What an amazing experience in Kenya
We recently returned from a 10 –day safari in Tsavo, including 4 days at Sheldrick’s Ithumba camp.
If there are 11,000 elephants in Tsavo, it felt as if we encountered nearly all of them. In an 8 sq km area west of Luggard Falls, we encountered 10 families in quick succession. Driving along the Galana River at sunset, our driver needed to brake repeatedly as waves of elephants crossed the road. On a continent where ellie populations are plummeting, to see such large concentrations of pachyderms was exhilarating.
We spent 5-nights at Epiya Chapeu (Bigi Camp) on the Galana River, an ideal base camp. In addition to frequent elephant sightings in the Galana region, we encountered large concentrations of wildlife near Aruba Dam, and Pipeline Rd by Voi.
We were very fortunate to have Ithumba to ourselves. We joined the elephant orphans for breakfast, mudbath at noon, and pre-bedtime routine. Lead keeper Benjamin and staff were kind and attentive. Ithumba must be the only place on the planet where one can be surrounded by huge numbers of elephants, a combination of orphans, ex-orphans, and wild pachyderms
We toured the nearby Hill Camp, which is more upscale and has a pool. It offers a stunning view of the plains and Yatta Plateau.
Our safari Jeep and driver, Daniel, were provided by Sino Africa safari. The Jeep was in excellent condition, and Daniel is a superb guide. Mr. Le or safari specialist is trustworthy manager, is a whiz at handling all details and communicates well. Whether you’re a safari veteran or timid first-timer, Sino Africa will provide intimate experiences with wild Africa…the stuff of dreams.

This was our sixth safari in Kenya and our second trip with Transtrek, here visiting the Mara and Naboisho. After a telephone discussion Daniel organised our trip superbly at relatively short notice. As enthusiastic amateur photographers we much prefer the freedom of independent (v group) travel, and Transtrek admirably supplies that option. Tony guided us for the second time; he has previously worked with professional photographers and knows exactly how to position you for great shots. I have no hesitation in recommending him to other keen photographers. For this trip Naboisho comfortably edged the Mara, in part due to the heavy rains. We much look forward to our next Kenya visit.

Incredible!!! So happy we did this!!!
When traveling to Tanzania for safari, we learned we had a free day in Arusha. On a whim, we booked Staajabu’s Kilimanjaro in a Day tour, and we were so happy we did!!! What a great time we had!!! Our guides, Brian and Hardson, grew up in the Kilimanjaro area and were very knowledgeable about the region and it’s culture, which they shared with us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. Our day in Kilimanjaro will be one we remember forever. Thank you Brian and Hardson

Review about Masai Mara National Reserve by Inés
You can see the big 5, there're lots of animals in this park as it is the big one. However the scenic beauty is not as amazing as in Amboseli or Lake Nakuru.

This place is like a fairy tale. Super beautiful and full of animals in the middle of the path where you drive.

Review about Amboseli National Park by Inés
For me this was the most amazing park because of Mount Kilimanjaro. The day before it rained a lot so it was difficult to see the elephants.

A wonderfully interesting destination with lots of variety.
We spent a wonderful 10 days in Namibia with an outstanding guide (Lucky) The tour was organized by Nature Travel Namibia and the staff were responsive and helpful.
We managed to see a lot of game at the Erindi Game Reserve, including some more unusual species such as wild dog. Our visit to two organizations focusing on conservation (Naankuse Foundation outside Windhoek and Rare and Endangered Species Trust near Outjo) were highlights, especially REST's work with endangered pangolins. Our Living Desert tour near Swakopmund was fascinating as we were introduced to creatures living with no evident source of water.
The geographic features of Namibia are stunning, including the Brandberg mountains (and the fascinating cave paintings) and the red sand dunes of Sossusvlei.
Lodges and food were of a high quality. The people we encountered were welcoming and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and good value.

Necessary but tirying
We went on the 6-day safari. Most of the animals we saw were in Masai Mara, we could see the big 5 in one day. However Amboseli and Lake Nakuru were more beautiful. I think you should go to see those too (the Kilimanjaro views are amazing). The big inconvenience is the distance between the parks cause it takes half a day to get from one to another and sitting in the car for so many days is exhausting and not comfortable. The other objection we had was our guide, Ali. He didnt explain anything, he was not very nice and when we talked to him about a problem he responded us in a bad way. These people have to know that we pay a lot and come from very far to enjoy that trip so we just want to enjoy what we paid for. He was unrespectful to me with the things he said. That was not nice and we didnt feel comfortable. The last days he changed and started explaining some things and being friendly. Accomodations in Masai Mara and Amboseli are tented camps, they say there's hot water but its cold, but the place itself is not bad (except Amboseli, cause there were many insects in the tent and the mosquito net was full of holes). Food is ok, buffet with some meat, rice or pasta and veggies and fruit.

Not to be missed. EXCELLENT!
This trip is trip of a lifetime! I have been around the world but this trip, the country the scenery food and the WILDLIFE is xtraordinary. Thank you to claws of Africa for organising such a beautiful trip for us. Though we choose our accommodation but tour was just beautiful. The scenery is out of this world and memorising. We were to catch the beginning of the migration which is something to watch. Our guide Dickson from Claws of Africa was excellent with his vast knowledge of the all the parks. He was patient and full of knowledge. I would highly recommend Claws of Africa to be your tour operator. The owner Fatima is excellent in responding to any queries you might have and very accommodation.
Highly Recommended Claws of Africa.
