Fantastic experience
We have just come back from our 3 day safari in the Masai Mara with Unscripted Safaris. It was really a fantastic experience! Our guide Alex was the best, he was very knowledgeable about the animals and explained everything to us. We stayed at Ashnil Mara Camp and were also thrilled with the accommodation right on the Mara River.
We were skeptical at first, but booking with Lewis was easy and smooth, all our questions were answered quickly.

Excellent safari guide
Rajabu of Raven Safaris was excellent and helped to make our Tanzanian safari experience so memorable. Rajabu was very knowledgeable and readily shared his vast knowledge with interesting information about the wildlife we were seeing. He was personable, a very competent driver and even ensured we had new water every morning. The safari jeep had a pop up roof which facilitated wildlife viewing and had a place to charge our IPhone when our battery got low from taking so many pictures. In Tanzania, we went to the Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Tarangire National Park and did a Tanzanian cultural visit which included an African lunch. We especially enjoyed the Serengeti National Park.

Best experience with African master class Safaris and tours!
We recently did a 4 days safari in Tanzania and we booked out safari with African masterclass tours visiting ngorongoro crater and serengeti national park! It was our first safari in our lives and everything was well arranged and we really enjoyed this trip.
We had an amazing guy 'Thomas' who was our guide this guy was friendly, professional and he has a lot of experience concerning with animals, parks, nature and culture of people. He was able to find animals in different places so that we can spot then and take some photos. In this trip we were lucky as we spot all the big five animals lions, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros, buffaloes and many other others. Also we enjoyed spotting the great migration of wildebeest a crossing the mara river in serengeti national park!
The accommodations, meals and other services were well arranged by the company .

We went to Kenya for the 1st time, it was worried to go to Kenya for the 1st time with two small active kids but Mary was very helpful and patient. I asked so many questions and also, we were very demanding (I guess…) but she met all our requirements and it was beyond our expectation.
Once we started, driver, Simon was just amazing…he travelled with us all the way like family and we had such a great special experience…It was like we were travelling with Kenyan uncle. My kids really enjoyed talking, eating and all together with Simon.
Simon and Mary’s combination was great too. Mary was always helping remotely and controlling our trip nicely to go smoothly. It was such a memorable experience in Kenya. Thank you African Plateau Expedition. I can 100% recommend them !

The Best Safari Tour
Now that we have returned from our fantastic trip to Africa, I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how much we enjoyed the safari. First, Joseph was an EXCELLENT driver/guide and took very good care of us. His knowledge about the animals, plants, etc. was top notch! We really enjoyed getting to know Joseph and spending the time with him in the vehicle. He went above and beyond trying to get us the best views of the animals, was always on time for us, was very accommodating to our needs. Joseph is truly a wonderful person and guide. Please let him know that I have several pictures of the Mama and baby Rhino if he wants them. Unfortunately the Mama Rhino was killed by lions the next day after we saw them.
The camps were AMAZING. The staff at the Ilkeliania Camp was wonderful. Everyone was so welcoming, very nice and the service was fantastic. Diane and Sarah were wonderful and took very good care of us. Our houseperson, Lemann made sure we had everything we needed... Read more in our tent and escorted us each time to our tent, along with a tribe member. He also made sure we had a hot water bottle in our bed each night - what a treat! The tent - GORGEOUS!!! Everything was very clean, spacious, beautiful view - I could stay there for a very long time :) The Cliff was equally as nice too, although we only stayed one night at The Cliff. The food, staff and accommodations at both locations were the best!
My husband and his sister were reluctant to go in the hot air balloon but I had convinced them that it would be safe and one of the best things they ever would do. I can't tell you how much they enjoyed the hot air balloon ride. The excitement they started feeling when the balloons were getting inflated, to getting in the basket, to lift off was incredible. Both of them told me they were so glad they did the hot air balloon ride. The brunch after the ride was phenomenal - we couldn't believe all the food, the table settings, the hospitality - what a way to end such a great experience!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! We cannot say it enough. You made this experience so easy to select the camps, the tour, etc. and the service, starting with you, was the greatest. All of us enjoyed every minute of our experience and it was truly a lifetime experience. If we are blessed to come back to Kenya in the future, I will certainly reach out to you to book another great experience. Knowledgable, determined, chilled & a joy to spend time with
I did a 4 day Masai Mara / Lake Nakuru trip and it was amazing. The timings were perfect to see the parks at various times and our guide Soloman knowledgable about the animals, birds, trees and plants ensuring we got to see as much as possible. He was super considerate for us to capture moments, whilst encouraging us through the vast range of things to see! Axis was easy to book with, timely and i felt really accommodated different members of our vans routes well with limited waiting around. This is a possible scam do not book. We have a pending case with the tourism police ART/AB/165/2023
We reserved our tour in June 2023 with safari date of September 2023. Upon arrive in Arusha, the owner of the company David wanted a cash payment which we reminded him that during the reservation we informed him we will be paying by card (which we did). We were to leave the next day for a 5 day mid range luxury tent safari at 8:30 am. We did not leave until almost 10am. Once we arrived at the Ngorongoro crater gate we noticed something off as we were at the gate longer than other safaris. After getting through, the same happened at the Serengeti gate. The permit was not paid and when he finally paid he only did so for one day. When we got to the lodging it was not paid. Long story short we had to cut the tour short and go to the tourism police. A case was initiated. The good thing we paid by card and informed our bank to reverse the charge
