
My husband and I had the best time on Safari. Bateleur Eagle Safari team really put an effort to make our trip memorable. Booking and communication with Newton, sales officer, was in very professional manner, simple and without any hustle. Our tour guide Steve was very patient with us, and experienced in his knowledge about animals and Kenyan culture. Camp that we stayed in (Basecamp) was also comfortable, has a great staff and great food. Location was also great. Together with Bataleurs Eagle Safari they made my 30th birthday memorable. They surprised me with a cake and special Maasai dance and song.
Value for money was really good comparing other agencies. On our three day Safari, we managed to see 4 out of big 5 wild animals, and many other beside those.
The only thing that needs improvement would be different car for road trip from Nairobi to Mara and back. It was quite uncomfortable to drive for 5-6 hours in a car that is meant for safari drive and not for normal road drive. But that didn’t ruin our overall experience and rating of this trip.
We will definitely recommend Bateleur Eagle Safari to our friends and colleagues.

This trip has exceeded my expectations! Since the time we arrived to Nairobi's airport everything was arranged so we didn't have to worry about one single thing. Every lodge from Saruni was exceptional, specially because of the masai people, they are amazing, genuine and provided such a good service to us, i really hope to see you guys again.
We were able to see every animal i dreamed of and i will never forget this amazing experience.

Wonderful private safari experience for eight days
We had an amazing safari of eight days to Amboseli, Lake Nakuru National Park, and Masai Mara!
From our initial interaction till we bade goodbye, we had a smooth experience.
We started our discussions with Robert in January 2020 for a safari in October 2020. Robert was able to understand our requirements, and provided us with a tailored itinerary for a private safari for my wife and myself in a safari van for our stated budget. He was flexible and responsive, and was able to tweak the plan to suit our liking. We made the advance payment in early February 2020. We had numerous questions being our first African safari, and Robert was patient enough to answer them all in a timely manner.
Then, the pandemic put a halt to our travel plans, and Robert was gracious enough to allow us to delay our trip by up to a year. During this period, we stayed in touch and Robert was responsive and kept the communication flowing.
When the travel restrictions eased out in late September of 2021, Robert was agile enough to bring back our safari from deep-freeze and was able to arrange for it in a short notice.
We finally did our safari from October 14, 2021 to October 21, 2021.
Robert also arranged to pick us up from the airport to our accommodation on October 13, 2021.
Patrick was our driver and guide for the safari. He was friendly and helpful, and understood our tastes and preferences. He drove safely at all times, and tackled some rough terrain during our safaris with great skill. He showed good judgement on what he could tackle with the vehicle and what he couldn't. As a result, we were never stuck anywhere during our drives.
We saw a ton of wildlife during our game drives.
Patrick was knowledgeable to explain them to us, and got some great sightings. He did a good mix of his own spotting and using the information from radio from the other guides.
His eye for spotting wildlife came to the fore when he spotted a leopard on the first evening's game drive in the Masai Mara. The leopard was well hidden within the foliage of the tree, but, Patrick's expert eyes spotted the kill stashed on one of the branches and spotted the hidden leopard!
At the Mara, he used information from the radio on the first full day game drive to ensure we saw some of the animals we'd never seen before. On the other days at Mara and at Amboseli, he avoided the crowds and ensured we had a great experience.
We had a fantastic experience at the accommodations we stayed at, and our dietary requirements were taken care of (vegetarian food).
Overall, we had an amazing and a memorable experience, and we greatly recommend Beacon Safaris!

Simon bring us to beautiful spots, where you can see a lots of animals. Voi Wildlife Lodge was fantastic. There are a lots of elephants. They come there to drink,while you eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you for everything! Dreams came true with Oak Land Tours and Safaris.

Very friendly and professional Safari Tour Operator
We booked a 4 day Safari through Tarangeri NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro crater, Lake Manyara. We got a warm welcome at the JRO Airport from our Operator Noel and were driven to our Hotel in Arusha. Our Guide for the Safari was a Massai,his name Emanuel was very friendly. His knowledge about the wild animals and all National Parks All accommodations were very nice. Everthing was perfect.
