Communication with Francisca has always been smooth and efficient, either through email or whatsApp. She really understood what we wanted and she offered a tailor-made itinerary that suited our family perfectly. Superb tour thanks to a fantastic guide
With a spare weekend in Dar es Salaam I wanted to go and see some animals. Having considered flying up to the north I thought mikumi might be a more economic and accesible option.
However, this meant my decision was very last minute. The team at Happy Moments were great in responding to me. Very relaxed when there was some delay on my side.
The tour itself was great. We got lucky with the animals but our guide was equally amazing. Fanuel had fabulous knowledge and a brilliant way of connecting with the animals and us.
Definitely would recommend mikumi and Happy Moments.

Amazing and unforgettable experience!
The trip was amazing, everything happened smoothly, besides the crazy weather it was very enjoyable. The cars were very good and allowed us to have a great view comfortably. We also got to see most animals during the safari and we could admire the animals and take photos with no rush. It was an unforgettable experience and exceeded my expectations.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience, Uganda is a fantastic country where you can have great opportunity to see different environment, landscape and amazing wildlife, as it is full of diversity. The driver/guide has been professional to his work but also very friendly and informative. The safari tour that we have been unbelievable and well organized. Accommodation in general were very good. Food sometimes a little boring especially for vegetarians but in general good.

This guys know their job really well.
It was an amazing experience. I loved the way they worked together with other guides to locate animals to our advantage. Extensive knowllege of parks, flora and fauna and general information was a big plus. I will not hessitate to reccomend henry kimani of DUME Africa trails for any safari in kenya.

An exciting and memorable walking safari through Victoria Falls National Park.
Sam was an absolutely wonderful guide! He was incredibly insightful and shared his wealth of knowledge with us as he lead us through the park. He made every moment exciting and made sure to even add a few laughs to our safari. Sam is truly one of the best pro guides in all of Victoria Falls, and he acts with the utmost level of professionalism. I am looking forward to returning on another visit to Victoria Falls and joining in on another Rukoko Safari!

One day safari
A really excellent day safari. Collected from my hotel at 6am and a 2.5 hour drive to Pilanesberg. The safari vehicle was brilliant! Open sides and high up for a great view. Held about 10 passengers which was a good size group. Stopped for lunch in the middle of the park before carrying on the tour. Got back to the hotel about 6pm so a long day but worth it!! Highly recommend.

Fabulous safari in South Africa with Jumbari Family Safaris
We have just finished a 9 night trip in South Africa, arranged by Jumbari Family Safaris. We visited lodges in Sabi Sands, Klaserie and Timbavati Concessions. The entire trip was fantastic. Lisa and Zeena from Jumbari were excellent agents from start to finish! We were interested in seeing the African wild dogs and rhino, specifically, and we did have amazing sightings of these, as well as seeing everything else you could imagine on a safari!!! Our trip was planned out excellently with Jumbari looking after all our accommodations and transfers, which all went as planned. Lisa and Zeena kept in touch with us throughout the safari and even arranged a wonderful special dinner for our wedding anniversary. (Thank you both!).
The accommodation and food at each lodge was amazing. We could not have asked for better. The staff at all the lodges were very kind and friendly and really made us feel welcome. Our game drives were loaded with highlights and we loved every minute!

Beautiful and relaxing tour to Moshi hot springs
Very professional and fun. We went to Moshi hot springs with Innocent which was very nice and great food was provided. It’s worth a visit and this company had it all right! Would definitely do it again next time we visit Tanzania
