Terrible experience
We did the 3-day safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks, and it was a terrible experience.
Out of the 3 days, we only got one and a half because they made many unnecessary stops on the way to the park (even though we told them we didn't want to stop). When we finally reached the park, the driver (who called himself Masai and was rude and arrogant) was driving quite fast, claiming that the next day would be when we'd see lots of animals (so we wasted that day).
On the second day, we did manage to see many animals after having a conversation with the other guide (a young guy who didn't seem to know much).
The worst part was the last day. We went to Ngorongoro (arriving around 10:30), and at 13:30, they told us it was time for lunch, which seemed fine because the park closes at 18:00. However, to our surprise, when we finished eating at 14:00, they said the safari was over. We spent nearly an hour negotiating to leave at around 17:00, but in the end, the driver did as he pleased and rushed out of the park at 15:45, not even stopping when we saw elephants just outside the park (other cars were stopping).
The car was small and uncomfortable (the windows were very low, and you could hardly see anything when the roof wasn't raised), and the driver's attitude was the worst we've experienced (and we've traveled quite a bit).
The company's manager offered us one night all-inclusive at a nice hotel in Zanzibar, but it wasn't what we expected (a proportional refund for the time we lost was more appropriate, as we suggested).
We wouldn't recommend this company, as a safari costs over a thousand dollars per person, and even if you tried, it's hard to do it as poorly as they did.

Unbelievable experience from start to finish. They’re the best!
Right from the organization of my trip months in advance to my arrival in Tanzania, Make My Safari made sure that no details no matter how small were well taken care of. For my climb up Kilimanjaro, my guide and the rest of the team were all very friendly and helpful and made the climb a great experience. Then I did a 5 day Safari of the Serengeti which was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and we saw so much, I’m glad I had more than one camera to capture this great adventure. All the staff at Make My Safari were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made my trip one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

He very attentive to what we asked for as clients, he took into account our budget and was very fast
We were a group of 10 friends who wanted a little bit of everything. We spent 3 days in the Masai Mara, 2 on the Naivasha side and 3 in a resort on Diani beach.
I have no complaints whatsoever with the tour operator or the guides/drivers who were with us on the safari.
They were sincere and very detailed with us.
They took our budget into account and were accommodating. If we had any problems they were able to solve them in a very short time, whether it was internal flight problems, road problems etc. They were very concerned about our safety and happiness. They treated us very well.
I am very happy to have traveled with them and I will not hesitate to repeat.

Attentive
I am positive we had the best tour operator, Paul! He was very knowledgeable about the parks and the animals. He interacted with us and often thought of things we did not :) He was professional in hi dealings with everyone in the vehicle, and was extremely reliable! I highly recommend Bison Safaris and will be referring family and friends to this company and tour operator specifically!!

A once in a lifetime experience!
It was an amazing experience. We saw lots of animals and especially the big 5.
We had amazing cooks and food throughout the whole trip. The camping experience was also amazing.
Our guide Joseph was the best!!!!

A truly experienced, professional safari + company - a pleasure to travel with/highly recommend
Friends had recommended Roadside Tanzania as one of the best locally based Tanzania safari operators, but they are not just that- the standard of service, the standard of the accomodation booked, the transfers, the flights and all the 'little things' way exceeded our expectations.
After personally meeting Paul in Arusha who outlined our trip schedule, we spent 4 days on safari in Tarangire, Manyara and the Ngorongoro crater with our excellent and very knowledgeable guide, Justin. The wildlife was in full flow and every day was different and truly magical in its own way.
With all transfer and internal flight arrangements booked via and handled by, Roadside Tanzania we then had a few days at the Z hotel on Zanzibar Island- great food / great room.
This trip combo is not unusual, but Paul, Kasim, Justin and the transfer drivers certainly made our experience feel totally unique- no question or request was too much trouble. Such dedication to good organization and service is often hard to come by these days, but Roadside Tanzania are on-point - we wholeheartedly recommend choosing them if you are looking to travel to Tanzania for an safari + experience that you will treasure forever
