An amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was perfectly organized, from the hotel pickup and train journey to the safari itself. The instructions were clear, and everything ran smoothly. Our guide, Michael, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wildlife. We saw all the animals we were hoping to see, and he taught us so much about them. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Tanzania, and we highly recommend it!

I had such an amazing time on a 5-day safari. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. Our guide, Joel, was fantastic. He knew so much about all the animals, was a safe driver, found great spots for us to view the animals and created an excellent atmosphere in the safari jeep. We loved our lunch everyday on our safari. We were happy with all of our accommodation also. We could not recommend Joel and the company more. We wish that we could have stayed longer!

Unforgettable experience
We had 4 unforgettable days on safari with Joel. We were in awe of the big 5 with highlights including seeing lions, giraffes and elephants up super close. We even got to see the leopard and cheetah thanks to Joel's knowledge of the animals. He answered my many questions and even taught us some Swahili words 😉

I would definitely recommend booking with Escape to Adventure Safaris! Everything was organized really well from start to finish, and the communication was great. Anytime we had a question or needed a ride, they responded within about 20 minutes, which made the whole trip feel really stress-free.
All of our bookings went smoothly, and we got exactly what we were expecting. Hwange was also such a beautiful place, and we saw everything we had hoped to see. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely book with them again!

His knowledge of the wildlife, nature, and local culture was incredible, and he always made sure we had the best possible experience. Thanks to his sharp eyes and experience, we were able to spot so many amazing animals, including the Big Five. He was professional, friendly, patient, and always happy to answer our questions with a smile.
One detail that we really appreciated was how much Anton cared about our comfort. Every morning before we started our journey, the inside of the safari vehicle was always spotless and clean. It may seem like a small thing, but after long game drives on dusty roads, coming back to a clean vehicle made a huge difference. It clearly showed how much pride Anton takes in his work and how dedicated he is to providing the best possible experience for his guests.
What touched us the most was how kind and caring Anton was with our son, Kenzo. Throughout the entire trip, Anton made sure Kenzo felt comfortable, safe, and included. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful, making the safari fun and enjoyable for him every single day. As parents, it gave us great peace of mind to see how happy and secure Kenzo felt throughout the journey.

My sister and I went to Africa in 2025. Doug and his people were top notch. The entire experience was fantastic! We spent a few days in South Africa then met up with him in Zimbabwe. Our safari at Mana Pools and Somalisa Camp was truly a once in a lifetime experience. A trip to Victoria Falls rounded out our adventure. Travel back to the USA through Johannesburg was very easy. Doug and his company took care of everything - transfers, help with excursions while we were on our own, and travel accommodations made it effortless on our part. We never felt unsafe or uncared for. While Doug's services are more expensive than a group safari, using a private safari guide is the gold standard and Doug and his team are the creme de la creme.

What an experience! We were so excited about our family safari and boy it did not disappoint. Sibongile was simply amazing. She took us on an early evening safari on our arrival at Kruger, where we saw not only Impalas, crocodiles, Impalas, Hippos and buffalo. But lions and elephants too! Truly amazing. The next morning Sibongile collected us at 0530 for an all day safari in the park. Giraffes, hyenas, vultures, baboons. The list is endless. And all with Sibongile providing background and information on the park and animals. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at The Kruger Station. We didn’t want the day to end. But what we have gained is fabulous memories and a beautiful friend.
