Awesome experience
Nasr Muniss was very friendly with us and tried to do everything to please us and make our trip more enjoyable. We loved Tanzania, the safari experience and we loved to meet Nasr. We truly recommend it.

We went to east Africa for our honeymoon and had such an amazing trip!
Booking with Kumbukumbu tours was very easy because the owner, Obed was very organized and always replied within a few hours of any emails and inquiries. We planned for gorilla trekking, chimp trekking, and a visit to Murchisons falls all in Uganda and everything was incredible. We arrived in Rwanda and on our second day after visiting the genicodie memorial we were driven across the border to Uganda to the mgahinga national park for gorilla trekking. Everything went smoothly and as planned from airport pickup to arriving at the national park. The gorilla family we visited was perfect and it was nice to get a hike in. Chimp trekking was also incredible and we watched them actively playing in the trees for over an hour. I highly recommend the boat tour in murchison falls where you will see many hippos and crocodiles and elephants on the banks of the Nile river. The falls are beautiful and strong and worth seeing.
The only issue we had was on the last day was not planned out well. After 5 hours of driving we were left in entebbe for 6 hours to do nothing so we ended up going to the airport very early. There was definitely better use of this time or we could have booked an earlier flight.
Obed is a great guide and is fun and interesting to talk to. Our driver, Baraka, was very nice and fun as well and our other driver Ambrose was very professional.
Uganda is incredible and I recommend visiting and using Kumbukumbu tours for a great budget tour company.

Amazing experience of the Serengeti
We had a great time in the Serengeti thanks to Lion King Adventures and particularly, our guide Saleh. He was extremely knowledgeable and ensured we spotted the Big 5 and many more animals. He kept talking to us and giving us insights into the way of the Massai people living there and about the animals. Six days in the central Serengeti, Ndutu, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Manyara just flew by and we were kept highly engaged throughout.

We rate Jocky Tours 4.5 stars; we would have given 5 stars if hotel in Nakuru had been better
The safari was a wonderful experience and James/Munyiri was a perfect guide! He was helpful and professional at all times; he shared his knowledge of the animal and plant life, and answered all our questions patiently and carefully. He was warm and pleasant. When on Thursday we drove along very muddy roads and one van after another was getting stuck, James proved to be the most skilled driver: he helped all the drivers get out of difficult situations and it was clear that the other drivers recognized and appreciated his skill. We felt safe with him at all times.
The only complaint we have about the safari was the hotel we stayed at in Nakuru the last night. Lanet Matfam was a sub-standard hotel: the rooms were very cramped, there was mold in the bathroom, and there was no place to sit. Certainly, for the amount of money we paid Jocky Tours, the accommodations should have been better.
All in all, we had a wonderful -indeed unforgettable — experience on safari, and we were thrilled that James was our guide! We will surely recommend Jocky Tours to others and we will encourage them to request James/Munyiri as their guide.

Outstanding 3 day safari with excellent guide/driver and private cook.
African Travel Tour manager Abraham is a most dedicated person to ensure his customer(s) have the best time. Not only during the safari, but also during the preparation. He is very committed and communication is very quick established via WhatsApp. Abraham comes with different options but he also comes with advices with could be not what expected but is (was in our case) certainly for our best interest. Abraham provided us with an excellent driver/guide for our safari to the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Valley. He was able to show us the big five. Especially the Rhino was difficult to find. He saw the animals from far distance. Our great cook provided us with great meals in morning and evening but also a great lunch box. After the safari Abraham took the time with us to review the safari and he was also helpful to provide us some activities in Arusha during our stay. We have great memories for life. Certainly thanks to Abraham.

Great safari with good guide and we saw lots of animals
We did a 4 days 3 nights safari in Selous Game Reserve. We had really good experience with our guide Paul. We saw pretty much all the animals that could be seen in Selous and our guide told us many things about the wildlife. The only animal we did not see was leopard but they are really hard to see in Selous. Selous is a beautiful park with diverse scenery. Our accommodation in African Safari Camp was also good. The huts were clean and staff was very nice. We would definitely recommend this safari and the accommodation.
The walking safari was not what we expected since we thought that we would be walking inside the Game Reserve but the walk ended up to be outside the park in a bush. The food in the safari was not the best so maybe there could be some improvements regarding the food. It would have been nice to eat local food. But other than that all excellent!
Thanks for a great experience!

Great safari experience with a brilliant driver!
We booked a safari tour with Karibu World for the first part of our honeymoon in Tanzania. We worked with Sona to choose the hotel packages and were overall pleased with the choices. Our driver, Kazungu was with us from the very start of our trip till he dropped us at Serengeti airport for the next part of our honeymoon. Kazungu was a lovely man and very knowledgeable and he made our safari experience very enjoyable.
The only suggestion I have for the tour operator was that as it was our honeymoon, I expected a few little touches from them for the safari experience e.g. tablecloth and proper lunches while on safari (e.g. plates, cutlery and warm food served from serving bowls as oppose to packed lunches). I noticed other people receiving these style of lunches whilst on safari and was surprised that we were not offered this option.
However, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend our driver, Kanzungu.

Budget Camping Safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater
Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. I reserved a 3 day Budget Camping Safari to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater for 5 people and we all agreed it was one of the best trips we've ever taken.
The tour coordinator, Shabani, responded to every question in a timely and professional manner, providing more than enough information to prepare us for the trip. He was incredibly helpful and coordinated everything from the moment we landed in Tanzania to when he dropped us off at the airport after the safari.
The tour guide, Richard, was the person who made the Safari so incredible. He spoke English flawlessly and his vast knowledge of the area allowed him find every animal we could possibly have wanted to see. We drove through a pride of lions, saw the Big 5, witnessed a cheetah kill a gazelle and other things I didn't expect to be lucky enough to view. I feel very confident in saying Richard is one of the best guides any tour operator could have provided.
The final person I would like to mention was the chef, Moshi. He somehow managed to cook fresh and delicious food every day using very little equipment and being in the middle of the African plains. He was also a welcome addition to the atmosphere in the vehicle when driving from one location to another.
Overall it was an incredible experience and I highly recommend this company. I also recommend the Budget Option if you are looking for more of an adventure. Sleeping in tents surrounded by the animals adds to the experience.

Amazing five day safari
We had a great time on our five day, four nights with our four children (ages 7 to 14). Jacktone was a wonderful guide and interacted well with the entire family. He seemed to know everyone everywhere we went and is well known within the industry. The parks were amazing. We wish we had more time to visit this fabulous country.

Amazing experience with first class service and communication throughout
Awesome, we were so well looked after we almost felt like royalty. We received lots of information in terms of what we could expect, correct clothing/footwear for our various experiences, all experiences and accommodation were tailored to suit our requirements, nothing was too much trouble. All questions from start to finish were responded to by return - first class communication. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations - our driver was unbelievable. His knowledge and experience enabled us to have the best time ever - we saw just about everything we could possible see including the Shoebill (twice!), only the leopard remained elusive which means unfortuantely we will have to go back again! The lodges where we stayed on safari, whilst mid range, were more than adequate and very comfortable, always getting the "wow". The staff and food exceptional. The Karibu in Entebbe is just lovely - beautiful staff, accommodation, grounds and food. We would have no hesitation in recommending Experience Uganda and in fact have done so already. Big thank you to all of the Experience Uganda Team.
