Great adventure in the Ngalawa Camp
We started on a rainy day, so the drive to the camp was really adventurous. But our driver and guide William could handle the situations professionally and we reached our camp site after an 7 hour drive. It was interesting to see how the landscape changed from the city skyline and polluted streets to the beautiful nature.
The camp was in the middle of nowhere, it was crazy to see all the animals and insects their habitat. Everyone in the camp was really kind.
We had the boat, game drive and also the walking safari. We can recommend all three, as all of them had their own charm.
Overall it was a great experience and we want to thank William for tree great days he was guiding us through. Asante Sana!

Fantastic
With my husband Fausto, accompanied by Francesca and Stefano from Africa Wild Truck, and with the complicity of Lorenzo, we spent 3 days in the fantastic scenery of Liwonde: a destination that we dreamed of seeing again after 12 years from the first experience in this Park, today an international and established tourist destination, thanks to the lion repopulation work carried out in recent years with great success.
This time too we were very lucky because after less than 10 minutes from the first exit we found ourselves in a bush on the river bank where 3 lions were resting peacefully a few tens of meters from each other.
Subsequently, thanks to the experience of the guide Danger, we spotted animals everywhere, even on the night safari, with its magical and spectacular sunsets over the Shire.
We have little to add about the boat safari as only by skirting the banks of the river, spotting hippos in large quantities, elephants and crocodiles, can one accumulate endless emotions that can only be experienced intensely in a unique place like Liwonde.
Also worthy of praise is the accommodation in the bungalows (very different from the tents of 2011) and the catering.
Once again, heartfelt thanks to Francesca and Stefano from Africa Wild Truck, with whom we shared this unforgettable and, for 2 people ''almost'' old like us, moving experience.

Hugely disappointing
We were constantly down-graded with accommodation, itinerary changed.
Sunsets refused our calls or just didn't respond.
It was a physically & emotionally exhausting safari, projected hours of travel on corrugated tracks vastly underestimated.
Sub-contracted by TourRadar, they cut & pasted our paid for itinerary, under-delivered and caused huge stress to all 7 on our tour.
Don't travel with this company.

Expensive and unjustified
The price compared to competitors was expensive. The accommodation is mediocre (there was no hot water some nights) and the food is mediocre.

Fantastic tour company, nothing was too much trouble for them.
This was our first full safari and we could not have picked a better company. They replied very quickly to all my queries and tailored the tour to suit our arrival and departure requests. They even re-arranged our onward flights that had been cancelled by the airline. Our safari guide was Amos and he was brilliant at spotting all forms of wildlife, we saw all the big five and so much more, and often at very close range. His knowlege was incredible as was his attention to detail.
There was nothing to fault throughout the entire trip and we would highly recommend Safari 360 to anyone.

Musa our driver on one tour to masai mara was just amazing the guy understands his assignment.
It was an amazing experience. I already did a couple of different Safaris and Musa was the best driver I ever had. He took his time when watching animals instead of hastily driving to the next one. He was amazing at spotting them. The tour was customised to my preference. Super friendly. Recommend 100%.

Outstanding experience!
Henry at Dume Africa Trails really went above and beyond to give us the safari trip of a lifetime.
He was very responsive in planning the trip and adjusted the proposed itinerary to accommodate our budget, preferences and requests.
The safari vehicle we used and the lodges he booked for us were all very comfortable ... Dume Africa Trails is very reliable because they use their own safari vehicles rather than hire from others. Henry is clearly very well respected amongst other tour guides and operators.
We booked a 10 day safari tour and saw all of the big five up really close as well as a baby cheetahs and a crocodile eating a zebra!
Henry was professional, proactive and brilliant company throughout the trip... we really laughed together!
Henry was also able to help sort out our safari travel in Uganda which we booked through Dume Africa Trails who worked with a local operator.
