Good for the ones that want a hassle free hotel reservation
Safari365 knows suppliers and can provide you with good options of hotels and local activities. However their influence to make adjustments (example we took a train for 4 nights at my mothers birthday and our cabine was ar the first car meaning that to reach the restaurant or smaking longe we had to cross the entire train about 25 cars... Luckly we managed to have the staff moving us to another car and also make a note on my mothers birthday) or understand your specific needs to fine tune itineraries is very poor.
As per consultants - the exclusive one in Brazil is very arrogant and talks to you as if you did not know what an airplane is and have never left home before leaving the core aspects that should be addressed out of the loop.
We managed to be supported by a South African consultant after requesting for a change. Clive is very friendly but yet, did not add much in terms of adjusting our itinerary and was kind to reply my message when asking for a change on hotels/City with Google and YouTube links with tips for activities where we were (??? Really??). Details such as the fact that electricity is an issue and South africa has to follow a schedule in which everybody stays in the dar at least 3 hours a day, were never shared in advance.
Again - I did not feel supported with qualified information on the itinerary preparativos not had I a 24x7 assistance. Actually, still waiting to understand if our shark dive activity that was cancelled due to a storm will ever be reimbursed. Not to mention the safari we missed due to poor logistics abd pick up time at the airport.

Hi, Karen and I left for a Touch Down tour of South Africa on September 29 and arrived back in the USA on October 17th. We contracted with Touch Down to save us the time and effort to organize a trip. We have been to 35 other countries and usually arranged our own tours. This time I decided to spend some money and save the effort. It was money worth every penny spent. Touch Down was thoughtful and well organized and every part of our trip went off like clockwork. Guides arrived when they were scheduled. Accommodations were beyond our expectations. Food was great. The best part was the wonderful service that everyone gave us on all parts of the trip. We could not have received better service nor been better treated. I highly recommend the staff and services of Touch Down for any trip that you want take. A once in a lifetime experience
Eric was our assigned driver for our safari starting in Masai Mara and ending in Amboseli. He was not only courteous, informative and professional, but went out of his way to ensure we were safe, comfortable and well taken care of. His knowledge on the flora and fauna was extremely extensive, he had an answer to all our questions! Eric ensured that we had the best views of the animals and stayed for as long as we needed to capture the best shots, whilst also ensuring we reached our next destination at the right time - not an easy task!
By the end of our trip we became firm friends and wouldn’t hesitate to ask for Eric personally, if we come back!
He took a great deal of care of the Land Cruiser, ensuring it was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of mineral water provided in the vehicle.
The camps themselves were very well equipped and clean, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. The whole safari experience was enhanced by Eric, and we ticked off more than the Big Five off our list. We would definitely use Beast Spoor Safaris in the future.

Excellent driver and superb tour operator
We found Kipok from safaribookings.com and booked one day trip to Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha for two adults after discussing with Amani. I had several queries about the trip and he explained so well. The driver was very experienced and polite. We had spotted several animals including Lions in just one day. Special thanks for the delicious food

Amazing!
Tammy Harding is AMAZING! She booked our group of 4 from the USA to Cape Town, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia, Sabi Sands and Johannesburg. The trip was absolutely amazing! The entire trip was PERFECT. We had no issues whatsoever. She had everything so well organized and was very informative throughout the booking. We had many questions as 3 of us had never been to Africa and she was so patient and kind and answered every question. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. I would highly recommend her and if I ever have the chance to visit Africa again she would be my first call.

Easy Travel’s Safari and tour guide, Emil, was exceptional getting us to the best viewing spots!
The Easy Travel and Tours Safari booking was a great experience for my family. Emil, our safari guide did an exceptional job making sure we had the best possible chance at seeing wildlife close up. He was open to our request on trying to spot different animals, took less traveled routes with less tourists and got us to lunch and break spots with good timing. We felt very well cared for during the miles we were in the truck. He worked in the evenings to make sure the truck was clean and comfortable for the next day and met us for meals and engaging conversation. The truck was stocked with liquid refreshment, Internet and 3 sets of quality binoculars. He shared his knowledge as a native Tanzanian on the wildlife and plant life of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. We were very pleased to have had this Safari tour with Easy Travel and Emil and would recommend booking with them. Comparatively, the pricing was a great value for the quality of experience we received.

Exceptional Customer Service
Months ahead of the trip, Northern Fox delivered and responded to all my questions. Simon even met me on a Zoom meeting so that I could meet him in person, ask any other question and erase all my concerns.
On our three day safari, our guide, Hassan provided an exceptional customer service. He picked us and dropped us off to our named locations. We went to visit the silverback gorillas. It was certainly an exciting trip and to come face to face with a male gorilla. We didn't feel intimidated or threatened. It really was an amazing hour spent. It was a challenge getting up and down the mountain, I did slide down it a few times but I enjoyed every second of the experience.
The scenary in Uganda is so beautiful. They take pride in their farming and produce. I loved the taste of the fresh talipia out of Lake Victoria. I normally hate the frozen tilapia. We stayed at a hotel on the Buyoni River and we had to ride a boat over to get to it. The hotel was so cosy, clean and beautiful. The view in the morning whilst eating breakfast was just breathtaking.
From my perspective, my experience with Northern Fox Adventures has been very satisfying and delightful. Thank you for providing me with an opportunity to provide a review on Northern Fox Adventures.

Kenya is absolutely Breathtaking
I highly recommend this tour, we loved every single minute of it! Since the moment the pick you up they’re extremely friendly, the accommodation was absolutely comfortable and the safari game was perfect we could saw tons of wildlife.
