We travelled to Tanzania with Siafu Safaris a couple of weeks ago, we were a group of 8 and the experience was incredible. Incredible Experience !
Tremendous and Incredible experience! Our guide was a gem & knowledgeable about both safaris as well as Kilimanjaro. We saw incredible animals (Unfortunately we missed Rhino out of the Big 5), landscape, and local people (also learned about different tribes in the Kilimanjaro region). We even learned somewhat Swahili! Our guide shared his knowledge about animals and their behaviour, plant life, the landscape, and history. We loved the lunches and surprise breakfast in the bush! We fell in love with it all.
Our initial and constant contact throughout the booking and preparation process was with Alex. He was quick to reply and was very helpful in finding out our desires and made sure the trip we would experience would be successful. In fact, the trip he put together for us far exceeded my expectations. I booked the safari (4 days) as well as Kilimanjaro for 6 days via the Machame route.
As you know, It is scary booking a trip of a lifetime and making a deposit in advance to be able to get lodging booked. You send the money hoping this is really a legit company that will take care of you. Let me assure you about Alex and Leyken Adventure, this company is top-notch and will honour their word! We were personally welcomed to Tanzania by Aggrey (Great Guy). He was there to greet and welcome me to our long-planned Kilimanjaro trip as well as safari, also gave me a short trip around Moshi and the local market, and then during my stay in Arusha, Alex greets and welcome me and made sure everything is great. This is a company that we will recommend to everyone that has a desire to see this incredible country and experience an incredible safari and Kilimanjaro hiking trip.

Very professional

Amazing Tour!!!
I am very pleased that I chose Axis tour, not because they were very punctual and everything went smooth but also because our driver - James - was absolutely a great guy and we all made good friends with him. He was very friendly, calm, patient and informative. If I will ever come back, I'll for sure ask him to be my driver again. He knows all the spots like the back of his hand. We almost saw all the animals possible.

Perfectly organized safari
We planned the tour from Austria. Humphrey was very helpful in advance and gave us a lot of information and even organised the airport transfer. We communicated with him through the website and WhatsApp.
We landed at 2am and our driver picked us up at the airport as agreed and took us to our accommodation. We received a very friendly welcome even though it was 3 am.
The next day we started our safari (6 days). Our guide Iddi was perfectly organised and really gave us a great safari. He knows a lot of great places and we had the chance to see a Lion hunting and the Gnu Migration. Salim was our cook who cooked great food for us every day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). My girlfriend is vegetarian and even got an extra dish every day.
The safari was a great experience, which we were able to enjoy because the planning was perfect and we never had to worry or care about anything.

Simply outstanding Adventure
This is simply a wonderful company to travel with. We've actually done 2 trips with them - a safari and the Kilimanjaro climb. We also recently referred friends who had a wonderful experience. They have a fantastic knowledge of safaris, understand what's important to travelers, and have terrific guides who very patiently provide excellent service and wildlife viewing to clients.

Toto builds custom-made experiences and is always there for you
We booked a 5-day safari tour with Toto and it has been the experience of a lifetime, one of the best travels we ever did. Japheth (the Director) helped us building a customized trip with game drives in the major parks and staying at very nice lodges. He was always very helpful, responsive and willing to answer any question. Our tour guide, Livingstone, has been absolutely fantastic. He was able to spot animals from afar and he made sure we saw all animals from as near as possibile for us to take great pictures. He was also very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting stories about animals, the parks and Tanzania itself. Totally recommended especially if you want to make a custom-made tour and to live an unforgettable experience!

Professional, reliable, welcoming and friendly
At first, I was a bit concerned selecting a small operator like KingTomondo to organize our “once in a lifetime” 8-day Kenya safari. I learned about them only through the internet, and it seemed like so much could go wrong. But what a great choice I made! We really had a trip of a lifetime.
Communication with Lisa and Nick went smooth, never waiting long for an answer to my many questions on e-mail and WhatsApp. Lisa helped us selecting excellent lodges in Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, and Tsavo West and East. Payments went smoothly.
On the trip, we got two guides, Said, with ~30 years in business, who was the most considerate and safe driver, smile always on his face, occasionally taking photos “of an exceptionally beautiful” zebra or acacia tree by his cellphone, and Ali, spotting animals for us, identifying species and explaining behaviors. Ali could get M.Sc. in East African wildlife at the spot. Waiting for an hour for an animal to move to get a better photo was never a problem for our guides, neither was to stop for 100th time for me to take another photo. We dined with our guides a couple of times. The big five were seen in 3 days, including a leopard devouring a fresh kill in the tree.
We upgraded to a jeep (i.e., Toyota Land Cruiser, which appears to be the standard in Kenya safaris), which was in good technical condition with excellent tires that do not puncture easily. If you think this is not so important, do check other reviews for experiences of people puncturing in the bush.
KingTomondo has a competitive pricing compared to other operators I contacted. This is _not_ because they are cutting corners. The company is all Kenyan, and I believe just has lower overheads and marketing budget.
I hope to make another Kenya safari in a year or two, and I know which operator I will choose.
