This is the second time we have booked our holiday with Julius Thuvi safaris. The first time, in 2019, we wanted to get to know the Amboseli National Park and the Masai Mara. As a default, we wanted to stay overnight directly in the parks. The second time, this September (2023), we again wanted to get to know Amboseli as well as Tsavo East and Tsavo West. Again, we wanted to stay overnight in the respective parks, so that we would not have to travel to the park and thus lose time travelling there.
Julius Thuvi Safaris is a trustworthy travel company with good contacts to the lodges. All customer wishes are taken into consideration and everything is organised very well. We are already looking forward to our next trip with Julius Thuvi Safaris.

We highly recommend Michael to be the guide for anyone who chooses Antonio Safari. He did excellent job to guide us through our journey in Kenya. His enormous knowledge about the animals, Safari, Kenya history is impressive. His guides into the Safari, his driving skills, and his dedication to his job are above and beyond. We absolutely enjoyed our trip to the Safari with Michael . Without his guide, we might miss our chances to see so many animals, especially big fives.

Our journey with Rochar Africa Expeditions began when we stumbled on 7 day magical safari adventure tour package on Safari Bookings. From the very start, phinorah our tour consultant proved to be an exceptional point of contact, guiding us through the intricate details of our upcoming adventure. Over the course of several weeks we collaborated closely, fine-tuning our itinerary to meet our family's unique needs and desires.
Ultimately, we settled on a seven-day safari experience for our family of five, which included our adventurous 3-year-old and 4 year old which was truly fantastic and unforgettable journey for them
Charles our dedicated driver and host, picked us up from our hotel near the airport His hospitality knew no bounds, particularly when it came to ensuring our children had a remarkable time. He went above and beyond to accommodate their needs, even allowing them to enjoy the panoramic view from the top of the 4x4 land cruiser—an experience they adored.
Opting for the 4x4 land cruiser was a brilliant choice. It provided ample room for the little ones to bounce around and explore, offering them unobstructed views from the windows when they chose to sit down. And, of course, they could gaze out from the top for a superior vantage point to spot animals or enjoy a peaceful nap during the longer drives between parks.
Our safari adventure unfolded over two days in three different parks, masai mara, naivasha and Amboseli national park. and the wildlife encounters exceeded our wildest expectations. We marveled at entire prides of lions, watched herds of majestic elephants, and witnessed the intricate dance of nature unfold before our eyes.
Throughout our journey, the Sopa hotels provided excellent hospitality, and Charles our driver and wildlife expert, proved to be the best host imaginable.
Regarding payment, we opted for the added security of credit card transactions, and Phinorah seamlessly facilitated this process by sending us Pesapal links via email. We paid 50% upfront and the remaining 50% just before our arrival, and we encountered no issues whatsoever.
Our heartfelt thanks go out to phinorah for her exceptional service and a massive shoutout to Charles for taking such excellent care of us. You guys are the best, and our memories of this extraordinary journey will stay with us forever. Thank you!

All of the crew-guides, porters, cook worked so hard to to ensure we had a fabulous and memorable trip. They carried so much gear, the cook made us fresh, hot meals. The two guides were so kind, knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude that I knew I could make it. I would highly recommend Samora tours for your Mt Kilimanjaro experience.

Excellent operator that organised the best he could for us. Middle range tour.
Communications were always fast and on point. The service was excellent, especially Innocent, the driver, that did an amazing job to get us beautiful safari pictures and moments. The lodge was not what we booked and communication of change arrived when we already paid the advance payment, we stayed in two different camps, maybe due to the late booking. The money value of the tour was there thanks to the driver skills. The tour was full of drives and wild interesting encounters.

It was an amazing experience. Food was great, accomodations were very nice and comfortable. When we needed something, help was provided promptly. Some of our personalized requests regarding were taken into consideration and accomodated in the tour plan in a great way. Our Safari driver (Ben) has been amazing and very courteous. He has helped us with everything we needed. There is no hidden cost in this tour. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Awesome experience!
We were two girls travelling alone to the camp and we had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. We felt safe all the time. Also the food and the service was perfect, we felt completely welcomed all the time. There is also a swimming pool where you can relax after the safari.
Our safari guide Rajabu was a nice guy who made the safari an unforgettable experience!

Excellent, cooperating, customisable private budget tour
Blue mountain provided us an excellent tour plan with everything that we wanted to cover in 6 days. Ann (the boss lady) was a very cooperative, adaptable, responsible pleasant lady and a fine speaker who helped us a lot planning the perfect trip for us. Most importantly she was always available during the trip for any kind of clarification. Ben (our tour guide) was a well behaved, responsible and knowledgeable man which added more excitement to our experience. Blue mountain prepared a perfect trip for us keeping in mind our well being and wishes in every step. I would highly recommend working with blue mountain for a successful trip in Kenya.
