Amazing Safari Experience!
Our Driver/Guide Henry was absolutely fantastic!
He was very experienced and knowledgeable about the areas and had a great skill to find and spot wildlife around the parks.
He made sure that the tour ran smoothly and punctually and made us feel completely at home.
Explorer Kenya were quick to respond and easily assisted any questions and queries that I had when making the booking.
We did a trip through Tsavo east, west and Amboseli parks, which provided a great diversity of wildlife and game viewing.
Henry was a great Guide, but also a fantastic advocate for sharing information about Kenyan culture whilst driving between locations.
Thanks for an amazing experience, 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing 3-day Safari in Nyerere Nationalpark
Me and my friend booked the 3-day safari in Nyerere (Selous) Nationalpark with a boat Safari, Game Drive and Walking Safari. The tour was amazing and we got the chance to see a lot of animals. We saw the 4 animals out of the Big Five, that are living in the Nationalpark. Out Tourguide Isaya was great, he knows the place really well and showed us so many animals, explained a lot about them and tried to give us an unique experience. Most of the time we were completely alone with the animals. Only for the lions, there were a lot of other cars, but that’s because everyone would love to see them so the guides communicate with eachother in case one finds them.
The accommodation was great as well and everyone is super friendly. The food was really good, for the whole day game drive they gave us a lunch box, which was a full meal.
To summarize, this tour is definitely worth it and I would book it again! Especially our tour guide Isaya was amazing and I would love to do a Safari with him again. You will see a lot of animals for sure, while not disturbing them too much.

The best Guide you can wish for, amazing experience
Where do I begin... a piece of our hearts has stayed in Tanzania. Never before has a farewell been so difficult; we will miss the adventure in the Land Cruiser with Freddy so, so much.
Freddy is the best guide you could wish for. He knows the national parks like the back of his hand and is simply a great person. We are very lucky to have met him. It felt like he knew exactly where we should go to observe the Big 5 and all the other amazing animals in their natural habitat. We had the incredible luck to see the Big 5 - unique goosebump moments that will stay with us forever. He had fascinating information about each animal, and we learned so much. Relaxation and excitement awaited us after the tour in tented lodges. The luxurious tents are like hotel rooms with real beds, very comfortable. At night, you fall asleep amidst the sounds of animals roaming and hunting in their territories. A friendly Maasai always accompanies you safely to the tent; everything is secure. But you probably can't get any closer to nature than this, it's amazing.
Even if Freddy doesn't personally lead the tours, rest assured that he has a guide on his team who can make dreams come true, just as it was for us. Just contact him; he will tailor your dream safari individually. He takes care of everything.
Freddy, we owe you everything. Words cannot express how valuable these 3 days in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater were for us. We already miss the conversations we had during the drive. We will definitely see each other again because we are returning as friends. ❤️

Great place to stay in Kisoro and exceptional hospitality by the owner
We stayed for two nights in Motel Santaviva in Kisoro. The rooms are very nice and there are several options to sit together in the inner courtyard of the motel or in front of the motel. We had breakfast and dinner at the motel and both were delicious for a very fair price.
Really outstanding is the hospitality and openess of Ivan, the owner of the place. During our 1 1/2 days he showed us the caldera overlooking the city, took us to the local market and accompanied us to a boat trip on Lake Mutanda. He provided us with much information about the area and its people and was just a great guide for the area.
Highly reommended for a stay in Kisoro!

Exceptional and Memorable Tanzania Safari
They had everything covered from the moment I landed at Kilimanjaro Airport. They walked us through the safari itinerary at the hotel. The adventure began the following day, and those three days? Pure magic. Our guide led us to the Big 5 and an array of incredible wildlife. They pampered us for another night in Arusha before bidding us farewell at the airport. My top choice? An excellent safari!
My husband and I booked a safari with Safari Soles for our honeymoon and I’m so glad we did. It was an incredible experience! Our guide Raymond was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals we encountered and Tanzanian culture. He ensured that we were able to see as many animals as we could! We added on a hot air balloon tour, which was absolutely incredible, worth every penny. The lodging and the food was also excellent. I would highly recommend booking with Safari Soles!

Very supportive in the pre-planning and responsive when on our trip.
Thanks to Sarah Morris and Brondwyn Nell at Ker and Downey who were very supportive and helpful in our protracted planning (due to COVID) of this trip. Whilst we were on the trip they were both so helpful in contacting the airline to find our lost luggage and then getting it sent onto our camp. It was great to know that they were there for us us all the way. The safari itself in Botswana and Zimbabwe was brilliant, Saguni and Kadizora Camps were great, in particular Kadizora where Matthew and his team made our stay so special, nothing was too much trouble and the food was great. Our guide OC was an inspiration, sharing his love and knowledge of the delta to us. We will never forget the time we spent out on our drives at the beginning and end of each day in that very special place that is the Okovango Delta. Victoria Falls was also spectacular and retiring back to the beautiful Ilala Lodge was just that was required after a long day. Thank you for an experience which we will never forget.
