Unexpected Safari Experience
I have never experienced Africa with someone as knowledgeable as Oscar. He knew so many interesting facts about the animals and plants that we saw. He also got me to try some new foods from the region which is something I never expected from a safari. Overall, I was very happy with my experience

Truly unforgettable Safari Experience
We did nine days safari (Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Nake Naivasa, Amboselli, Taita Hill Sanctuary and Tsavo East) Antony was excellent in animal tracking. Could saw Lions and Cheetah many times. In fact we had kind of National Geographic experience when Cheetah hunted the wild beast. Could see lots of animals including big five just except Rhino. All the lodges and tents were amazing with very good food. We saw Hippos roaming in Lake Naivasa Country Club. Salt Lick Safari Lodge had excellent animal watching all day long. Very unique experience.
However, I found that their management was worst.
For lunch had to wait more than half hours in a crowded place. Room was not ready even at 2: 30 pm. If they could improve their management, I would still recommend Salt Lick Safari since their animal watching from the room, bar, restaurant- all were excellent experience.
Overall, we had un-forgettable best memories, no doubt. Isaac was very responsive from the beginning. Many times he showed flexibility of editing plans based on my request. He agreed on full payment after arrival and no prepayment. Also, I found that he offered a competitive price in comparison to the other operators I approached.

Amazing 4 day safari with Colours Africa
We have been thinking of doing a safari in Tanzania for long time, and after searching, we decided to do it with Colours Africa Tours and Safaris. We did a 4 day private safari in late October to Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and it was absolutely perfect.
Prior to the trip, the company was in constant contact with us to make sure that everything that we wanted would happen. They arranged the transfer to and from the airport and the hotel stay in Arusha the day before and after the Safari. Mr Godlistun and Mr Hamisi were very helpful, they care about every detail to make sure that we are absolutely happy with the experience.
Our driver was Benjamin, and the safari wouldn't be the same without him. He knows everything about the parks and the animals, knows where, when and how to see them best and makes every effort for us to see as many animals as possible and take the most of the parks. The jeep was absolutely amazing, very comfortable and big, had a fridge with water and drinks for the lunches. We had hot meals that was absolutely amazing, with portable table and chairs in the heart of the parks, which made a big difference! They even had red and white wine for every lunch.
We stayed in 3 different accomodations arranged by the company and every single one of them was superb. Our guide Benjamin joined us for dinner which made it even better, it was a good time for bonding and prepare the next day.
It was a lifetime experience, and wouldn't change anything!!!
We are so happy with this trip and already thinking about our next adventure with Colours Africa!

Never again!!!
Never again! I booked a 3day Safari and paid a Deposition of 600 Dollar.
Because of Covid i had to cancel the Safari 1 week before the Safari start. Ktosh told me they give me 400 Dollar back. Since 2 month I ask about my Money and nothing happens!!!
In future i book by „VIATOR“ there you get your Full Money back and you can cancel 24 hours before the trip start! And you get your Money back within 3 days.
So think about if you want to Book your tour

Andy and Max made this trip effortless, especially considering Covid restrictions.
Andy called as we arrived at each destination to make sure all was going as planned. This was especially important because we had to deal with multiple Covid tests as we moved from one location to another. He was readily available at each turn of the trip. I had suggested different accommodations but his suggestions were always 5 star and are happy we followed his advice. A last minute flight cancellation did not cause any consternation on his part he rearranged everything to make it work. Each of the guides he arranged at each location were most congenial and went out of their way to make sure our trip was effortless on our part. Needless to say our experiences on the actual safari's was incomparable. The guides and rangers spent lots of time finding the wildlife and then positioning us to get the best photos! Sabi was the best but would not have missed Victoria Falls or the Hipos and elephant herds at Chobe.
Already discussing, this time, with friends, to make a return trip...hopefully NO COVID.

Knowledgeable, easy-going, professional
My family booked the Djuma Big Cat Photo Safari with Legend Safaris from 20 - 24 October 2021. We were in constant communication with Shaheen from the first query and all the way to the date of arrival. He gave us great advice on the best way to get there and the type of lenses we would need.
We stayed at Tumbeta House in Djuma Game Reserve. Tumbeta House offers stunning accommodation with an eye-level hide where we watched elephants drinking under the moonlight on our first night.
Thandi and Lotus took great care of us by providing 3 meals a day and ensuring the kitchen was always stocked with treats for us. If there's one thing to complain about, it's the amount of weight we gained from all the scrumptious food.
Fanoti was our personal driver and tracker. His tracking skills led us to the Talamati Pride resting on a termite mound. In addition to the game drives, he took us on a bushwalk where we learned about the smaller things.
Pravir was our photographic tutor/guide on and off the vehicle. He gave us great tips and tricks on how to photograph wildlife and showed us what to look out for when capturing the beauty of the animals. He shared incredible stories of his adventures. Pravir has a fantastic personality and got on well with our family.
On our drives, we saw lions (Talamati Pride with Dark Mane Avoca), wild dogs (Othawa Pack), Hyaenas (members of the Djuma Clan and Manyeleti), 7 leopards (Nsele Female Leopard, Sibuye Female Leopard, Cara Female Leopard, Tsemba Male Leopard, Tavangumi Male Leopard, Shasha Male Leopard, and Tlalamba Female Leopard), and much much more.
Being a fan of WildEarth, it was a special addition to the trip to see the field guides and cameramen IRL - we have been following them for years.
I highly recommend booking your holidays with Legend Safaris. They are well-organised and professional!

The one and only
Our Safari with African Big cats Safari was just perfect and even exceeded our expectations.
It started with a very great communication around the booking and a tailor made offer by Justice to Lodi picking us up at the airport and spend a 4 day Safari with. Lodi made our trip truly special and we made memories that we will never forget. Lodi always went the extra mile for us to see all animals, take the time to explain us about nature and animals. We highly recommend African Big cats Safari, they are the one and only!!
Also the accommodations that African Big cats Safari works with are amazing, great food, local experience, great service.

Missed our safari
We visited Kenya one year ago and the experience was excellent. Our hotels were luxury and comfortable, we could hear animal roaring in the night. My daughter celebrated her birthday during the safari and the tour company organized well. We saw a lot of animals incluidng all big five.

Great quality and price balance experience
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotels and the camping at Maasai Mara were well equipped and clean and the safari experience was very fun and entertaining. I joined this safari as a solo traveller and I was lucky to get a very nice group which made the experience even better. The only thing to be improved is the organization and management of the itineraries since sometimes they were a bit chaotic and didn't follow the same order as the one suggested. Still, a definitely worth safari experience at a really good price.
