A beautiful experience that could have been even better
A wonderful experience. You become one with nature and it’s Habitat. All the parks are unique with their scenery and habitat. Was able to see all of the big 5 of the African safaris. Our guide was positive and explained all the details, a true person.

They do not feel responsible for the satisfaction of their clients
I was doing the 1day Chobe trip. We were 7 tourists leaving victoria falls for the Zim-Botswana border. We were early and arrived at the border before the crowds, so the checks at the Zim border were straight forward. Then they split our group, 4 could continue immediately, 3 of us had to stay and wait for others customers. Busloads of tourists arrived and after about 1 hour also our customers, we were waiting for, arrived. Now at the Botswana border it took ages to pass the checks. We started our game drive at 10.30 with a long delay. At that time you hardly see any animals anymore. Lunch was good and the river cruise as well. Then we went back and after the Zim border we had to wait again for another 45 minutes for 1 tourist we originally started with. On the way back to Victoria Falls I complained to the organisator, why on earth they splitted our group, since we were 7, could stay together and wouln't have to spend about 2.5 hours at the border. The answer was that it happened on the Botswana side and they would not be responsible. That might be partly true, but the organiser who takes the money, should try to make things better and can't just say, that it's none of their business.

Cuckoo was in contact with us and did an excellent job coordinating our safari with Puku Safaris.
Cuckoo gave us Puku Safaris who took care of us and gave us an excellent mobile safari camping trip in the bush.
Puku staff was amazing and made the trip very enjoyable.
If you want to experience spending time in the bush this is a great way to connect with nature and with the animals.

The beginning of our honeymoon, we left our heart in the Serengeti...Tarangire, Lake Maniara fabulous experiences...the sunrise at Ngorongoro unforgettable and still before our eyes.

Friendly, helpful and smiling, always ready to highlight and explain the details, working hard to show us the big five...and he did it!!! Great job!!! Great company, booking process was seamless, staff were very helpful and kind. The team is responsive on whatsupp and kept me in the loop, in terms of pick up time for the morning tour. The pick up on the day was at 06:00 sharp and our guide Kuda, was just the Best. Wonderful and memorable experience we had, thank you Team. Worth every cent.

The safari tour was really well organized, everything has been taken care of: game drives, accomodations, food. We did a private safari and our driver did everything according to our wishes and needs. We saw amazing animals from super close, had nice lunch in the nature and we also liked staying at Camp Bastian: It was clean and the food was delicious. We would highly reccomend Connect African Safaris to anyone!

The service Axis provided corresponds to the description. They were very responsive the whole time, realiable pick-up in Nairobi, friendly services the whole time. The tour is worth doing to know Masai Mara. The lodge was modest, yet confortable and very clean. Peixes should be negotiated, as there are several companies doing the same packages for lower prices.

Mandy replied to my request of organizing the journey in due course and provided us with helpful suggestions. We had some special wishes (going from Tsodilo Hills into the Okavango Delta by helicopter) and she organized just everything. We were very pleased that she also tried to book us the lodges we wanted (although she had not cooperated with them earlier) which at the end always worked out. We can highly recommend Mandy!

We had various shorter daytrips from their cosy Guesthouse and village and enjoyed every one of them! Lake Natron Area is beautifull.
We have been doing already a lot of wildlife Safaris throughout whole Africa, but this visit outstands all the others because of the maasai background of Rokoine. He and the second tourguide Massi really know when and where to find the animals and provide you with an insider view of the country you don’t find anywhere else.
We did a 3-day hike which was spectacular encircling the vulcano dominating the landscape and later in the week also climbed this beautifull Ol Doinyo Lengai, which is an active vulcano! On the top of this steep mountain tour you can see the lava waves flickering in the crater down deep! The 360 view on top was sensational, with the summits of Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru just surfacing above the clouds when we were having breakfast and awaiting the sunset
