An Unforgettable Tanzanian Adventure
I recently had the opportunity to experience the Tanzania and Zanzibar Tours, and I must say it was a fantastic adventure. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Affordable Pricing: The pricing for the tour was quite reasonable. Booking early definitely helped in securing a better deal. I highly recommend going for the group package as it not only optimizes the cost but also adds to the overall experience of the journey.
Customization: Salim, our tour coordinator, was exceptionally accommodating when it came to customizing our package. It's always great to have the flexibility to tailor the tour to your preferences.
Transportation and Accommodations: The tour provided end-to-end transportation and accommodations of high quality. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and well-maintained accommodations.
Safari Experience: The safari portion of the tour was a highlight. The tent accommodations were cozy, and there were even options for vegetarians, though the variety was limited. Keep in mind that you can't expect too many dining options in such remote areas.
Guides: Our guide was helpful, but not very fluent in English. While he was knowledgeable about the wildlife and the locations, it would have been even better if he could explain the context of various places and animals more effectively.
Wildlife Encounters: One of the most thrilling aspects of the tour was spotting the "Big 5" in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We had incredible sightings of lions, cheetahs, leopards, and elephants in Serengeti from a close distance. Although rhinos can be challenging to spot, we were fortunate to catch a glimpse from a distance in Ngorongoro.
Zanzibar: Zanzibar proved to be an amazing and beautiful beach destination. To truly explore its various parts and enjoy the island's charm, I recommend spending at least 3 days there.
Overall, the Tanzania and Zanzibar Tours provided an awesome package and experience. While there were a few areas that could be improved, the incredible wildlife sightings, the beauty of Zanzibar, and the value for the price make it a memorable journey. I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers seeking an adventure in this part of the world.

I was happy with this operator. They were very responsive and approachable compared to other operators we tried. We found them to be reliable and our guide Brian Chimwai was super!

Dream Bandas Uganda looked after us superbly, and made our lifetime dream to see the gorillas.
October 01 2023 was one of the most moving and memorable days of our life as we trekked past volcanoes, mountains and every kind of flora and fauna - including duikers, blue monkeys, butterflies of every colour, orchids & bamboo - to see the mountain gorillas. We spent a hour with a group of 13 gorillas in the Impenetrable Forest. A silverback came face to face, with me & another gently moved me out of the way! We were that close. It was like being in paradise. Thank you, and thank you, Henry and Abdul for helping us realise a lifelong dream. It was superb value for money and were collected on time from our hotel in Kigali. If you can only do one bucket list item, please do this with trip.

Excellent customer service, bespoke safari trips, knowledgeable
We just returned from a great safari trip in Kenya including Masai Mara, Naivasha and Nakuru lakes. Booking with Salina Wild Adventures was like having our own tour operator on the other side of our desk. Charles was very responsive and attentive to our queries, he managed to book us in very nice hotels and camps. He met us at the airport along with our guide tour Victor, a very knowledgeable guide with many years of experience in the Masai Mara. Travelling with Victor for 7 days was a blessing. He was very caring, happy, flexible, and responsible. He was always on time with a big smile on his face, he helped us to have a good time on our trip and pointing out some of the animals that we could not see. My children and I had a great time on our trip, we highly recommended Salinas Wild Adventures, including Victor & Charles. Thank you for the beautiful memories in Kenya.

Big 5 Check - We can absolutely reccomend a tour with Meijo.
We were on a 5 day safari with Meijo and were more than positively thrilled.
Let's start at the beginning, the organization: Daudi has responded to all our wishes and has planned us an incredible experience.
Our guide Herman, who can read the minds of the animals, provided us with an incredible trip. No animal can hide that Herman would not find it. Thank you for that days we will never forget.
Let's get to the Food, yes we had some concerns before. But our cook Prospa is a magician at the stove. Every day there were three hot meals, which were all excellent - „Bomba Bomba“.
Conclusion: Yes, we would go with Meijo again! “Asante“ to the whole team for the wonderful days.

Reliable touroperator for a professional safari
We booked a safaritrip for two days to Selous with Telly Safari. It was very easy to come in contact with the office via Whatsapp. We got very quick answers on every question we had. They asked us to pay a deposit in front.
Just like they promised, the taxi-driver picked us up at the hotel at dawn to get us to the airport. We could have a drink there waiting for takeoff.
The landing in Neyrere (next to the safariparc Selous) was realy amazing. We came in another world. (where nature rules)
A very kind, professional, intelligent guide who knew a lot of the animals, the environment etc was waiting for us.
We just arrived in the reserve and already saw pumba's, lot's of monkeys, beautifall birds and an very impressing vegetation.
During the day the driver brought us to terrific places while we felt we were live in National Geografic. We witnessed lot's of animals in their natural environment and natural behavior. (monkeys, elefants, zebra's, hippopotamus, carnivor, hyena's, wildebeest, giraffe, ...)
We had a nice breackfast and lunch during the day en in the evening we stayed in a very beautifull lodge. The next day we had an interesting boattrip on a river with crocodiles, hippo's, beautifull birds and a visit to the village. We specialy like to thank the very nice, professional guide Omary for the guidance in de reserve and the village, the interesting information about the animals and nature and the open talks about life in Tanzania.

Well organized and explained
We requested probably a more unusual tour of Victoria Falls. We wanted to visit the visit the whole falls both from Zambia and Zimbabwe sides. As well we did helicopter tour and lunch at the beautiful Victoria Falls hotel. We were very happy with the tour, very knowledgeable tour guide, well organized as we requested. I would recommend this tour agency.
