Wow! The Safari was really amazing! The guide was very friendly, attentive and good. Also the food was very delicious!!!
The price-performance ratio is in comparison to other Safaris very good! We did the Safari as a family but both kids are over 18, so sitting all day in the Safari-car wasn’t a problem:) Also the tour operator and the tour guide checked on us often so we felt like we are in very good hands. The german of them is also very good!!!

All you need to live Africa Safari!
We booked a 6 days safari with Lenchada, visiting Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru and Amboseli.
Since the first contact with Alex, everything was clear and easy. He answered all our doubts quickly.
They picked up us from the Nairobi airport and we started our trip to the first stop Masai Mara where we spent 2 days. We were lucky to see many animals like lions, elephants and guepards, hippos, cocodriles even the wild east migration, crossing the Mara river.
After that, we visited Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru National Park where we can see many monkeys, flamingos and rhinos.
Finally, we arrived to Amboseli National Park where not only saw a stunning sunset but also a sunrise with the Mt. Kilimanjaro with elephants as a spectacular background.
I don't want to close this up without a mention to Jonny. He is such an amazing guide and driver. He always tried to put us in the best place as possible to find or see animals. He is very kind and helpful.

Amazing
Professional from the beginning to the end - the pick-up from the airport was on time and got us safely to the lodge which was a little paradise in itself.
Our tours were well selected including local tribe life and fantastic game drives. Our guide managed to find the most rare and shy of species, was always on time, reliable and pleasant to have around.
Definitely worth our money and the service, especially in the Suricata Lodge, was outstanding.

Trip of a lifetime
I can't say enough wonderful things about Kiwoito! My trip to Tanzania was off to a rocky start when a flight delay cost me the first two days of my safari. Kiwoito went above and beyond to sort out the rest of my trip on very short notice so that I would still get the best days (including Serengeti and Ngorongoro). Charles came and met me personally at my lodging late the night I arrived in Arusha to brief me and make sure I was ready for the next morning. Kiwoito also upgraded me from mid-range lodge accomodations to luxury lodges free of charge to make up for losing out on the first two days of my safari.
My guide Omari was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very focused on making sure we had the best possible safari experience. With his keen eye, we had a number of animal sightings that other groups missed entirely.
My perspective as a single female traveller was that I felt safe, respected and really well taken care of the entire time. Speaking to the value of the experience that Kiwoito offers - my safari was definitely a cut above what other companies offer for a significantly higher price. My understanding is that Kiwoito spends less on advertising than other companies and depends more on word of mouth referrals, which is part of why they can offer more for a lower cost. I'm more than happy to sing their praises and hope that my review leads more travelers their way!

The Tour was perfectly planed.
Unforgettable experiences! We have nothing to complain about from start to finish - the organization, the communication with Emanuel, the selected lodges, the safari guides - all five out of five stars! We choose the 3-day safari (Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater) and absolutely loved it.
We can only recommend the young Crater Explorer company and would choose them again next time!

Its a good agency for booking a safari
We had a good contact with Max before we go on safari, our guide/ driver Julius was a good driver and guide, he also spot a lot of animals and nows much things to tell us about Kenia. And if we go back to Kenia we book our safari by Max and driver/guide Julius again.

Genuine experts who listened to us and built a personalised holiday that was perfect for us.
This was our first safari and, although we’ve travelled independently a lot, we wanted expert advice on what would give us the best experience.
Clyde clearly has extensive knowledge and experience. Just as importantly he actually listened to us and ensured that we had a wonderful holiday which suited us perfectly- walking safaris, minimal wasted time with travel, experts guides and lodges which were very welcoming and high quality.
We saw so much wildlife at both camps and the people were lovely.
The itinerary Clyde set up meant that we had a good night’s rest before our first lodge and the journey there was a safari in itself. The camps were just the right level of comfort for us - good quality beds and food but not over the top.
Price wise we knew it wouldn’t be cheap but the cost was about par when compared to bigger operators though much more personalised. Clyde and the team responded quickly to any queries and checked in on us via WhatsApp just to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Would highly recommend Tailormade Africa and will definitely be using them again in the future
