We could not recommend Soul of Tanzania more! We had the perfect safari thanks to Jose, our journey designer, and George, our guide. Jose, thank you very much for all your patience in answering all of our inquiries and for ensuring that all the bookings are in order - everything was flawless and stress-free. All we needed to do is enjoy the friendly people of Tanzania, the beautiful nature, and the animals.
If you travel, make sure you ask for George, you cannot ask for a better guide. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nature, animals, as well as the history and culture of Tanzania. We felt like we are traveling with a professor, we learned so much. George also went out of his way to ensure we have a good time, finding the best spots for lunch (even if it required driving to hard-to-reach areas) and making additional or longer stops so we can enjoy the nature and the animals on our own schedule while also keeping us on time. We saw all the animals we wanted to see (lions, leopard, elephants, zebras, rhinos, hyenas, monkeys and many more) While this is partially down to luck, George's knowledge of the parks certainly helped (we still do not know how he never got lost in the parks without using a map or a GPS!). Thank you, George, for this once-in-a-lifetime experience, you really made it special!
We strongly recommend that you book with Soul of Tanzania. Without having a journey designer like Jose, and a guide like George, you will spend a lot of time organizing your trip, which will not be easy as in order to book the best lodges, you really need to know the area. Going to a park without a local guide will guarantee that you will not see most animals, as you will not be able to go off the main roads without getting lost and you will not get the information from other guides. Make sure you budget for tips for both your guide and the lodges. People go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home, you will want to show your appreciation (just consider it part of the cost of the trip).
Tip: If you end up booking a hotel/lodge of your own choice, make sure you cross-check its reputation with Soul of Tanzania, as there are hotels/lodges that do not treat guides well (low-quality accommodation and food) and therefore should be avoided. You can ask Soul of Tanzania if all the hotel choices you made are endorsed by the guides.
All in all, we would not change anything about our trip in retrospect. In fact, we had such a good time that we want to do another safari in 1-2 years again. We will certainly do it with Soul of Tanzania and ask for Jose and George.

Wonderful Experience on Kilimanjaro with Zara Tours

Actual Kilimanjoaro trek well organized and supported by experienced guides.
Tents and other equipment in excellent condition. The cook made excellent meals and served generous portions.

Our driver/guide, James, was fantastic, a wealth of knowledge & cared for all our needs.
We had a spectacular 7 day safari. Because of the drive between safari parks and back to Nairobi we were actually in the parks five of the days. Amboseli was our favorite safari park. The AA Lodge at Amboseli was also the best! At the animal sanctuary at Lake Navaisha we were walking 10 feet from wild animals! James was a wonderful guide, a great spotter, careful driver, and very patient with us! Daniel's communication and trip customization was the best! The private safari gave the 3 of us lots of room to move around for the best viewing & taking of over 5,000 photographs. We would definitely recommend Meektrails for anyone.

Visiting Maasai –Mara reserve has been a fantastic dream, understanding their culture and the way they share nature with wild animals, is a big lesson for all the humanity that only think to destroy their environment to full fit their benefit.
Well done Kenya for preserving and taking care of that precious treasure that God has given.

Safari Was Amazing and Zanzibar was WOW
Our journey began with Kitau Safaris organizing and planning the entire trip for me and my wife for our Honeymoon. We decided on the 6-Days Comfort Safari During the six days of our trip we had a great time. Service at our lodges and camps was outstanding Kitau was very kind in providing us flowers, a bottle of wine, and more special. The hot lunches were such a great treat, tasty foods and were so unique on each day in the parks, Thanks once again to the driver and guide who was very knowledgeable, friendly It was amazing to see all the animals in their natural habitat we saw the Big 5, and Leopards in the trees and Cheetahs on the prowl only a few meters from our 4x4 Safari jeep Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater are truly spectacular and The landscape is outstanding also wide plains of the Serengeti are amazing The last day of our trip we spotted a rhino in the Ngorongoro crater.
After the safari, Kitau arranged a Zanzibar getaway for us. We loved the resort and appreciated the relaxation time at Nungwi beach as well as the excursions to the prison island, the spice tour, swimming with dolphins, forodhani foods Overall our safari and honeymoon experience was wonderful. Fantasctic 5 Days Tour with Unforgetable memories
My family and I decided to go to Tanzania after almost 2 years of no travel due to COVID The journey was supposed to take place last year but due to the effects of COVID, we were allowed to postpone the journey for a year. We flew right into Serengeti. This is my first time on a safari adventure and for Africa as well, I was excited for us to do this together. I did a lot of research and found kitau tanzania safaris to be a top reliable. I am so glad I went with them and while the 5 days, 4-night tour seemed like it might be a lot each day brought us new excitement and breathtaking scenes of wildlife. During the tour, we never had any issue with the check-ins the company provided great customer service. everything went so smoothly. We travelled to Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater. Our lodges were great clean rooms and great food.
The safari started at Tarangire NP moving on to the Serengeti for a couple of days and finally to the Ngorongoro crater. The picnic lunches we had at Tarangire were amazing with a view of an Elephant herd, Throughout the safari, our guide shared his knowledge of animals the Ngorongoro crater is one of the most magnificent places on the planet with lots of animals and such loving birds we had a great time on this safari. I would recommend kitautanzaniasafis to anyone wanting a thoughtfully planned and well-executed trip and if you have Juma as your guide you are in good hands! This trip surpassed our expectations.

If you are planning to go to Tanzania, I definitely recommend that you choose Obag African Safaris.
From the moment you are picked up and dropped off after 3 days it is an incredibly well organized safari. All your wishes are taken into account. You are literally the boss of your own trip and you have 2 new friends who are helping you with everything. It is worth it and the price/quality ratio is also perfect. The accomodation where you will stay is clean and well organized. I could go on for a long time, but you have to go and experience it.
