The experience with Meektrails was great. Before booking the trip we had several whatsapp conversations with Paulin to choose the tour 100% to our liking. Once there we were picked up at the airport and spent the whole week with our Spanish speaking guide Michael. The hotels chosen were the same except for the first day when we were given a superior one due to lack of availability. We recommend Meektrails for their treatment, sincerity and management. Our guide Michael was very attentive and did not rest until he found as many animals as possible during the safari.
The tour is totally private, it was a couple tour with a vehicle for just the two of us.

Unforgettable Seven-Day Safari!
I had the pleasure of participating in a seven-day safari. From start to finish, the experience was simply fantastic!
The planning and execution of this safari were flawless. Everything was coordinated in advance and our requests and needs were always accommodated, creating a smooth and worry-free journey.
Our guide Herman was competent and experienced as well as passionate and full of knowledge about wildlife and the places we visited. He took us to the best spots for observing wildlife in their natural habitat and generously shared his expertise. His commitment to conservation was inspiring.
The meals prepared by Prosper on this safari were delicious. Whether it was a picnic in the wilderness or a festive dinner, the variety and quality of the food were impressive.
I highly recommend this safari and the team behind it. It was an unforgettable experience that I will always cherish. Thanks to Daudi, Herman and Prosper for this extraordinary journey!

Alessandra made our Tanzania tour experience exceptional, amazing and magical.
Leaving the States with no preconceived notions about Tanzania, we (7 of us) were excited to find our tour and Safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro national parks a dream come true. Not only were we able to experience the best in photographic safaris because of our guides Nixon and Kisamu, who expertly commandeered our land rovers and dished out important details about both the flora and fauna) but we were also able to truly get a first hand look at the local inhabitants accommodations ( guided enthusiastically by Karim) and a colorful Masai village. We were surprised to learn that Masai children attend school from 3 yrs on in their one room schoolroom but also may continue to higher education away at school. Thankfully, most Tanzanians know some English and communication wasn't the very hampered; when necessary, our guides Nixon, Kisamu and Brighton, stepped in to translate.
Our terrific, clean, accommodations, which provided little oases in the dry period, included savory meals and picnic lunches (you will be cautioned to watch out for thieving birds/monkeys) when on safari--we couldn't have asked for more. All hotel and camp personnel were kind, welcoming, friendly and happy to take care of our needs--even taking care of the laundry!! After a long, hot day in the land rover, it was also a bonus to jump into a refreshing pool to cool off. Even in the wilds of Tanzania, we lacked for nothing which couldn't be provided; rest areas were plentiful along the way---no need to worry about toilets unless one is unfamiliar with "turkish toilets".
We can't thank Alessandra and her staff enough for their expertise and teamwork. Our transport from one locale to another was seamless--with one glitch on a larger bus hampered on it's path by the rocky dirt roads...all in a day's travels. Importantly, Alessandra arranged for my husband, born in Iringa, to visit his ancestral home and travel to his grammar school in Arusha.
This trip, with Alessandra organizing at the helm and of course our great guides, expert drivers and accommodations staff was the dream of a lifetime for my husband and an unforgettable experience for us all. Kudos to Savannah Explorers!! We highly recommend you !!

Unforgettable 5 days gorilla and chimpanzee trip
we contacted samuel for the gorilla trekking and chimpanzee trip in uganda, but we did not know how long such a trip would take, Samuel made for us a 5 days trip that was so relaxing from the start to the end. we went to kibale forest and tracked in the forest to search for chimpps, then our driver guide peter drove us to bwindi forest the 3rd day and we tracked the mountain gorillas. i assure you we had a great experience because peter knew all the history of the two parks. he dropped us back home on thee 5th day.

Very reliable and trustworthy tour operator!
Booked with Oakland on my first day in Kenia. A bit awkward: can I trust these people my large amount of money for a 9 days safari?? They have proved: yes, you can 100% trust them! Everything was like we agreed, had a great driver, who was also perfectly on time when picking me up the first day. Knew where to find the game. Fellistas of Oakland also regularly checked with me if everthing went fine. I couldn't have had a better safari. A 10 out of 10 for Oakland and driver Willy!

Exceeded expectations
Just returned home from two fantastic weeks in Africa. Benji, the tour owner, did a fantastic job organizing our itinerary and addressing all of our individual requests and needs. We had an exhilarating schedule that allowed us to see so much of Africa. We began with 5 days in Cape Town and the lower portion of South Africa, then flew to Zimbabwe to do a couple days Safari in chobe National Park, flew to see Bryce canyon and the beautiful landscape around there. Then on to Kruger for 5 days of Safari and finally to Johannesburg to end our trip. As I am a wheelchair user, Benji did a great job with all our accommodations and travel plans. We saw everything we wanted to see and much more. Thanks again Benji for a once in a lifetime bucket list trick.

Definitely choose it, don't think twice
The whole tour was amazing. Despite all the setbacks we experienced in the beginning that were unrelated to them, they did their best to give us a perfect experience. All the employees were incredibly understanding and made appropriate adjustments to the new conditions. Partner hotels were both comfortable and traditional, maximizing cultural experiences. We were pleased with all the choices made for the tour program. Our driver, Ben, accompanied and guided us very well throughout the tour. He did his best to help us see rare animals. The entire safari experience was above our expectations and we definitely recommend those who are considering choosing this tour to apply without hesitation. Trust us, it will be worth it.

Amazing, well organized tour through the Pilanesberg National Park
I highly recommend booking through this operator. The tour was super well organized and we were able to see lots of animals. Communication went very smoothly and efficiently. Would definitely book again through them when I come back!

Leo and Charles were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, we had a wonderful experience.
Leo is incredible at spotting animals, which made for a great trip. Both Charles and Leo made the experience tailored to us and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely go to a safari with them again.

Efficient, caring and excellent
We booked our 3 day 2 night safari to the Masaai Mara through JT Safaris before we had left home for our holiday because JT offers great service and price! Actually this is the second time we had booked a safari with JT Safaris as we were impressed with the service on our first booking.
The booking was smooth and easy. Julius kept in touch on WhatsApp so that communication was good.
The safari at Governor's Camp was fantastic, as much wildlife as you would want to see including the big 5.
We can't thank JT Safaris enough and recommend to anyone thinking of booking a safari in Kenya.
