We just came back from our second safari trip with James of Wild Portraits Safari. We had the greatest possible experience during our 9 day-trip from Amboseli (Kenya), to Tarangine, Ngorongoro, Serengeti (Tanzania) and then to the Mara in Kenya. The full trip was well organized and included so many highlights: beautiful sights, the landscapes, the wildlife, James' ability to find the quiet spots with magnificent viewing, great accommodations, breakfast in the Mara, horseback riding amongst buffalo, hyena and giraffes, and of course James' great company, his care for his guests and his drive to make the full experience perfect. We are already planning our next visit and will certainly travel with James again. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation.

It was wonderful !
It was a wonderful day. I spend a very good day even if there was some late at the beginning. I saw so much animals !!!!!! And the guide was so nice and and he did his best to make sure we could see the more.

Amazing wildlife with a bush camp experience
Organising the safari with Walking Stick was easy. Our questions were quickly answered. Amazing wildlife throughout the 10-day camping safari. So many big cats. Our guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable, and funny, and we largely avoided the crowds. We had limited washing water at times, but our camp assistants did their best to provide for our needs in each of the five campgrounds. Highly recommended, particularly for those with a sense of adventure.

Spectacular Wildlife Encounters: Tanzania's Ngorongoro Crater , Lake Manyara Serengeti and Tarangire National Parks are renowned for their abundant wildlife, and we were fortunate to witness the circle of life in action. Lions, elephants, giraffes, and countless other animals were seen up close, often going about their daily routines. The highlight was undoubtedly watching the Wildebeest annual migration – a memory we will cherish forever.
Comfortable Accommodations: Our accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. The tented camps arranged for by African Big Cats were comfortable, and spacious and provided all the amenities one could need in the wilderness. Falling asleep to the sounds of the African night was an experience in itself.
Educational and Engaging: Our African Big Cats guide Lordy made sure we were thoroughly engaged and educated throughout our trip. He shared fascinating facts about the animals and their behaviour, sparking our curiosity and leaving us all with a deeper appreciation for nature. Lordy’s pride in his country and its people was admirable and we left having learned so much from him about about their tenacity and resourcefulness.
Smooth Logistics: Every logistical detail was handled seamlessly, from our airport transfers to the safari vehicles' maintenance and safety. Lordy drove confidently and safely and we felt safe and well-cared for at all times.
Responsible Tourism: African Big Cats is dedicated to responsible tourism and conservation efforts. They respect the environment and wildlife and , and we were delighted to support their ethical approach to safari experiences.

Excellent
As other people here I wholeheartedly recommend Lelaa tours to everyone who is reading this review like I was, couple a months before my trip.
You will get a very personalized approach and excellent service. You will be treated not as a client but as an old friend.
We chose to do a Northern circuit in Tanzania. I was in awe of the beauty that we saw - which was only possible thanks to our guide Jackson, who did a great job showing us everything and finding the best routes.
The choice of lodges was excellent - I did not expect to have wifi or hot water in the middle of African savannah - hours away from any city.
The food was great, especially dinners.
We also had a personalized Arusha tour and for our last night a real African dinner at one of the local restaurants. (Delicious!)
In conclusion - I hope that my review will clear any doubts if you are in process of choosing a tour company in Tanzania. Lelaa tours is definitely trustworthy and is an excellent choice.

Trip of dreams
Booking with Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours was made so easy thanks Silence and the team. Being a solo traveller, my trip was so made so special from Oscar picking me up at my hotel, to helping me transfer across boarders and dropping me back at my hotel at the end. Although only 2 days it was one of my favourite tours, and Chobe Park is definitely on my list to return to if I have the chance. Thank you team for helping createthe trip of my dreams!

A beautiful country with beautiful people
'Habari' after 43 years arrival in Mombasa Port, experienced in that time already a Safari with a big part of the Crew. I was told to take this opportunity as possible will never come anymore in my life. People from Kenya are where I am always looking for as living in a country full expat and found a few always friendly and 'Hakuna Matata'. This time arrived in Nairobi and now with a family, picked up from the airport by a friendly Maasai, 'Jambo Bwana' (Brighte Maasai Adventures). Above all we had two Maasai people who took care of my family, if their own and did everything to have the best time of their life. Thanks to 'from above' we had beautiful weather! (for us temperatures in heaven specific in the summer, as living in one of the hottest places on earth) And so many animals let us make beautiful photos in all 3 parks, to remember as from 43 years earlier 'only in my mind'.
Hakuna Matata, as holidays should be different from our daily 'struggle of life.' Thanks for our great experience, and our kids, both already adults shall never forget.

Everything was amazing! The driver was superb! David was a true friend always trying to help us to take the best picture and the best place to stop the car. About the lodges... best place to rest ever!

Diverse, charismatic, stunning scenery and wonderful people and food
Our family had a month of memories we'll never forget - squeezing in to a bjaje/tuc-tuc, eating wonderful fresh fruit, long distance bus journeys with people trying to sell all sorts of stuff every time we stopped, the list goes on. I haven't even mentioned the northern safari circuit and Zanzibar. The slave market in Stone Town was incredibly moving. A great place to explore
