Overall good experience, but we were not informed about the additional fee before arrival
4/5

We had such a wonderful time on our first safari with James! He always managed to get us the best spots to see the animals and patiently explained every species in great detail — you can truly feel how much he knows and cares about wildlife. He’s also really funny and responsible, which made every ride both safe and enjoyable. My friends and I had so much fun, and even our carmates were lovely — the whole experience was unforgettable. I’ll definitely miss it (and James!) 💛

Amazing Safari Experience at a Great Price!
4/5

Overall, the safari was a wonderful experience! The drivers were very dedicated and did their best to find as many animals as possible, while also sharing lots of interesting information about the wildlife and nature.
There was plenty of food provided during the trip, although vegetarians had to make a few compromises with the available options.
Unfortunately, some changes in the tour schedule were not clearly communicated, which caused a bit of confusion, and one overnight stay was not booked correctly.
Despite these small organizational issues, everything else was truly enjoyable — and considering the good price, the overall experience was absolutely worth it!

Very accommodating, nice people

Went for 3 day hike to Kilimanjaro. Great price and overall good experience. Only complaint is sleeping bag which did not keep you warm enough at night. Recommend buying your own because it is below freezing at night

Far beyond expectations
4/5

Just a few weeks ago we were immersed in astonishing landscapes with the most wonderful animals and colours around us.
When we booked the Safari tour (thanks to a completely random situation - got the agency name from a friend), little did we know that we would have experienced a once (hopefully more) in a lifetime trip.

The tailoring of the offer was extremely efficient and fast, though very informal (WhatsApp). The entire trip was shaped according to our needs and modified numerous times to address changes in dates and accommodations. No sign of frustration was shown by Marry, the agent who organized everything for us.
Once the confirmation fee was payed there were no more contacts until we landed in Kilimanjaro. We were a bit worried as we believed some of the info had not been shared.
Long story short, the entire trip was far beyond expectations. The level of the accommodations was above anything I had ever witnessed. The lunches during everyday game drive were awesome and much better than most of the other people’s lunches in the picnic areas. Almost always cooked and tasty lunch boxes. Private driver/guide and car for the 2 of us. The driver himself was really nice and available. No stress for any reason and no pressure to leave very very early in the morning. He was not mad even if he had to often wait 20/30 minutes for us to be ready.
Safari experience was amazing.

The only thing that I would like to point out is the following: the level and the quality of the agency is much higher then they are showing. Communication was a bit off and the overall “front page” looked a bit sketchy and not completely trustworthy, which made you doubt in some moments if you did the right choice.
As soon as you step in the first park, everything changes. It becomes clear that they know their stuff, the hotels, and they have great connections. We have had a much better holiday with them than with other agencies who offered less for double the price.
Value for money: 10/10

My only suggestion to them would be to invest some more energy and resources on communication, infrastructure (website, references etc), and pre-arrival info so that clients have everything clear and taken care of before they even have the time to have any doubt.

100% recommended.

Responded to questions and issues within minutes (while in Africa) to 1-2 days in planning stage.

Company is female owned and operated but subcontracts driver/guides. Good budget safari. Our guide Steve really made the trip for us, allowing us to customize on the fly. If you are doing a private tour, I highly recommend including a full day at BOTH Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. As long as a GUARANTEED view of Kilimanjaro ( and it’s never guaranteed) is not on your list, one full day at Amboseli is enough. We arrived late in the day and tried to do a game drive starting at like 3 or 4. We didn’t see much on that drive but hot dust and the animals must have felt the same way because we didn’t see many. Would have been better to spend longer at Lake Naivasha then arrive Amboseli in evening for late dinner, skipping that first drive. Getting up early the next day, we were richly rewarded with views of Kilimanjaro and wildlife galore (although still super dusty). Amboseli was last on our itinerary and the drive from there to Nairobi airport was long but easy. Be prepared for a lot of red tape checkpoints at airport on departure. Finally I would say double check your safari contract before making final payment as things we thought were initially included (like drinks, other than water) were not. The operator was good about absorbing some price increases that occurred after we made final payment although we were quite surprised that this final payment was expected to be in cash not credit card. We negotiated the use of a credit card if we paid the extra card processing fee. It was just a surprise we were not expecting as were in transit as part of a multi national tour.
